. When the time came for Raccoon City, he insisted you stay close to him, as he slowly betrayed the other members of the UBCS.

. Seeing the full horror of what Umbrella had created in NEST 2.

. Helping him to escape from Raccoon City before it was destroyed, and scolding him because he wanted the money for your future.

. Leaving Umbrella behind, and instead working freelance alongside Nikolai, sometimes even working for Wesker.

. Having a strong hatred for Jill valentine, for almost getting him killed.
