Lucas's POV,

When we saw Amaris get back she was in a different pair of clothing. Her eyes were back to the bright look that we love all so dearly. Amaris looked at me before saying.

"Lucas I need to speak to you." She said.

This got me rather scared but interested. She looked like she really needed to talk to me about something but her eyes and voice were cold and scary.

"Okay...." I said before she lead me up to the Roost.

She started telling me where she was for the past 2 days, she was searching for survivors when she ran into someone.

A dragon, more specifically the Hercules dragon. Angus.

"Angus is here..." I said.

"Yes." She said before explaining to me why he was here.

"He got injured by someone with a bat and Yutakan is under attack by Zombies...." I managed to say.

'Are the rest okay at Yutakan???? Did they survive????' I thought.

"Sorry Lucas.... But I don't know if the others survived." Amaris said seemingly able to read what I was thinking.

"O-Oh....." I said not wanting to know how Amaris read my mind. It's probably just a coincidence she can't actually read minds, right! Right??? But it makes no sense. The dragons told us that Ghost was able to read minds too or was that a coincidence too....

Are Ghost and Amaris connected somehow and if so then how?.....

Ghost nor Amaris revealed much about their past. All Ghost told us that she wasn't really allowed to do much stuff where she lived.

Amaris is the same.... but different. She revealed things about her powers and what her parents did to her. The only thing is why did they do that though??

Was Amaris adopted by those abusive parents? Does that mean her parents are somebody else and why is her dark side so similar to someone that I can't remember.

Who is Amaris's real parents? Does she know who her real parents are?

Amaris's POV,

I can tell Lucas was thinking about things about me and Ghost. But I didn't tell him that I read his thoughts. He is onto us Ghost.

Once we find the other TWD people we will send them back.

Then we'll do it.

We can't let them find out or reveal our secrets.
