Tim talks to Avi for a good hour. Getting caught up on what had been going on and their future plans. Avi's parents were very supportive of him. His brother and sister, not so much.

Avi put Tim on speaker phone as he told them about the place they had come across. He warned them several times that the buildings needed a lot of work. But that didn't seem to phase them. They were still excited to see the place.

"Listen, Timmy, I don't care if it's a cardboard box. As long as we are all together." Avi told him.

Tim told them to meet them in Beatty, Nevada. Get hotel rooms and he and the others would be there just as soon as they pick up Chris.

"He wants to talk to you." Tim says as he hands his phone to Adam.

"Hey, Avi. How's it going, man?" Adam smiles as he puts the phone to his ear.

"Much better now. Soooo, how was it?" Avi chuckles.

"How was what?" Adam asks, not sure what he was being asked about.

"Oh, come on, Blondie. You know exactly what I'm talking about." Avi laughs.

"Actually, I don't." Adam says as he watches the scenery out the window.

"I'm talking about sex with that handsome boyfriend of yours. Actual body contact. Skin on skin. I know you've already done it." Avi chuckles.

Adam quickly glances around at Tim. He was leaning forward carrying on a conversation with Chance and Sami. 

"Uh, yeah, we have." Adam answers in a quiet voice. "And it was unbelievable."

"Did you top or bottom?" Avi asks.

"Aviii." Adam whines.

"Enquiring minds want to know." Avi chuckles.

"Seriously, Avi?" Adam hears Jenika in the background.

"I topped. That's all you're getting. Bye, Avi. See ya soon." Adam says quickly before ending the call. He chuckles quietly to himself before turning his head and meeting the brown eyes of his lover.

"Really?" Tim asks with a raised brow.

"Oh, sh*t." Adam mumbles with a worried look on his face.

"Honey, you've got to learn to ignore Avi's interrogations. He'll drive you nuts with questions." Tim says as he takes the blonde by the hand and kisses the back of it. "Just tell him to f*ck off."

An hour later they were entering the town of Boulder.

"Guys, how do I break the news to Chris that he and I are brothers?" Adam asks.

"I'd wait a little while. At least until we get settled." Chance suggests.

"Do you think he'll be upset?" Adam asks.

"Why would he be upset? It was no fault of yours. Honey, you just found out yourself." Tim says. "I think he'll be happy to find out that he has a brother."

"I do too. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Once we get settled just sit down and talk to him." Chance says. "He'll understand."

They all laugh as they pull up to the address to see luggage sitting on the front steps.

"Would I be correct in saying that he's a little eager?" Sami giggles.

"Looks that way." Tim laughs as they get out of the car.

The door opens and Chris comes hurrying out wearing a huge smile.

"This has been the longest couple of hours of my life." Chris laughs as he grabs Tim into a strong hug.

"Do you need us to help you pack?" Adam laughs as he looks down at the suitcases.

"Nope, I think I broke a world's record in packing." Chris chuckles as he pulls Adam into a hug.

"Well, let's get you loaded up. We're supposed to meet the others in Beatty." Tim says as he grabs a couple suitcases.

"I'm more than ready." Chris says with a chuckle. 

Adam takes his turn behind the wheel with Tim in the passenger seat. Chance, Sami and Chris in the back seat.

Chris was forced to retire from the rodeo after his accident. There had been minor damage to his heart. The damage was not life-threatening but did cause frequent exhaustion and slight dizziness at times.

They filled him in on the deserted buildings that they had found. Sami showed him the pictures that she had taken.

"I see a lot of potential in these buildings. I happen to know quite a bit about carpentry. I honestly think we can make these buildings livable." Chris says after viewing the pictures. "Rob is putting up the money for this?"

"Well, I haven't called him yet. I was needing to see what everyone thought about it." Tim answers.

"Plus, we don't even know if the place is for sale or not." Adam adds. "Or if Rob would want to put up that much money on a place that needs so much work."

"I hate that Rob and Kelsey weren't able to come. But I totally understand why. Same goes for Kevin. Was Avi upset about Kevin?" Chris asks.

"Not too bad. He understood why he couldn't come." Tim answers.

By the time they got back to Beatty, it was very late. They had driven straight through only stopping for gas, something to eat and to switch up drivers. 

Tim rented two rooms, one for Chance and Sami and one for himself, Adam and Chris. They figured the others were already there but probably in bed since it was two in the morning.

"Why did you only rent two rooms?" Adam asks with a pout after Chris went to the bathroom.

"Because." Tim answers with a smile.

"Because is not an answer, Mr. Foust." Adam replies.

"Your thoughts are coming through loud and clear. You're dying to tell Chris that you two are brothers." Tim says with a shrug after taking off his tee shirt. "I thought this might be the perfect opportunity to talk to him."

"Oh, my God! You are so amazing! I love you so much." Adam smiles as he hugs his lover. 

"We'll tell him together." Tim smiles as he kisses Adam softly.

"Tell who what?" Chris asks as he exits the bathroom.

"Uh, have a seat, Chris. We need to talk to you about something that we, ourselves, just found out about." Tim says as he sits down on the foot of the bed pulling his lover down beside him.

"Please don't tell me that Nate has found someone else." Chris says as he slowly takes a seat.

"No, trust me. He's very excited about reuniting with you." Tim says with a smile.

"We found out something from my dad right before we left Minnesota. And believe me, it was quite shocking." Adam says as he nervously plays with Tim's fingers.

"Okay? What was it?" Chris asks. "And what does that have to do with me?"

"Chris, my dad knows your mom." Adam says. "Very well, I might add."

"Really? How?" Chris asks.

"Uh..." Adam says as he looks around at Tim for help.

"Turns out, Chris, that they had an affair many years ago." Tim says. "I would say maybe thirty- eight, thirty-nine years ago. How old are you?"

"Be turning thirty-nine soon." Chris says quietly as his eyes shift from Tim to Adam. "So are you saying what I think you're saying?"

"If you're thinking that he's saying that you and I are brothers, well then, you're right." Adam says.

"Adam's mom knew about the affair and refused to let your dad have anything to do with you." Tim adds.

"Wow." Chris says. His expression was that of pure shock. "I somehow knew that mom wasn't telling me the whole truth. She claimed she never knew who my father was. Just a one-night stand."

"You can blame my mom for that." Adam says with a slight shrug of his shoulders. "She's a b*tch and tries to run everyone's life."

"So, you're my little brother?" Chris asks as a smile grew on his lips.
