Appearance: Sylvia has a very small build and stands at 5'3". She has long black hair and gray eyes. Sylvia is also farsighted, so she needs to wear glasses to see.

When she's not Swanna Girl, Sylvia wears an outfit similar to Nurse Joy's, only it's not a dress. She wears white pants, a pink shirt, and a nurse cap to signal she's working at the Pokémon Center. If she's not working the Pokémon Center, she'll change into some sort of t-shirt and jeans, or something involving pants. It would be a miracle if you caught her in heels and a skirt.

Throughout the series, her outfit as Swanna Girl changes a lot. Her first is resembles the Green Arrow's, as she wears a poncho like top with a hood covered in white feathers, which she wears with blue or white jeans underneath. There is a blue S on her suit.

This is different from the suit she wears in the second book as this suit is a black and white, one piece jumpsuit. It has long sleeves and a high neckline. There is a blue S on her suit with a few feathers surrounding it.

Both suits are paired up with a simple white feathered masks that's equip with lenses so she has 20/20 vision.

Personality: Sylvia has a very caring personality, but she also has anxiety. Because of this, she tends to overthink at times and gets trapped inside her own head. No matter what the situation is, Sylvia will always put the needs of others first before her own, even if it makes her very uncomfortable. She is also very quiet, and isn't one to start conflict as that makes her uncomfortable.

Character Flaw: Sylvia refuses to see the evil in people, believing that everyone has a good side to them that can be resurfaced at some point. In turn, she will beat herself over any little mistake she has personally makes.

Past: Sylvia lives with Nurse Joy of Nacrene City because her parents past away when she was only two years old. Being that she has no memory of her parents, Sylvia isn't bothered by it and really doesn't want anything to do with them. Instead, her primary focus is becoming a Pokémon Nurse, just like her legal guardian.

Her love for treating sick and injured Pokémon developed overtime as she watched Nurse Joy treat Pokémon. The care Nurse Joy showed her patients inspired Sylvia to follow in her footsteps. She was never a fan of Pokémon battles, so when asked to go on a journey at the age of 10, Sylvia refused, claiming she wanted to be a Pokémon Nurse. Her plan was to go to nursing school at the age of 18, graduate in 2 years where on her graduation, she'd be given a partner to help her at a Pokémon Center.

Ducklett-> Swanna. Female. This Pokémon is Sylvia's first Pokémon, whom she helped heal when Team Miasma decided to attack them in a dark alleyway.

Audino. Male. This Pokémon belonged to her mother as well. He has two sides to him. While he can be caring and nurturing (like most Audinos are) he is also very feisty and loves to battle.

Swanna. Male. This Pokémon belonged to her mother, and has a very calming personality.

Musharna. Female. This Pokémon belonged to her father. All she wants in life is to snuggle and make people happy. She is later left in the care of a young Joy, who takes excellent care of the Psychic Pokémon.

Mienfoo->Mienshao. Female. Sylvia caught her in the White Forest. She loves a good battle, and likes to act tough.

Plusle. Female. This Pokémon was caught by Sylvia due to the amount of injuries she had. It took a while for Plusle to trust humans, but Sylvia was able to break that exterior down. Now, Plusle is a smol bean who just wants to make people happy.
