Jason's POV

A year had passed.

I had proposed to Reyna and she had said yes a few weeks ago. People were planning the wedding. I went to the principia to find Reyna

Reyna wasn't in there, it was just Frank, he scowled and glared at me. I had to try to avoid Hazel, Frank, Percy, and Annabeth all the time, because they were still mad at me for hurting Piper. 

Talk about holding a grudge!

"What do you want?" Frank asked, his face in angry bulldog mode.

I stuttered, "I...I'm looking for Reyna."

"Of course you are, she went out a few minutes ago, went that way I think," he pointed to the right.

"Uh...Thanks Praetor Zhang."

I hurried out before Frank could chuck a knife at me.

I walked towards the barracks, then stopped. I heard a crash from the tool shed.

I wondered if it was just some clumsy probatio, but my curiousity won out.

I opened the door and nearly fainted on the spot. Reyna and David, a son of Mars, were sucking each other's faces. They must have accidentally knocked over some shields, because three of them lay on the floor, one of them still spinning.

When they heard the door open, they flew apart. Reyna saw me and her eyes widened, "Jason! What are you...I can explain!"

"Alright then, explain."

She blinked, "Oh...we...we were..."

"We were kissing," David said simply.

"No! I mean yes we were but he...I..."

"How long has this been going on? Your relationship," I demanded.

"W-We it just started! I-I mean we were never...but he just, just now and-"

"Two months," David said smugly. I wish I could slap that stupid smirk off his face.

"No! I mean, okay maybe but I...DAVID!"

I had zapped David with lightning, and he was smoking and lying on the ground.

"I'm sorry Jason! Just get out! Leave us alone!" she yelled, and threw a shield at me.

A gust of wind made it stop in midair, and it clattered to the ground.

I flew to Camp Half-Blood. Percy had asked the gods to make the two camps unite. So now they're right next to each other in Long Island. Leo, Piper, Nico, and Thalia haven't come to visit though. And I didn't have the guts to go visit them.

I flew past Peleus and landed in front of the Aphrodite Cabin.

I knocked on the door, and a girl about sixteen opened the door. She had curly black hair, brown skin, and was wearing a pink sundress with a necklace saying "Valentina Diaz." She also had a deadly dagger strapped to her hip. I eyed it wearily.

She fixed her brown eyes at me, not in the mood for any games. "Can I help you?"

"Um, is Piper here?"

"No, she left with Leo on a world tour for her debut album about a week ago. I think she's in Canada right now. Either Toronto or Calgary."

I ran a hand through my hair. Piper had dropped out of university to pursue her dream of becoming a songwriter. I was glad she was doing so well. "Thanks."

"Wait, who are you anyway?"

I assumed she must be a new camper, "Jason."

"The same Jason who broke Piper's heart?" she narrowed her eyes at me.

I started getting uncomfortable, "Um...yes?"

"Piper doesn't want to see you. Neither does Leo, you shouldn't go find them. Good-bye," she slammed the door in my face.

I wondered how I was going to get from New York all the way to Toronto. I decided to try the Gray Sisters Taxi.

***10 minutes later***

I got out of the taxi feeling sick. I had given one drachma—they hated my denarii—each to the three sisters so that they would stop arguing about who should bite it. Still, I made a vow that I was not stepping in that taxi ever again.

I picked up a newspaper and found out where Piper McLean was having her concert.

I flew to her concert, and after a bit of Mist bending, I got backstage.

I found Piper sitting on a chair with a guy doing her hair.

"Piper?"

She whirled around, "Jason?" she asked and narrowed her eyes at me.

"You know this guy?" the hair stylist guy asked.

"Yes I do Ryan, can you leave for a moment?"

"Of course," he strode out the door.

"What do you want?"

"I wanted to apologize for the way I acted and...I was hoping you'd take me back?"

"WHAT?" she yelled, "What about your Reyna?"

"She cheated on me."

"Well now you know how being cheated on feels. With who?"

"With a son of Mars."

She looked horrified, "Frank?"

"No! David. But that's not the point, will you please take me back?"

"NO!" she yelled in my face, "I already have a boyfriend. One much better than you by the way."

"Who?" I wanted to crush that guy's face now.

"Hey Beauty Queen!" Leo crashed through the door, "Your concert starts in 15 minutes and we have to...get..." he stared at me.

"Hi?" I waved awkwardly.

"What are you doing here?" he glared at me.

I was about to say something when Piper said, "He wants me to take him back."

"WHAT?!!" Honestly, why is he so upset about this?

"What did you say?" he shrieked.

"No, of course."

Leo breathed a huge sigh of relief, "Oh, yeah for a second I thought—"

Piper silenced him with a kiss, and I stood there blinking for a full minute until they pulled apart.

"I would never leave you Repair Boy."

Leo nodded, laughing happily, "Yup, I knew that."
