*** How about a DOUBLE update??!!!!

"Find anybody yet?" Jenika asks as she walks out of the bathroom.

"Shhh." Adam hushes her as he points to Tim, who is on the phone. "He's talking to Nate." 

"Okay, we'll see you in a bit." Tim says with a smile before hanging up the phone.

"Well?" Adam and Jenika ask in unison.

"Well, I got some good news and I have some bad news." Tim sighs as he sits down on the bed next to Adam.

"Might as well hear the bad news first and get it out of the way." Adam says and Jenika nods in agreement.

"I found an Olusola in the phone book. Turned out to be Kevin's sister." Tim says. "Kevin is in Nigeria. His father has fallen ill and he moved back to help with his dad. So, I guess we can count Kevin out. For now, at least." (Yeah, I know Kevin's sister does not live in Nashville. But she does in this story)

"That sucks. But I understand, his family needs him." Adam says.

"Yeah, but she gave me his number so at least we can keep in touch." Tim says.

"Okay, what's the good news?" Jenika asks.

"Nate will be here in about twenty minutes. Turns out, he just lives a few streets over." Tim smiles. "If y'all are through with the bathroom, I'm going to go take a shower before he gets here."

"I'm so excited to get to see everybody again. I'm serious about us all finding a place to live." Jenika says as she and Adam straighten up the room.

"Yeah, that would be awesome but we already have three that's not coming. Who knows who else won't be able to join us." Adam says just as there is a knock on the door.

Adam opens the door to find Nate standing there grinning from ear to ear. Nate grabs Adam into a hug.

"Oh, my God. I can't believe this is actually happening." He says as he turns loose of Adam then grabs Jenika into a bone-crushing hug. "I was just thinking about you guys and then I get a call from Tim. What a surprise!"

"Oh, trust me, I know. I open the door to find him standing on my front step. I literally thought I was going to pass out." Adam laughs as he closes the door behind their visitor. "Have a seat."

"Where is Tim?" Nate asks.

"Well, he thought he had time to take....." Adam was saying before Tim walks out of the bath with just a towel wrapped around him. "A shower."

"I forgot to get me some... NATE!" Tim says with surprise when he sees the blond sitting on the bed.

"Whoa!" Nate laughs. "Is this how you're welcoming all the Dead Town residents?"

"Uh, no, of course not." Tim says with a chuckle as Nate gives him a hug. Tim looks over Nate's shoulder at Adam, who was holding up a pair of Tim's underwear, smiling like the Cheshire Cat. "Let me go get decent and then we'll talk." Tim snatches his underwear from Adam and heads back to the bathroom.

"So what are you guys doing in Nashville?" Nate asks as he gets comfortable.

"We're trying to find everybody." Adam says.

"Tim and I were in the same hospital. And of course, finding Adam was at the top of his list. From there we went to Minneapolis and found Rob and Kelsey." Jenika tells him.

"Are they with you?" Nate asks.

"No, they weren't able to come. Rob is a doctor and Kelsey is a teacher." Adam says. "They just had too much to walk away from."

"That's understandable." Nate nods.

"Tim's mom is trying to find the others while we're on this road trip. And she called while we were at Rob's and she had found an address for Austin." Jenika says as Tim exits the bathroom. This time fully dressed.

"Then Tim remembered that you were from Nashville so here we are." Adam smiles as Tim sits down next to him.

"So what happens next?" Nate asks.

"Well, Jenika came up with the idea of finding a place where we can all live together. I've been thinking about it and I think it's a great idea. Of course, I know there's going to be some that can't come like Rob, Kelsey and Kevin." Tim says.

"So Kevin made it out?" Nate smiles. "That's awesome. That means that Avi might have made it out too."

"That's what we're hoping." Tim nods. "Kevin moved back to Nigeria to help take care of his dad."

"Well, I have nothing to keep me here." Nate says sadly. "Heather's gone and everything I see reminds me of her. So, I would like to get the hell out of Nashville. How long do you guys plan on staying in Nashville?"

"How long do you need?" Tim asks with a smile. "We've got at much time as needed."

"Maybe a day? I need to tell my landlord, pack my clothes and tie up some loose ends." Nate says.

"Do you have any furniture that you need help moving to storage?" Adam asks.

"No, the place is furnished so it's just me and my clothes." Nate answers.

"Welcome aboard." Tim chuckles as he reaches around Adam and shakes Nates hand.

"We're going to need a bigger vehicle." Tim says as they cross the Tennessee/Georgia Stateline. "We can't get any more luggage in the trunk. We might could squeeze one more person in the back seat but it would be very uncomfortable."

Tim digs his phone from his pocket as it begins to vibrate. It was an incoming call from his mom.

"It's momma." Tim says as he hands the phone over to Adam. "Can you take it? I need to watch this traffic."

(Adam's side of the conversation)

"Hi, Ms. Dena." Adam smiles. He had never talked to this lady before but felt as if he knew her personally. "It's Adam. Yeah, he found me. (laughs) We're in Georgia heading for Tipton. We found Nate while we were in Nashville and Kevin is in Nigeria so you can mark them off the list. (Dena talks) Oh, really? That's awesome. Let me find something to write on."

Jenika quickly begins to dig around in her purse. Pulling out a pen and an envelope, she hands them to Adam.

"Okay, go ahead, Ms. Dena." Adam says as he begins to jot down what she was saying. Tim begins to try getting Adam's attention but gets waved off. But Tim persists. Finally, Adam gives up. "Okay, got it. Hang on just a second. Your son is about to worry me to death wanting me to tell you something." He moves the phone from his ear and turns to his lover. "Now. What do you want?"

"You need to give her Chris's full name." Tim reminds him, chuckling slightly at Adam's attitude.

"OH! That's right." Adam puts the phone back to his ear. "Uh, Ms. Dena? We found out Chris's full name. It's Christopher Steven Baker. Uh huh, Oklahoma. He's a bull rider. Okay, thank you. We'll talk to you soon. I will. Bye-bye."

"Well?" Tim asks.

"We have an address for Adam Chance Ray in Daphne, Alabama. It's a small town not far from Mobile." Adam smiles. "And your mom said to give you this." Adam leans across the console and kisses Tim on the cheek.

"Awwwww, that's so sweet." Jenika giggles from the back seat.

"Uh, Jenika? This envelope is from a lawyer." Adam says as he looks at the letter that he had been scribbling on.

"Oh, yeah. They're my divorce papers." She answers, turning her attention quickly out the window not wanting to meet Tim's eyes in the mirror.

"Uh, you want to elaborate on that?" Tim asks as he glances up into the mirror. "Where is your husband?" Tim knew that he was NOT her husband's favorite person.

"He's in jail. He got five years for two counts of attempted murder." She answers.

"I doubt very seriously that he'll have to spend the whole five years in jail. He'll probably spend two at the most then get paroled." Nate says as he watches the scenery.

"Well, aren't you just a little ray of sunshine, Nate." Tim says as they enter the town of Tipton.
