Jackie's POV,

We were doing our own thing in the village as I tried to wrap my head around what happened about Amaris.

'Amaris had a son in the TWD dimension and had to kill him because he became a walker...' I thought before I saw Daryl leaving after Amaris.

He went up to the Roost where Amaris went. I decided to follow because why not he had a head start as I walked up. Once I got there I saw Amaris and Daryl talking, I stayed back and listened to the conversation.

"I-I miss him Daryl. I miss Rick and I miss them. I miss Carl. Hershel, Beth. I miss Glenn and Abraham. T-Dog.... I miss my son Conner." Amaris said. "And the others."

"Come here." He said embracing Amaris in a comforting hug, I was shocked. Amaris is actually letting someone hug her. "I miss 'em too. Trust me I do." he added before releasing her. "But I know one thing. You're strong and we know you sacrificed a lot for us and the others."

Amaris smiles a little. "And also.... For a girl, how are you this tall!?" Daryl added as he looked at the 6'7 inch girl. He acted like an actual kid.

Amaris laughs as she looks at 5'10" male.

"Genes I guess." She said looking at him. He huffs a little.

"But seriously Amaris, you know they knew the sacrifices, they were making." He said.

I didn't know what they were talking about all I could wrap my head around was that Amaris had a son and she actually let someone hug her. Does that mean Amaris and Daryl are closer than we thought? Just how long has Amaris knew Daryl? And who are Hershel, Beth, Abraham, Glenn and T-Dog???

"Sarah didn't have to die...." Amaris said.

It was crazy how vulnerable Amaris is right now. It just shows that Amaris is human too and that she is not a machine that is emotionless. She feels these things like we all do.

"And Merle didn't have to go out like that either." Amaris said.

Daryl looked a little sad himself but wiped the sadness away quickly.

"He didn't chose to he was killed and you said maybe it was the Governor who killed him." Daryl said.

"It's a Theory. I'm allowed to make theories." Amaris said.

"Guess we won't know because the Governor is dead." Daryl said.

"I'd love to see the look on his face when we kill him again." Amaris said.

'Kill!?!' I thought.

"We can't remember he's already dead." Daryl said.

"Just saying." Amaris said.

I wanted to talk to Amaris but I realized something.

'Amaris warned us before. That there were people here that would kill us if they knew Amaris or Daryl or anyone else from the TWD dimension have friends here. They would kill us.... She told us this she told Me and Leyla this.' I thought. 'How did I not realize this.'

I need to go down and tell Leyla this.

Before I went down I looked at Amaris and I walked down.

1 day later,

I tried to find Amaris again yesterday but she was gone so I couldn't ask her things, I suddenly remembered that I haven't seen Ghost yet.

I went over to ask people where they last saw Ghost.

Many people said A day or two days ago.

I saw Amaris talking to Daryl as I ran up to her.

"Amaris? Have you seen Ghost?" I asked.

"No.... Is everything okay???" Amaris asked.

"I'm sorry I haven't seen her either." Daryl said. "Didn't you ask me and Dak this yesterday??"

"Yes."

Amaris Stiffened before looking at me.

"She's been gone for that long!" Amaris said.

"Y-Yes." I stuttered out as she sounded mad.

"Daryl I'll talk to you later. Jackie come with me." Amaris said. I quickly followed her as she made sure we were alone. "What are people saying? How long did they see her since?" Amaris asked.

"Most people said A day to 2 days or somewhere in between." I said. Amaris quickly breathed out.

"We should go look for her." Amaris said. "What happens if she gets bit."

I just stood there... I don't want to lie to her anymore.

"A-Amaris? I have to admit to something to you." I said.

"What is it." She asked.

"We lied about Ghost.... She was bitten not crippled by rocks...." I said.

"I know." She said.

I was shocked. "What?"

"I said I know." She said. "I knew Ghost was bitten."

"A-And you didn't try and kill her if you knew?" I said.

"The Zombie Virus here acts the same way in the TWD dimension. Although I didn't know that when I killed the 5 tainted villagers." Amaris said.

"Wait.... you could have saved some of them couldn't you...." I said. I looked at her before seeing a small nod from her. She could have saved them if she knew it was the same virus as the TWD virus. "How did you know Ghost was Bitten."

"Easy.... I overheard The dragons that knew talking to Summer about it." Amaris said. "They should really learn that I have super good hearing if they want to keep things a secret."

I just paused. She knows then.... meaning she knew that we amputated her infected wing.

"Did we make the right choice?" I asked.

"You did. By cutting off the wing the virus didn't have anywhere else to spread. Ghost will not turn into a walker." Amaris said.

"So we really could have saved the tainted Villagers?" I asked.

"Yea.... but I wanted to show the dangers if they die and if we die." Amaris said. "You wouldn't have lived long if the walkers herded together or those walls weren't up."

I looked at the wall to see that Amaris has started making towers in her spare time. They were sturdy because I see Daryl up there with a gun in hand picking off walkers banging on the walls.

Amaris really does know what she's doing.

"Let's go find Ghost now." She said.

"Yea." I said.

We went to look for Ghost. We looked inside the walls in the village and at the Roost but she wasn't here then we checked outside of the walls.

Amaris and I continued walking outside the walls when I remembered what I was gonna ask her yesterday.

"Amaris?"

"Hmmm?" She made a noise.

"Who are Hershel, Beth, Glenn, Abraham, Sarah and T-Dog?? And who is the Governor???" I asked. She stopped where she was walking and she looked at me.

"How did you know there names?" She asked.

"I overheard you and Daryl talking yesterday...." I said.

Amaris stood still before speaking. "Everyone names that you said except for the Governor was our friends that travelled with us during the Zombie Apocalypse. They died though. The Governor was one of our enemies that killed.... Hershel." She said.

"You said that he may have killed Merle? Who's that???" I asked.

"How much have you listened into our conversation?" Amaris asked before answering my question. "Merle is Daryl's brother biologically, until he was killed. Daryl was sad about it because it was his brother but the two weren't that close." She looked at one of the trees.

"How did you meet the group???" I asked.

"Hmmmm lets seee..." Amaris said thinking about how she met her friends during this apocalypse. "Oh.... I met Rick when there was a Walker behind him trying to bite him after he killed a little girl walker. I killed the walker by shooting a bullet at it."

"O-Oh." I said.

We then see walkers up ahead I tried to go up to kill them but Amaris stopped me.

"Listen here..... look at their hands what do you see." Amaris whispered.

I looked at their hands as I see the walkers turning towards us as I see one taking out a knife before I knew it Amaris shot them with an arrow as the walker screams attracting the rest of the walkers and eating the walkers body.

Amaris led me away from the place as I looked at her.

"Is that how you pick those walkers out?" I asked.

"The whisperers? Yea. One of the ways to tell the difference." She said.

Amaris's POV,

I counted my steps in my head as we walked mentally noting the areas we checked for Ghost and where she could be. I looked around before looking at Jackie. She looked more worried when she first talked to me about Ghost.

"She's gonna be fine." I said.

"How do you know for sure?" She asked.

"She's a strong girl. She did live by herself for years." I said.

"Holy cow..... years...." She said.

"Like I said.... She's strong." I said, I didn't want to tell Jackie why. Ghost needs to tell them on her own time. "They are survival smart. They know what to do to survive." I added.

"Amaris?" Jackie said. "She might be back at the village."

"Ghost isn't like that. She doesn't make you think she is somewhere you checked." I said.

"Can you tell me how you know so much about Ghost?" I heard Jackie say.

"We are just really good friends." I replied with a smile. I looked around. It took a bit before Jackie says.

"Ghost isn't here.... Amaris... Maybe we should go back and look around Huttsgalor again." She started to get disappointed that we couldn't find Ghost in one day. She could be tired and needs rest.

"How about we go rest and come back later." I said.

"Alright." She said.

We started heading back when I see two familiar boys.

'Is that who I think it is?' I thought as I hear one boy yelling. 'Annnnnd It is........'

I walked up to them and looked at the familiar blue haired boy yelling at both the other boy and Daryl to let them in.

"Daryl... Don't shoot. Let them in." I said as the two boys looked at me, I can see out of the corner of my eye the blue haired boys face lights up.

"And why is that?" Daryl asked.

"They are my friends." I said then the two boys had gleaming faces on. I looked at them with a stern look. "Friends that should know not to go through unknown Portals." I added coldly as both boys expressions sunk down as they looked sort of scared.
