I woke up by Oscar's barking and checked the time was 9:31 am. Yeah! I know it's pretty late so what? I'm not a morning person and also today is Sunday that means I still have one day before my sophomore/ 2nd year of college begins.

I got up form the bed and saw that Oscar was roaming around, trying to tell me that he was starving or wanted
to go out.

                             (Oscar)

"Ok! lil bun, let's feed you something" I said and he started to jump like a happy puppy.

"Here, Enjoy your breakfast." After putting his food in the bowl: I left from the Kitchen and went to my room to complete my daily routine.

After taking a smooth bath I brushed my teeth and wore something casual and comfortable.

I entered the kitchen and saw Oscar sleeping peacefully. I smiled and walked without making sound, so it won't disturb him. I opened the fridge in hope of filling my stomach but came face to face with an empty fridge, not a single fruit or food was there. I growl in dissatisfaction.

"Now I have to go to the market". I closed the Fridge and went back to my room. Taking my purse and checking my self in the mirror, I decided to leave my hair open and grabed my phone from the nightstand. I glance at the Picture, the picture of My Family. They were looking so happy together with a little girl sitting on a women's lap, it was me. My vision got blurry by the tears when suddenly my phone went off, bringing me back to the reality.

I wiped my tears and checked the message. A warm smile formed on my face by looking the message. It was Mia Watson my One and Only Best Friend.

I first met her and Mrs. Martha Watson (her mom) with my Parents at some business party. At that time I was 14 and my parents were together too. Since mom and Mrs. Watson were colleagues, we used to invite each others for dinner and lunch. Mrs. Watson was and still is a graceful lady and My mom also like to spend the time together. Where Mia was talkative, confident, Naturally Beautiful, cheerful girl and still she is. We sometimes hangout together, go for shopping, plan movie nights, host coocking shows and we became best friends since then. She really has a nice humor and I'm happy to say that our friendship is valuable and Golden too.

Mia- Hey! Sleeping beauty it's time to get up...( I smiled)

Me- Hey! Rise and Shine, I'm already up just going to market...(I texted back)

Mia- Really! Ok you better bring my Pineapple juice and coco cookies with you, I'm coming at your place in an hour...(she Replied in few secs)

Me- Ok gurl... see you in an hour then, bye...(I chuckled)

Mia- bye El...

I put my phone in the pocket of my jeans and said bye to my mom and Dad before leaving. I went out of the house and twisted the door knob making sure I had locked it.

Oscar Started barking through the window knowing I was leaving. I turned waving him bye as well. After that I left for the Market.
