The Secret - 'From Shadows' song by Jeff Williams
"WE'VE GOT A SITUATION!" Now here, is where it truly began. Ozpin and I ran outside, and what we saw, might've made normal citizens wet themselves. There was a horde of grimm, waiting just beyond the perimeter.
I saw something I knew to be more dangerous, Torchwick, it was Roman Torchwick, infamous for all the crimes he's committed, which I can't remember any of. Standing next to him, was Neo, a pale girl with pink and brown hair, who hijacked all the Neapolitan ice-cream. I took one look, and knew now, who they were there.
Three "students" of Beacon were right behind them. Their names are Cinder, Mercury, and Emerald. Ozpin looked at me and said two words, "Defeat them." I ran straight ahead without looking back, Weiss deactivated the glyph I was about to run straight onto, then replaced it as soon as I was out of its range.
I had fury fill my lungs, blood-lust in my veins, and vengeance filled my thoughts. I was a mindless creature, and I was going for the kill. My hands grabbed my anchor, and I wasn't thinking when I turned it into my dual scythes. Ruby's eyes locked onto me, but were also trying to stay on her enemy, which she was able to when Weiss yelled her name when an Ursa was about to latch onto her.
Arsen knew what he was doing was wrong, but it felt so right. The darker emotions exploded within him, and he knew that Xie wasn't affecting him. He had... lost it... his thoughts couldn't... string together correctly... and then, he heard something that saved him.
His pet baby King Taijitu Grimm, which he named Slithering Slash. I had met him one day, years ago, strangely able to hear him. "Wait, before the kill, possssible peaccee must be met firssst." I sighed heavily as the dark emotions purged themselves from my body, but I was shaking heavily.
Then, right before me, Roman held his cane to my forehead, "Ah, I was hoping you'd go a few more feet..." he gave a fake pout then resounded with a snicker, as dark as his personality. "I was going to give you one last chance, before I eliminated you." I spat at him, emphasizing "eliminated, with a heavier emphasis on "you." He gave a shocked look, faker than the earlier pout. "What's wrong? What happened to the..," Roman paused for a second, searching my face, "burning passion?"
I activated my symblance, slightly melting part of his cane, which he then quickly withdrew, jumping back a few feet. "There it is!" he shouted. "Roman, let Emerald take care of this," Cinder said to him. "Alright" he said unhappily as he jumped backwards, Emerald taking his place.
"Don't go easy on -" she said, right before I hit her in the stomach with the blunt end of one of my scythes.
