Well to a limit. He can feels everything and every step within a certain limit. And he obviously can't feel the things in the air. That's not his domain. And he's fonts completely blind. He can tell when things are light and dark. He resides were ever he finds a comfy place and his laughter is something you can never forget.

Meet the rambunctious 13 year old that you can see running the skies. She never understood the point of the council. So she ran away from home. Leaving her mother, father, and her brother behind. Though they are still looking for her. They won't find her. She's really good at hiding after all. It is her favorite game :)
