Burdensome Weight

A word for headache, studies, life and everything else is stress.
To me studying and opening up to people on how I feel is stressful since once I was good at it and now I stand nowhere in life.
To you it could be anything else!
Like your job,financial condition, love life, family even!

However, what we gain from stress is nothing. It just comes to you like an uninvited guest who likes to cause you discomfort.

An advice for all though :
If anyone says, "Don't take stress. It's not good"
Slap them hard on the cheek so that their brain starts to function again.
(Unless  it's our very formidable adults out there being the Know-it-Alls)

It's funny how people think we take stress as if we have no other job than do that. Stress is not adopted by anyone! Heck, no one wants stress. People do not understand that stress comes at a period when we are going through a lot of emotional incidents or dealing with a lot of work in life.

I am 16 years old.
Once I told my parents that studying had become quite difficult and stressful to me. They said that at my age there was nothing I had to be worried about. There was nothing pressurizing enough to cause me stress as I only had to study. They were the ones doing all the work.

While I do concede to that, it is a psychological system inside our parents/adults that make them think that teenagers have no stress. That thought is a delusion! Sometimes it is them who are the cause of our stress. 

My biggest stress is and has been since a younger age - exams. Many of you will nod your heads at that but it was different for me. I am scared of exams. Of marks. I used to be quite good! Then this fear took over me and all the adults around me criticized and insulted me for my low grades. No one asked why. It continued to degrade.
Now I don't really try anymore.

At a time when I was among the top 5 students in a class of 60, I  blacked out in my maths exams in 8th grade  due to lack of sleep. I barely slept for more than an hour for two straight weeks. That was the start of me getting low grades.

Now I am no one! LMAO > <

Sooooooooooo stress can literally happen to anyone. Since I am no philosophical hooman or a psychiatrist, I can't tell you how to overcome it.

What I do know is that we should fight it and not let it get the best of us. Ever. Else you might end up like me.

Stress is accompanied with headaches. If you know your life has turned harder to deal with, convince yourself that  life is a person going through puberty. And share your problems with just the one. Anyone. Even a trusted friend over wattpad itself or your best friend might do the job. 
If you are a lonely ass then fear not! Just PM me... I am a funny person once you get to know me so I might cheer you up.

That will definitely help you stay positive and view your cause of stress in a new light altogether.

I don't know how good this is however, I'll try continuing to give examples from my own life (if you want that is..I'll come up with other aesthetic examples if not)

In case you think this is a book telling you how to overcome this, you are wrong. It's just me writing about the simple things on life that become a huge cause of trouble in our lives. 
That's about it.
Cause we all have been there!
