[2016, 2 weeks later]

 Today's the day. I'm leaving.
Well currently I'm getting ready for my flight but honestly there's only one thing going in my mind right now or one particular person to be fair.

Me and Dev. We haven't talked since that day I told him . It's just been 2 weeks and I'm already Missing him. I don't even know if he's coming to see me off at the airport today. I don't know if we would even be able to talk or meet after we leave for Delhi. I don't want our last conversation to be this depressing,yaar. Just as I'm thinking all this. I turn around and bump into a wall. The last time I checked there wasn't any wall here. I look up and see that it definitely wasn't a wall.
"You're gonna give me a heart attack someday, Dev" I say.
" Will that stop you from leaving?", He says non chalantly.
"Dev"
" Achha leave that. You're going na. I got a something for you. If you take it to Delhi. If not, you can leave it here".
" Are you serious, Dev? Why would I not like it?"
He passes me a box and gasp as soon as I open it.

" I thought you'd like it. It kinda remimded me of you. It seemed your type." Dev says.
" Like it? Dev, I love this " I exclaimed.

" But Dev, it looks quite expensive." I say.
" It's not very expensive," he starts and then adds a little slowly " it's just a little expensive." He smiles sheepishly.

" Where'd you get the money?" I ask concerned.

" I had some savings." He says and I suddenly realise, " Dev,  you had saved those up for a new bat right?" I say.

He simply shrugs and says " Bat to dusra bhi le lunga, dusri Avi kidhar se launga?".

I feel my eyes swell up with tears as I realise how much I was going to miss this. Us. This adorable monkey.

I hear him say," please don't cry Avi. You know I hate it when you do. I won't be able bye. Please."

I try to stop my tears but all in vain. Just then I hear my mom calling us cause we had to leave for the airport.

He comes and wipes my tears and gives his best fake smile.

I chuckle,  "Your acting sucks, Dev."

He smiles knowingly and says, " chalein?"
