Leyla: Well we haven't been living with dragons our whole lives. We've had at least four years with our parents.

Dak: I'm honestly not sure how we speak perfect English. Maybe because it's a normal human thing.

Me: *making unidentifiable screeching and squawking noises*

Leyla: Um....

Dak: She's not a normal human. She's a jackal.

Leyla: Definitely not a normal jackal.
