Hello everyone, yes it's quite surprising to see me writing about Genshin Impact.

Especially since I've never played the game ( I don't have the console needed to play it) but I know a lot of the characters, including two of them who became my favorite ship.

Scaramouche and Lumine. I really like their couple dynamics and I loved them from the start, their opposite character, for me they go so well together.

I'm new to Genshin Impact, so don't blame me if I misinterpret the characters.

We start strong, yes I know but here is the story. Lumine managed to find her twin brother Aether and they eliminated the Fatui, except of course Tartaglia, we keep him preciously with us. Scaramouche and Lumine have been in a relationship for a very long time, from their relationship Lumine is now 9 months pregnant. Scaramouche is extremely stressed about the situation. He, after so many crimes committed, will undergo a new rebirth by becoming a dad.

In Sumeru, in Nahida's domain, Lumine lies in bed with Scaramouche, watching tenderly overher. This one is sleeping deeply, she spent a horrible night between the repetitive blows of the baby in her belly and the contractions. Scaramouche decides to get up to go and cook her a little dish toperk her up. Outside, the weather is very bad, the storm is not far away, Scaramouche puts on his trusty blue hat and walks towards theforest to find the necessary ingredients, he growls with stress onthe way.

- I thought I heard someone in the forest. Speaks in a masculine voice and very calm. Scaramouche growls, looking around and sees a thin but muscular man with large ears as black as his hair and emerald green eyes. Equipped with hisbow and arrows, he advances towards Scaramouche.

- Are you the long-eared ? What do you want ? He asks her in an aggressive way, the animal mangrowls.

- Tighnari, my name is Tighnari. He calls back while remaining calm, Scaramouche crosses his arms, not very open to dialogue, Tighnari absolutely wants to know why he is there.

- What do you want from me ? I'm in a hurry... Adds Scaramouche.

- Lumine hasn't given birthyet ? How is she ? Tighnari asks worried, Scaramouche lowers his headwith a growl.

- It's not time yet. Lumine is exhausted, she have to eat, are you finished with your questions ?Adds Scaramouche, Tighnari prefers not to insist but offers to follow him to find edible and very good mushrooms for pregnant women. Scaramouche agrees to follow him to recover as much food as necessary, once his round is over, he returns to Nahida's domain where Lumine is supposed to rest. Scaramouche, go drop off the food in the kitchen, until he hears Paimon screaming in the bedroom, Scaramouche hurries to the bedroom.

- Lumine, what's going on ? The baby is coming ? She asks loudly and with great concern.

Lumine writhes in pain, clutching her belly.

- No... Just a contraction Paimon, it's nothing serious, it will pass. She tries to reassure, Scaramouche comes to her, grabbing Paimon by the collar.

- Arrrgh!!! I'm sick of you Scaramouche, let me in ! Paimon yells knocking on the bedroom door, attracted by all this noise, little Nahida approaches Paimon.

Scaramouche feels his heart beating in his chest. He is all excited and impatient, he comes to put his hands on Lumine's belly then his lips.

- You're not going to betray me, are you ? He murmurs, he thinks he feels his tears rising very quickly, the fear of losing someone again, the stress, this sudden change that is about to happen. After many betrayals, mistreatment by the Fatuis and by life itself, Scaramouche finally believes he has found happiness.

- Lumine !!! Is everything alright ? Suddenly shouts Aether entering the room. Both jump in terror to the point that Lumine feels another contraction.

- Imbecile !!! Is it okay to come home screaming like that ? Need I remind you that your sister is carrying my child ? Scaramouche growls furiously.

- I want to remind you too that she's my sister, Lumine, how are you ? Aether asks, Lumine growls in pain.

- It hurt... It's hurt somuch.

- We must get help immediately. Paimon, get Nahida, we need to contact the midwife. Anguish Aether, Paimon hurries to fetch Nahida and warn the others using her little wings.

All the friends of the twins had the announcement of the news, wishing their best prayers for Lumine and Scaramouche, the Archons, Zhongli accompanied by Xiao, Ayato, Ayaka, Itto and Gorou and Venti accompanied by Diluc, Albedo, Kayea, Heizou and Kazuha even decide to go in the direction of Sumeru to support Lumine in this ordeal. - Come on, come on Scaramouche. Everything is going to be fine, you just have to wait a little longer, it won't be long, a few more hours or a few days, Lumine needs to rest now, and if you go and prepare some food for her?

- I forgot I was a housewife. Says Scaramouche sarcastically, Lumine sneers at this answer while Scaramouche decides to go to the kitchen to prepare the meal. Aether and Paimon decide to stay near Lumine.

- Maybe the baby has a bigger head than his father... Paimon growls, Lumine can't help laughing.

- Hey, don't be embarrassed ! Paimon shouts, Scaramouche show her his middle finger by also putting his wedding ring in evidence. Paimon gets annoyed as Lumine gestures for some quiet.

- It'll be fine, don't worry. I'm just going to rest a bit. I call you if I need. Lumine tells them with a big smile, Aether and Paimon exchange a look and decide to leave the room, leaving Lumine with Scaramouche. She sketches a smile, hugging Scaramouche against her, him who is glued to her belly.

- Why are you crying ? She asks him to tease him a little, Scaramouche growls a little.

- Don't talk nonsense, I'm not crying. Don't mind me. He growls, burying his nose against Lumine's belly, she sneers. He doesn't seem like it but Scaramouche is constantly in need of affection and asks for hugs all the time,Lumine strokes his hair very gently trying to reassure him, Scaramouche keeps crying until he feels a blow to his nose from the baby.

- Hey... Watch out little monster. He moaned, rubbing his nose, Lumine sneered.

- You're too cute.

- Don't talk nonsense, I'm not cute, shut up and rest. The baby could be here any minute. Why doesn't he come out...? Is he okay ? Scaramouche asks worriedly, Lumine lets out a sigh.

- Yes, everything is fine, don't worry. The baby is fine, you'll see when you have him in your arms shortly. Scaramouche only responds with a grunt, deep inside, he thinks back to his past, when he lived with Niwa, he would have wanted him to be there to congratulate him, alas, Niwan is no longer of this world, everything like the young orphan who had promised him that he would become a family, today this famous family of which he had dreamed so much is about to be formed.

They are greeted by Aether, Paimon and Nahida.

- Here we are all reunited, it's quite funny. Said Kazuha.

- SO ? Where is the long-awaited baby ? I'm going to sing him a little welcome song. Said Venti excitedly.

- He's not born yet, it shouldn't take long, Scaramouche is with Lumine for the moment.

- Well, at least he's making himself useful. Luckily he doesn't leave her alone. Said Heizou witha bit of contempt.

- Come on Heizou, vehemence is not welcome today. Lumine and Scaramouche need all our support, today is going to be a wonderful day. Zhongli intervenes with great wisdom, Xiao nods on his side, he comes to approach Aether.

- And you Aether ? How are you feeling ? He asks with a soft but cold voice. Aether smiled, trying to develop a relationship with Adept Xiao.

- I'm a little stressed, I didn't expect one day to attend my own sister's delivery, or even to see her married. And especially not with an old Fatui, but on the other hand when I see Scaramouche taking care of my sister so well, I feel a little reassured...

- Hello everyone ! So the baby has arrived ? Arrives Tartaglia with his big smile, Zhongli comes to shake his hand, as Tartaglia comes to hug him, Xiao growls at Tartaglia's familiarity.

- I hear Lumine screaming. Tighrani said suddenly.

Everyone's blood rushes, they immediately go to Lumine's room, we can hear her screaming in pain at the same time as Scaramouche, only Nahida enters the room with Paimon and Aether. They discover Lumine all red with pain gripping Scaramouche's hand tightly to the point that cracks have appeared on her hand.

- Lumine !! Paimon shouts, Scaramouche grits his teeth trying to position himself correctly.

- Don't stand there ! Someone help her, the baby is coming ! Scaramouche yells as she standsnext to Lumine, but she pulls on his arm to pull him behind her ; Go get Kokomi or someone competent, but quickly !

Immediately, Paimon calls Kokomi who arrives urgently in the room, all shy, but being one of the best healers, she comes to stand along side Lumine to try to ease her pain until the midwife arrives. Tighrani and Cyno being to fetchher in a rush.

- Come on Lumine, it's going to be fine. Breathe but please, squeeze less, my hand will go to pieces. Scaramouche tells him trying to help Lumine, this one lets go of his hand and prefers to grab his arm, Lumine gathers all his strength to already start pushing. The midwife finally arrives to come to Lumine, Scaramouche wants to make a comment but Lumine squeezes his wrist, which prevents him from speaking. Everyone else waits outside the room.

- What shall we do now ? Heizou asks a little embarrassed.

That's when Raiden Shogun decides to enter the room while Venti grabs his lyre to play soothing music to lighten the mood, Raiden Shodun grabbing a chair to settle down towards the couple.

Scaramouche growls in the presence of its creator. Raiden Shogun looks at them with a strange look.

- What do you want ? Do you want to judge maybe ? Scaramouche replies on his guard, Raiden emits a big sigh, preferring not to say anything for the moment and to put his hand on Scaramouche's head.

- I don't want to hear anything. Scaramouche interrupts her until Lumine squeezes his wrist even tighter.

- Wait, please listen to her. Manages to say Lumine while trying to relax, listening to the midwife's directions.

Raiden lowers his head inthanks, keeping his hand on Scaramouche's hair.

- I'm proud of what you've become, and I'm happy to witness this change in your life, seeing you reborn into a better person is the best thing I could see right now. She confides, Scaramouche is speechless that he doesn't feel his wrist breaking into a thousand pieces under the force of Lumine who pushes with all his might, screaming, Aether, Paimon, Itto, Childe, Venti and Gorou who cheers loudly.

- There she is, there she is. She's there. Warned the midwife, managing to catch the newborn finally out. The first cries are heard by the whole troop who jump for joy, Ayato arrives with his basin to put it in his room. Lumine lets out a deep sigh of deliverance, weeping as she hears the cries of her newborn child.

- SO ? It's a girl ? Tartaglia asks.

- Yes, a healthy little girl. Announces the midwife, wrapping the little one in a towel, coming to put her on Lumine's chest seeing her little girl. Tinyindigo and blond hairs have grown on her little head, Scaramouche becomes all trembling at such a small thing, not even caring about his destroyed hand which Raiden recovers telling him that she was going to fix it. The tears flow down his cheeks without them being able to stop, approaching his other hand towards this very small just born girl.

- She's so beautiful ! Shouts Paimon all tender, her eyes bright with happiness.

- Congratulations Lumine, she is beautiful. Congratulated Aether, Lumine smiles and feels Scaramouche's big tears fall on her.

- Do you want to hold her ? She proposes to him, Scaramouche takes her gently, can't help shaking, the little one has the same facial features as her mother, but especially when she opened her little eyes, the same eyes as her father.

The little one doesn't cry, moaning a little in front of her father before starting to smile at him. It was the blow that finished Scaramouche, gently hugging his newborn daughter and crying warmly in front of everyone. The familyhe had dreamed of so much, he finally has after more than 400 yearsof wandering without real purpose.

Everyone applauds him with Lumine for her fabulous work, Raiden sketches a faint smile, Scaramouche's cries reminding her of hers during the Archons war, a proof of weakness, however, she cannot help but smile, she gently strokes the hair of Scaramouche who is much too weak to contain his emotions towards the birth of his daughter, Lumine comes to kiss him on the cheek trying to wipe his eyes.

- He'll end up dehydrating if he keeps crying like that. Venti laughs already taking out the bottle of wine to drink, Aether and Heizou burst out laughing, Scaramouche doesn't even want to defend himself, preferring to give his daughter all his attention. Zhongli steps forward to look at her closer, Itto and Childe also come closer to look at her.

- What will be the name ofthis little girl ? Zhongli asks.

- It's true !! What is her name ? Itto asks, Lumine and Scaramouche exchange a look with a smile.

- We had thought of Runa...And you ? Do you have any ideas ?
