The scene opens up in Washington D.C. where Matt was going down a defense tower and onto a helipad.

Matt: Command, I'm headed for Bryce Canyon. I'm off to save Dr. Sevchenko.

Maj. Steele: That's a negative Echo One. Anastasia was assigned there as security.

Matt: I'm going there, Major. I don't give a damn.

Maj. Steele: This isn't a debate, Captain. You're overdue for your inhibitor-

Matt cuts his transmission off as he looked at several Black Ops soldiers inside of the Osprey he got inside of.

Matt: If any of you don't want to be part of this, get off the Osprey.

None of them left as Matt noticed a Black Ops Soldier with an M16A4 with an ELCAN SpecterDR Scope, a Short Vertical Grip, a PEQ-15 ATPIAL, and two clipped PMAGs

Matt: Mathison.

Mathison: I'm out, sir.

Mathison got off the Osprey as later on, it shows the Osprey in Station Genesis.

Pilot: On approach to Station Genesis.

Matt: Damn, that's a large Chimeran Strike force going after the station.

Black Ops: Yeah, they're trying to eliminate everyone inside of Station Genesis.

An anti-Aircraft missile hit the rear of the Osprey.

Pilot: LZ'S HOT, I CAN'T GET ANY CLOSER!

Matt: Bring Her Down! We'll go in from here!

Matt grabbed an MSR and aimed at the Chimera that were on the Helipad. Then the Osprey lands, and they all get off the Osprey, and then a Titan appears, but Matt fired a 40MM Round from his M32A1 Grenade Launcher.

Matt: Let's move.

Inside the lab, an hour before the attack on Station Genesis...

Dr. Sevchenko: What is it, Dr. Crowley?

Scientist: We have a guest coming to the lab. It's your daughter, Anastasia.

Dr. Sevchenko: Why is she here? I thought she would still be in St. Petersburg.

Scientist: She signed up as Ford's replacement since he had retired.

Anastasia enters the lab.

Anastasia: Papasha, I'm here.

Dr. Sevchenko: Ah, welcome to the Utah, my daughter. It has been a while since we were in the Motherland.

Anastasia: Are you still doing experiments?

Dr. Sevchenko: Нет. Not yet.

Anastasia: Oh, Да. I'll be meeting with my team.

Later on, as Anastasia met with her security team, tasked with protecting the Scientists, then an explosion was heard as the Security Forces open fire on Hybrids, and then Anastasia drew out her Glock 17 and fired at two Hybrids, and she kills one, until another came and shot her with its Bullseye. Then she blind-fires her G17 from cover and then she went running and when she got outside, she saw a V-22 Osprey flying into the area.

On the Osprey...

Just like before, Matt was heard ordering the Osprey to land, and then ringing could be heard as it turned out, one of the Black Ops Soldiers felt the blast go off as it was so close that it gave him tinnitus. And then the ringing fades out with the gunshots of an MSR going off. Then, it shows several bullet casings falling onto the floor of the Osprey, clinking after making contact with the floor. And then the Osprey lands as a Titan appears, but Matt fired a 40MM High Explosive Round into the Titan's head. Currently, it was back to the present time.

Matt: Let's move.

They moved inside as they heard pistol shots, as it came from Anastasia, firing her Glock. Later on, they saw a Longlegs about to land behind her until Matt kicked the Longlegs onto the ground and fired his Glock 37 at its head.

Matt: You alright, Anastasia?

Anastasia: I got shot.

Matt: You two, take care of her wounds. She'd better not die. And for the rest of you, on me. We're heading to the lab.

As they were moving, they saw a large swarm of evolved crawlers. They also saw a scientist running from it.

Scientist: HELP ME! PLEASE LET ME IN! OH GOD, IT'S COMING!

The swarm arrives, and the scientist is killed as Matt and the Black Ops Soldiers run to an elevator until all of them have been killed. Except for Matt. Who survived as he entered the lab, where Dr. Sevchenko fired an HK P2000 at Matt, falsely thinking that Matt was a Hybrid.

Matt: Doc, CEASE FIRE! It's me!

Dr. Sevchenko: Matthew, did I hit you?

Matt: No, Doctor. It missed.

Dr. Sevchenko: We must leave. Where's my daughter?

Matt: Anastasia?

Dr. Sevchenko: Yes, where is she?

Matt: I left two medics to take care of her. And right now, she must have gotten medevac.

Dr. Sevchenko: Good, we must hurry.

In an MH-60L DAP Black Hawk en route to Station Genesis...

Mike: Remember this. When Dr. Sevchenko and the Captain get out there. We get them on the chopper.

Everyone: Got it.

(Back to Dr. Sevchenko and Matt.)

Dr. Sevchenko was given Matt's Glock 37, as the P30 that Sevchenko had used had run empty after Sevchenko wasted the last bullet. Then they saw a Chimeran Entity, only known by the SRPA under the Designation of: Ares. And it was formerly a human known as Thomas Hynes. It talked to them until Matt started to feel his head hurting, and he collapsed onto the ground. Then, later on, Dr. Sevchenko wakes him up.

Dr. Sevchenko: Matthew.

Matt: What the fuck just happened?

Dr. Sevchenko: You are overdue for inhibitor treatment, you are now weak against Ares' abilities. We must defeat the swarm before we can escape.

Dr. Sevchenko started to operate the generators as Matt keeps luring the swarm so he can shoot it with a pulse cannon. And then he lands the final hit on the swarm as they get out and then they saw the MH-60L land on the Helipad.

Mike: Get in here, we've got a score to settle in Miami.

416: You look like hell Captain, was he worth it?

Mike: 416, stand down.

416: YOU DON'T HAVE ANY INHIBITOR STATIONS ON WHERE WE'RE HEADED, YOU JUST MADE YOURSELF A WALKING TIME-BOMB!

Mike: Stand Down, 416. That's an order!

416: When you do turn, it won't be long now, I'll pull the trigger, you hear me? I won't hesitate, not even for a sec-

Matt grabbed 416 by the throat and started to strangle her with his one hand, while holding his Bullseye on his other hand.

Matt: Offer Accepted. Now until that time arrives, let's consider this subject closed.

Matt pushes 416 onto the ground as 416 got up and Mike looks at her in disappointment.

Mike: I should've warned you to not mess with Captain Raines.
