My hand reached for my katana and quickly pulled it from it's sheath, holding it defensively in front of me, also jumping in front of Tazuna and Sakura. Sakura may be a ninja, but she'd only slow the enemy down for maybe a minute.

"Yuuto? What are you doing?" Sakura asked, shivering in fear.

I didn't reply and instead kept my eyes on the puddle, which we were getting closer and closer to.

"What the hell?!" Naruto exclaimed, watching as I adjusted my stance.

The puddle was now beside us, and we slowly walked by. I glanced at Kakashi, who still seemed pretty laid back.

Suddenly chains shot out of the puddle and wrapped around Kakashi, pulling tight and crushing him into tiny pieces of flesh.

"One down." One of the two men growled, rushing at Tazuna.

Sakura jumped in front of Tazuna, and both me and Sasuke rushed in to help her. Their chains shot out and got caught around my katana, giving Sasuke the chance to kick them both in the head. Sakura stayed in front of Tazuna, kunai in hand, Naruto was still frozen in fear. 

Both men ditched their chains and charged at Sasuke and I, deciding we were the bigger threat.

"I got the one on the right." I whispered to Sasuke.

"Hn." He replied, meaning he heard me.

Sasuke attacked with a kunai, and I my katana. We both avoided getting hit by their claws, but found it hard to land a solid hit. These men were clearly at least chuunin level. Suddenly, the man I was fighting ditched me, and ran at Naruto, managing to cut his hand open a little. 

"Shit." I cursed, quickly rushing over to Naruto and the man who was trying to kill him.

I slashed at the man and managed to get a deep cut on his lower back, making him crumple to the ground in pain.

"Yuuto! Behind you!" Sakura shrieked.

I didn't have enough time to turn around, my tail almost had a mind of it's own and wanted so bad, just to stab him. But luckily, Kakashi-sensei stepped in, grabbing the man and putting him in a choke hold with one arm.

"Yo!" He greeted casually.

"But, you were dead!" Naruto shouted, looking at where Kakashi once stood.

Instead of flesh, their were tiny peices of chopped up wood.

"Good job Sasuke, Yuuto, Sakura." Kakashi praised. "Naruto, I'm sorry you got hurt, I didn't know you would freeze up like that."

Naruto looked down at his hand, the cut was almost bubbling, a sign that it was infected and the claws had poison.

"Kakashi-sensei, I think the claws were coated in poison." I said, pointing at Naruto's hand.

"You're right Yuuto, if we don't get the poison out soon he could die." Kakashi said, frowning under his mask.

"We should go back to the village," Sakura said. "They can treat Naruto's hand and get a higher leveled team for this mission, since it's too dangerous."

"Sakura's right." I agreed. "These men are chuunin from Kirigakure, they were going after Tazuna, meaning this mission is higher than a C-rank. Although I don't want to say it, we're a little underqualified."

I don't often agree with Sakura, but this mission is actually super scary in real life. I've seen this part of the anime and I know how bad the fight with Zabuza goes, how much worse will it be now that an extra character has been added into the mix?

Naruto suddenly whipped out a kunai and stabbed himself in the hand, it was pretty deep too.

"Why am I so different?!" He growled. "I vow with this kunai to protect the bridge builder and to never run away!"

"That's great, you got the poison out." Kakashi said, shaking his head. "But if the bleeding doesn't stop then you'll bleed to death."

Naruto frantically waved his hands around as he began to panic.

"Sit still so he can bandage your hand stupid!" I yelled, hitting the back of his head.

Naruto huffed and sat down, giving Kakashi his hand so he could bandage it. After his hand had been wrapped, Kakashi turned to the bridge builder.

"My country can't afford a mission higher than C-rank, so I had to fudge the truth." Tazuna said with a nervous sweat.

"Well are we going to continue Kakashi-sensei!?" Naruto asked.

Naruto and Sauke looked determined, Sakura looked hesitant, and I shrugged. On the inside I'm freaking the fuck out though.

"I guess the mission continues then!" Kakashi said. "Lead the way Mr. Tazuna!"

With a heavy sigh, I followed after my team and our client, putting my katana back into it's sheath. 

~30 minute's later~

"So why exactly are ninja after you?" I asked, sitting at the front of the boat we were in.

"The Land of Waves was taken over a few years ago by a man named Gato. You all may have heard of his shipping company, but he's also involved with drugs and other illegal things. He controls all of the ports, giving him control of basically the whole place. He is hiring ninja to hunt down and kill me." Tazuna explained.

"Oh, I get it." Sakura said. "If you complete the bridge to the main land, then Gato won't have complete control anymore."

"I understand if you all want to go back, the moment I set foot on land Gato will surely kill me, and my daghter and grandson will forever hate your village." Tazuna sighed, his eyes tearing up.

"Don't worry Mr. Tazuna we'll help you!" Naruto declared, falling for the guilt trip.

Kakashi, Sakura and Sasuke all agreed, although I think Sasuke just wanted to kick someones ass. I simply sighed, accepting that I was going to be dragged into this no matter what.

"Yuuto?" Kakashi coughed awkwardly.

"What?" I asked.

"What about you?" He replied.

"I don't care. A mission is a mission, we should do our best to finish it." I said, shrugging.

Naruto gave me a wide smile, and Kakashi looked awefully proud.

"Would both of you quit looking at me like that? It's fucking creeping me out." I said, looking disgusted.

"You're creeped out?" Tazuna chuckled. "That's rich coming from the creepiest looking one here."

I made some weird choking sound as I realised I was just roasted by an old, drunk, fool. Sasuke smirked, Naruto laughed, Sakura giggled, and Kakashi shook his head. I simply sighed.

"The bridge should be just up ahead." Tazuna whispered, pointing into the fog ahead.

Naruto squished beside me at the front of the boat and peered into the fog before craning his neck back when he saw it.

"It's huge!" He exclaimed, forgetting what the boat rower had told us before.

"We have to be quiet!" The boat rower hissed, keeping his voice low. "Why do you think I cut the engine off?"

Naruto rubbed the back of his neck bashfully and sat down, sinking further into what used to be my seat. Eventually we came to a small dock and unloaded from the boat. Tazuna lead the way to his house, but we didn't get far before Naruto started throwing kunai into a bush.

"What the hell?!" Sakura shrieked once she realised there was no danger.

"Guess it was a mouse?" Naruto laughed nervously.

"Idiot."

"Go get the kunai, and quit throwing them." Kakashi said. "They are weapons, not toys."

Naruto walked into the bush and retrieved his knife before returning to the group. We continued walking towards Tazuna's house, but again Naruto threw a kunai into the bushes. This time we all heard a loud 'thunk' as the kunai embedded itself in a tree.

"Naruto!" We all yelled once he threw his kunai.

"I swear there's something there!" Naruto yelled, pointing at the bush.

"Well, you're right." Kakashi said, pushing aside the bush. "It's a rabbit."

Naruto went into the bushes and held the terrified rabbit in his arms, rocking it back and forth while mumbling apalogies.

"Why the fuck is it white though?" I asked, pointing at the rabbit.

That was the last thing I said before Kakashi tackled us to the ground.

"Get down!" He shouted, pushing us all to the ground as a cleaver flew over our heads.

"This day just keeps getting better." I mumbled, looking up only to see Zabuza.
