When Pearl emerged, the first thing she heard was cheering. She assumed it was for her. After all, she had spent quite a while in there. However, as her eyes readjusted and she looked around, she saw Peridot raised up on Amethyst's shoulders while Garnet ruffled her hair. Steven ran around them, shouting. She stepped over, tilting her head.

"What's going on?" she asked, even though she already had an idea.

"Come see for yourself." The green Gem eagerly jumped down from her purple perch and tugged open the doors to the barn, revealing a huge green drill.

"O-oh, it's, uh..."

"Great, isn't it?" Peridot put her hands on her hips. "While you were being lazy retreating in your gem, I finished the construction."

Garnet and Amethyst clapped in response.

"T-that... that's not even fair!"

"Welcome to Earth."

Pearl stormed off away from the warp pad, deciding to walk the whole way home despite her angry state.
