*FLASH BACK*

"It's the first time you didn't meet the deadline Taehyung, I'm disappointed" his mother's voice was calm, but menacing.

"There was too much of it, too many blunders were made by your accountants, who aren't apparently as good as they profess"

"Or maybe, you've found a distraction" her voice was ice cold, just like her eyes as she stared into his soft brown ones.

"I don't understand..."

"Exactly Taehyung, you don't understand. You don't get how important every second of your time is. And there you are, wasting hours and hours on a stupid fling. I know about this new toy of yours."

"Mother..."

"If she was someone from our class, I would let it slide. But apparently you want an adventure or something, maybe you're tired of girls who actually suit you. So you are out there, wasting your precious time on girls who are a no match for you"

"I'll meet the deadline next time."

"I think you will" his mother walked out with a dignified gait and he sat there fisting his hair. How did she know? But then again, his mother had her ways.

"Jin hyung" he called the one person he trusted at that Hotel where he had left her "My mother knows"

"Oh" the voice from the other side was concerned too.

"Don't let her leave the room until I get there, her life maybe in danger"

"I'm in the Busan branch right now. But I'll call someone who can take care of her. I'll send you the number of this guy"

"Okay.But don't tell her not to leave, she's a bit quick with her temper. Just come up with some excuse or anything... I'm going to get Yeontan and take him to the Hotel. That'll give her a reason to stay there until I can figure out what to do" he hung up the phone and quickly finished looking through the files so his mother won't be mad. He was typing like a mad person when he received that call.

"She insists on leaving" the man on the other side told him.

He sighed and ran his fingers through his hair. What now?

"Tell her to stay"

"She just won't listen to me"

Please y/n, please don't leave the Hotel. Mother won't have a scene created there because it's bad for business but once you step out of there... she would got to any length...

"Okay. But... just hold on for a few minutes...Just keep her there for a few minutes, ask her to call me or something... I'll sort the stuff out and she can leave..."

He collected the files and his laptop, walking...well, almost running to the office next to his.

"I sorted these out." he told the woman talking on the phone. She put down the phone and gave him a cold smile.

"Good"

"I won't meet her. I'll stay away. I'll let her go... but just don't hurt her"

"Deal. But the second you go back to see her, I won't keep my promise either"

He wanted to yell at her. To ask her if she actually was his mother, to tell her that he loved y/n more than her but he didn't want to get on her wrong side. She could hurt his precious girl who was making it way to easier for her by not listening to him.

"Okay" he had sighed.

"You both stay under my surveillance. Pack your stuff and get back to Kim's Palace. She goes back to where she belongs, your little honeymoon is over. The moment you mess up, I'll have to make a call and you'll regret it."

He gave her one last glare and left the office quietly. How was he ever going to explain this to anyone? Who would listen to him? How could he tell anyone that his own mother was a monster?

Of course he wasn't going to tell anyone. Of course he was going to go through it all alone. Just like he always did.

*End of Flashback*

His knuckles were bruised but he still continued punching the guy he had already kicked more than enough in the stomach. The fact that the guy was still laughing made him even angrier than he was.

"Go ahead Master Taehyung. Take out all your anger on me but you know who really did this and you can't hurt her"

"Now that i think of it, you're not even worth it" Taehyung spat at him and got up, kicking him one last time in the gut.

Mr. Song had tracked the car involved in the accident, thanks to the cctvs Jimin had installed around his home to be safe from sasaengs. But turned out the driver worked for the Kims. More specifically for his own mother. He had anticipated that but still he was shocked for some unknown reason when he discovered the truth.

He went straight after him and beat him into a pulp. Next stop was Kim's palace's library, the extravagantly decorated room where the Kims were rarely found. Well, except for his mother who loved books.

"I need to talk to you" he said placing a hand on the table with a loud thud in front of her.

"Why is there blood on your hand?" The woman dressed elegantly in Chanel asked calmly.

"It's actually the other way around. Why did you do it? Even when I stopped meeting her just like you wanted?"

"You weren't supposed to leave the event and go after her, were you?"

"And so you decided to take her away from me?"

"She's a distraction sweetie and you can't afford one, not when your career..."

"You just want me to work like a robot for you, don't you?"

"She's not worth it!"

"What do you even know about her?" He yelled." She was there for me when you wren't, when you should have been. She helped me get through my loneliness, my sadness... so many times. She cared for me, she made me laugh. She..."

"Taehyung..."

"This is the last time you hurt her. If anything happened to her in the future, I'll come for you. Even if it's not your fault I would still. I would leave this so called fucking empire for you and you can handle everything on your own as you see fit"

"Watch your language!"

"You watch your actions before i make you regret them!" Taehyung flipped the table in front of her and left, leaving the woman in shock.

Yayyy next week is my birthday ( 10 Dec)!!!

BUT!

I'm also going to get braces next week so I d k if I should be happy or sad 🥳🥺😭

Edit: For those who didn't understand this one, the first part is Taehyung's flashback to the day he wanted y/n to stay at hotel but she left anyway ( chapter 55 and 56).

Taehyung's mom had found out about y/n and wanted Taehyung to break up with her because she thought y/n was a distraction (Taehyung had not met the deadline because he went out to meet y/n when she called him to Namsan , chapter 49)

Taehyung knew how his mom was ( chapter 34: THE KIM FAMILY AND THEIR CLOSET FULL OF SKELETONS) and knew she could hurt y/n, so for saving y/n, he told her to stay at the hotel while he tried to complete his work so that his mom wouldn't be angry. But y/n didn't stay neither did she called him to talk to him.

Unable to think of any other way to save her from his mom, he made a deal with the old Chanel lady (his mom) . He would never see or contact y/n again but in return his mom had to stay away from his girl. He told y/n never to contact him again, but didn't tell her or Jimin the real reason because the Kims do not discuss their family matters with anyone outside the family, not even their friends, and also because he didn't want her scared.

So his mom didn't hurt her back then because of the deal but when he went after y/n to Jimin's place (chapter 66) his mom's worker who was already following him ran y/n over with the car to teach Taehyung a lesson.

When his girl got hurt, he went after his mom' employee first and beat him up for hurting y/n, then he went to his mom and told her to stay out of his life or he finna throw hands. I'm bad at explaining but I hope this helped 😬😬
