Appearance: Unlike most Magikarp, Magikarp's scales are a golden yellow that sparkle in the sunlight. He has two fins that help him swim in the water and a stubby tail to help him flop on land.

Personality: Despite most Pokemon of his species, Magikarp is a very wise Pokémon. He loves sharing his knowledge with his friends as he can't battle or do anything on land. Magikarp comes off as arrogant at times, but he just loves to share his knowledge, and doesn't mean to be spiteful because of it. He's kind to his friends, and is very shy around people. 

Goal: He would like to evolve into a Gyarados before being captured by a Trainer.

Likes: Learning new things. Sharing his knowledge with his friends. Swimming.

Dislikes: Trainers thinking he's weak. Being out of water. People/Pokémon bullying his friends.
