"Isn't it pretty, Sidharth?", Sana asks looking at the wall they just painted together.

"Ofcourse it is..", he says.

"Will put our wedding photo over here, the one you gifted last week on our second anniversary.", she says with her hand gesturing a frame shape.

"Yes, it will look best on this wall.", says Sidharth.

The phone starts ringing and Sana answers.

"Sukhamaanea Chettan? (How are you brother?).. We both are doing great... What? Really, Oohhh I am so happy Chettan.. Congratulations to both of you..", Sana smiles. Sidharth gestures to ask what happened.

"Chettan is going to be daddy soon.", She whispers and passes the phone to him.

"Congratulations to both of you!.. When is the due date?.. okay.. will surely come during that time to see y'all.. Give our regards to all.", He says and disconnects.

"He sounded so happy and excited.", Says Sidharth.

"Hmmm.. he and sister-in-law are going to enjoy parenthood soon.", She says with joy but soon her face becomes dull. Sidharth understood the reason behind her change in expression.

"Sana.. we are happy in our life as well. We have each other.", says Sidharth hugging her.

"Hmmm.. yes, I am happy. Besides look at the positive side of my condition. I don't have to use contraception, because I know... I know that I won't.. I won't conceive.", She says with a smile but choking voice while trying to hide her pain.

"Ssshhh ssshhh ssshhh..", he pats her back and caresses to console.

"Where are we going Sidharth?", Sana asks.

"To celebrate your 27th birthday.", Says Sidharth while driving his car.

"Oh wow!! I am excited.", She says.

He pulls the car at their destination, she looks outside. The board read "Nanhi Kali Orphanage". He opens the trunk of the car and picked out a big box.

"Can you carry the small box?", He asked her. She nodded and picked up the box.

They both go inside where the staff greets them. Sana smiles as little kids gather around them. Sidharth opens the little box that sana carried which had a cake in it. While the kids sang Happy Birthday, Sana cut the cake and fed them. Sidharth then asks Sana to distribute kids some gifts from the big box. She talks to the little kids and plays with them happily. Sidharth observed her from far with all smiles.

"It's time to leave Sana", said Sidharth. Sana's face fell as she had to go away from the little kids.

"Will visit next year for your birthday again.", He said.

Sana nods with a dull face.

"This was the best gift I've ever got.", She said looking at him.

"You are awaited for another gift as well.", He said. She looked at him curiously. A staff lady hands over a little baby to Sana.

"She is your birthday gift, Sana.", He said.

"What?", She looks at him surprised.

"We are adopting her. We just need to complete all the formalities.", He said.

"She is so adorable and cute.", Sana looked a little baby in her hand with tear filled eyes.

"Let's sign the papers and take her home. Are you ready?", He asks.

"I am nervous. Am I dreaming?", She asks.

"I'll try to fulfill your dreams Sana.", He says.

They both sign the papers.

"Her name is Saanvi and she came here exactly a year back on this same day. So it's her birthday as well today.", He says.

"I love you", she says.

"I love you too Sana. I realised that it wasn't right on my path to ignore that how much you want to be a mother and enjoy motherhood. I have been a parent earlier and had failed miserably but it isn't always necessary we fail again. I have taken a lesson from my past and this time I have you with me so together we will do a fab job.", He says.

They drive home and on their way back they do shopping to Saanvi. While Sana picks up Saanvi in her arms and walks towards their home door. Sidharth stops her. He runs inside and gets a plate with lamp and vermilion. He performs aarti ritual for Saanvi and welcomes her into the house.

Sidharth's phone starts ringing and he attends to it.

"Sana, I have been offered an RJ job in 92.7 Rainbow Radio.", Sidharth says happily.

"Wow!! Saanvi seems very lucky for us.", She says.

They decorate a room for Saanvi with crib, toys and colourful wallpapers.

"Welcome back from the commercial break with me your favourite RJ, Sid. Let take our next caller.

"Hello", he says.

"Hello paa.. thiss ish your little princhess Saanvi"

"Hey princess!", He smiles blushing.

"Paa, I just want to shay that Saanvi loves Paa a lot.. please come home shoon.. because I want to eat the chocolate cake in fidge but mumma shays that I have to sh... sh.. (Sana prompts Share) shel it with everlyone at home and eat."

"Okay darling. paa will be home soon and will eat chocolate cake together as well. For now I am playing you your favourite song. I love you baby."

"I love you Sidharth", says Sana at once. Sidharth was taken by surprise. He chuckled and blushed even though he was alone in the glass studio.

The song starts playing. Sana disconnects the call and then both Sana and Saanvi dances on the tune.

Sidharth returns home from studio on his bullet bike and little Saanvi runs and cuddles him. The three have dinner together followed by the dessert, chocolate cake.

"Paa, you know Ishaan pulled my ponytail again in school. In the lunch break he pouled mud ovel my head as well.", Saanvi complains

"Oh! That's really bad. I will speak to your class teacher tomorrow afternoon. Okay? Don't tell your mumma about this. Pinky promise?", He says.

"Pinky plomise", Saanvi giggles.

He tucks Saanvi to bed and ensures she was asleep before going to his room. Sana hugs him from behind the moment he steps inside the room.

"How was your day at bookstore Sana?", Sidharth asks.

"It was super fun. There were this two readers of mine, who regularly come to the cafe. Today, the boy proposed her on his knees. They were so happy.", She said.

Suddenly Sana kneeled infront of Sidharth.

"Dear Mr. Boring Bharadwaj, I love you so much and I want to spend my whole life with you. Would you accept me to be your life partner?", she said. He laughed while picking her up.

"Today marks the 6th anniversary of the day when we first met in the park. Who knew my life would restart from where I had left it.", Sidharth reminisced.

"Yes, while everything happens for good and you happened to me for the best.", She kissed his lips and hugged him tight.

The story doesn't stop here but it continues.. however we would leave them here to continue their journey..

"Hey dare, your son touch my daughter ponytail and pour mud on her head again. If if he repeats, I will pour buckets of cowdung on your head. Better tell your son to be in limit", says Sana to Ishaan's mom. Ishaan's mom frowned and left with Ishaan.

"Mumma, you al like a lioness", says Saanvi hugging Sana..

"You too have to become like lioness else the world will trouble you. Love yourself and fight for yourself. And don't tell your paa about this okay? Pinky promise?", Asks Sana.

"Pinky Plomise", Saanvi winks at us while she crossed her pinky finger with Sana's.
