SYNOPSIS
Nayeli Santos never imagined she would be starting her life over at the age of 29; especially not as an entirely new person. But after witnessing a double homicide by a renowned mob boss in New York, she has no other choice. The only way she can live now, is as Elisha Mercedes, relocated to Los Angeles through the Witness Protection Program.

From the start, she was told not to trust anyone so long as Jacob Peretti still had men on the search for her. But after meeting the charismatic and handsome Firefighter Evan Buckley in her building, she finds it harder and harder to keep a distance. While her secrets begin to threaten their budding relationship, danger sneaks it's way in without notice.
