I glared at Levi as he pulled my by a leash made of hemp rope Hanji had given to the man.
I was pretty heavy in wolf form so I used it to my advantage, digging my paws into the dirt.
"Eren! Just come on!"
I growled the lunged forward, making the shorter man stumble.
If looks could kill I'd have died on the spot.
Quickly, he whipped the rope back, yanking me by my neck, then he grudgingly dragged me along until we came to a large black house.
It was pretty with a nice garden and large windows.
When he unlocked the door and let me in I immediately felt a bit better about staying with Levi.
His home was not too large, a living room that led to a kitchen on the left and a hallway on the right that had three doors.
One I assumed was a bathroom, another was slightly ajar and looked like a bedroom, probably Levi's, and the last was just a closet.
The house was extremely clean, nothing messy or out of place.
He then dragged the rope again and I squeaked in surprise.
Levi led me into a bathroom.
"You can't do anything until you're clean, mutt." The man turned on the water, untied the rope from my neck, and pushed me in.
I let out another surprised bark as I was submerged in warm, soapy, water.
My head broke the surface and I shot an angry glare at Levi, though I admit the water was nice.
Levi huffed in annoyance, grabbed a bottle of soap, and nearly used the whole thing, pouring the slippery liquid all over me.
"I can't believe I agreed to take a dog."
He muttered to himself.
Wolf. I corrected in my mind.
When I was "clean" according to Levi's extremely high standards, he dried me off and let me out.
I sighed with relief and curled up on his couch.
I heard Levi stop to glance at me.
I twitched an ear and he walked off to go about his own business.

I stretched and sat up, hopping off my couch and being hit with the smell of bacon.
Bacon!
I dashed to the kitchen, claws clicking on the smooth tile and skidding to a stop by Levi's leg as he cooked the bacon.
I took a deep breath in, reveling in the amazing smell.
"You smelled it, huh mutt?"
I nodded and sat back on my haunches, pulling the cutest, most watery eyes wolf-puppy face I could make.
"Sometimes, it's almost like you can understand me..." Levi said, looking at me curiously.
I cocked my head.
Hanji never told him? He doesn't know I'm a werewolf?
As long as he has bacon though, I don't care what he thinks I am.
Levi set a plate of bacon down on the floor for me and watched with a slightly disgusted expression as I licked and ate it hungrily.
Hmm, maybe I should transform...
I bounded away and entered the bathroom, shifting to human and peeking out.
He was still in the kitchen.
I quickly went into his room and borrowed a pair of jeans and a surprisingly clean white tee-shirt and a green hoodie sweater, stepping out of his room and walking over to him.
Levi jumped back in surprise, grabbing a kitchen knife.
His eyes grew cold.
"Who are you?"
I stared at him. His face slowly changed and I saw surprise flit across his features.
"Eren...?"
I smiled. "Yeah, I guess Hanji never told you I'm a werewolf. I thought you knew until you said it seemed as if I could understand you, implying I was an ordinary dog."
Levi quickly regained his composure.
"Brat, I could've hurt you. Don't surprise me like that."
I flicked my tail and smiled shyly.
"Oops," I said letting out a nervous laugh.
Levi just rolled his eyes and said,"Eren, I have to go to work so don't leave, and don't make any messes."
He glared at me one last time before slipping outside.
I slumped down onto the couch, sighing.
"I'm bored." I said aloud.
Suddenly I saw something brown jerk to the side, just out of my view.
I whipped around to face it but there was nothing there. Then I saw it again, a twitching.
I pounced on it and chased it in circles, but it seemed to not move from directly behind me.
Finally I caught it between my teeth and rolled onto my back, only to realize it was my own tail.
"Dumb wolf habits..." I muttered, getting up and wandering around the house, tugging on the end of Levi's sweater sleeve.
"It's so boring here..."
