"Tarini please tum janti ho mujhey inn parties ko attend karne ka bilkul mann nahi karta. Yaar waise hi itni mushkil se ek chutti mili hai, mujhey aaram se Anurag ke saath time spend karne do. Right Anurag?"

says Kabeer, giving a high-five to Anurag, sitting with him on Kabeer's bed.

"Right Bhaiya!",

smiles Anurag, giving him a high five.

"Wrong!",

scolds Tarini to both of them, but of course, none of the other two mind, they are used to Tarini's dominating nature.

Pulling Kabeer a little by his shoulder, she says,

"Kabeer tum jante ho na ki ye party tumhare future ke liye kitna important hai?"

replies Kabeer, which makes both of them to laugh, knowing that Tarini's anger does matter to him, he doesn't like it when she gets angry or tensed. Sighing, he says,

"Chalo theek hai aata hun abhi tumhari Didi ko mana kar".

"Nahi mana paoge aaj. Kal hi manengi wo ab",

says Anurag, unwrapping his chocolate which is given by Kabeer.

Kabeer turns to look at him, as he reaches the door of his room by then. Impressed by the daring nature of Anurag, Kabeer raises an eyebrow as a smile comes on his lips, he dares Anurag back,

"lag gayi shart?"

"Theek hai",

says Anurag, casually, as if he is sure he'll win so he doesn't have to get excited about anything, his focus still on his chocolate. Smiling, Kabeer turns to leave when Anurag calls him by saying,

"aatey hue chocolate le aana!"

Smiling wholeheartedly, Kabeer shakes his head on Anurag's sweetness. Suddenly he remembers the task in his hand,

"Tarini!",

saying this with wide eyes, he runs for the other room.

Knocking the closed door, he calls before pushing the door open,

"Tarini!"

Finding her sitting at the far edge of the bed, anger visible on her face, brings a smile on Kabeer's face. Closing the door behind him, Kabeer reaches her and sits next to her. Tarini doesn't turn to look at him. Kabeer wairs, processing how should he start.

"Kya baat hai? Koi problem hai?"

asks Kabeer, slowly, not rushing his words.

"Tum ho meri problem!",

scolds Tarini, still not ready to look at him. Laughing, sarcastically, he says,

"I know! Isliye to main yahan hun, tumhare aur Anurag ke saath".

Realizing that she shouldn't have said those words, because although she didn't mean it that way, the way he is indicating through his words, but it certainly fits in that sense too.

Suddenly feeling guilty, she turns to look towards him and apologizes,

"I am sorry Kabeer, mera wo matlab nahi tha!"

Smiling, he assures her,

"I know. Par ye galat bhi to nahi hai. Agar uss waqt jab media tarah-tarah ki baatein kar rahi thi humare barey mein, main ye accept nahi karta ki hum dono ke beech koi rishta hai, to shayad aaj tum issey better life lead kar rahi hoti".

Placing her hand on his hand with an urgency in her voice, she tells him,

"Kabeer agar tum uss waqt ye baat accept nahi karte to shayad ye baat aur zada failti. Unhe chup karane ka yahi akhri tareeka tha, and we both know it. Aur iss baat ke failne ka result kitna negative hota ye tum aur main achi tarah se jantey hain".

Giving a sarcastic smile, Kabeer says,

"negative? As if abhi kitne positive results mil gaye humein! Khud ko dekho, kitni mushkil se tumhari stories ab logo ne lena shuru kia hai"

"Kabeer..."

"Nahi Tarini tum mujhey iss baat ke liye kabhi convince nahi kar paogi. Aur Tarini agar wo baat wohin tak rehti to theek tha. Bhaley hi jab logo ne humare upar ungli uthayi tab hum sahi the, koi galti nahi ki thi humne, koi rishta nahi tha humara, par uske baad kya?" ,

asks Kabeer, looking towards Tarini, creasing his brows.

"Uss raat mera frustration level itna badh gaya tha ki main humari dosti ki mariyada ko langh gaya!",

with teary eyes, he looks towards Tarini and apologizes,

"I am really sorry Tarini uss din..."

"24!",

says Tarini and this makes Kabeer to blush.

"24th time tum mujhse 'sorry' keh rahe ho",

reminds Tarini, showing her anger.Blushing and shaking his head, Kabeer says,

"aur har baar ki tarah iss baar bhi tum count karna nahi bhuli",

smiles Kabeer.

"Bus Kabeer. Ek baat batao kya galti sirf tumhari thi? Meri bhi thi na? Nahi rok payi thi na tumhe? To kyun humesha tum mujhse maafi mangte ho? Agar galti dono ki thi to maaafi ek kyun mange? Ek kaam karte hain, abse jab bhi hum miley na, milte hi subse pehle ek baar tum mujhse maafi mangna, ek baar main tumse maafi maang lungi. Fir purey din ka quota khatam ho jayega. Purey din koi dusre se at least iss baat ke liye sorry nahi kahega",

says Tarini getting angry.

Just to lighten her mood, Kabeer asks,

"acha fir kisi aur baat ke liye to bol sakte hain na?",

controlling his laughter.

"Haan baki kisi bhi baat ke liye tum mujhse maafi maang sakte ho",

declares Tarini.

"Ek minute! Main mang sakta hun? Aur tum? Tum nahi mangogi?",

asks Kabeer, creasing his brows.

Trying to hide her amusement, Tarini looks anywhere but at him and asks,

"Main galti karti kahan hun jo maafi mangungi?"

Narrowing his eyes on her, Kabeer glares at Tarini and both of them end up laughing. Kabeer gives Tarini a friendly hug when Tarini makes the best use of the opportunity and says,

"Kabeer!"

"Hmm.."

"Party mein chalo na",

says Tarini, careful that they don't end up fighting again.

"Yaar Tarini, tum achi tarah janti ho kab mere mood ka faida uthana hai, nahi ?",

smiles Kabeer, then leaves her.

Tarini looks at him sheepishly. Smiling, Kabeer says,

"acha theek hai, ready ho jao".

This makes Tarini to smile wholeheartedly. Suddenly Kabeer's phone rings and on the screen flashes the name 'Miss Kashyap'.Tarini reads it too and she gets a good opportunity to pull his leg.

"Waise Kabeer, tum mujhey bataoge ki tumhari ye 'Miss Kashyap' tumhe din mein kitni baar phone karti hai?"

Her question makes him to blush and shy.

" 'Miss Kashyap' would be fine. 'Meri' lagane ki zarurat nahi hai!"

"Ohoo... to Mr. Kabeer Sharma ko sharm aa rahi hai?"

"Tarini!" ,

scolds Kabeer, lovingly.

"Ab tum mujhey baat karne dogi?",

asks Kabeer, laughing while he asks this.

"Acha baba ab main kabab mein haddi' nahi bann rahi. Enjoy!",

smiling, she leaves a blushing Kabeer in the room.
