Appearance: Lynne dyes her hair to make her look like any member of Team Magma; however, her true hair color is a light blonde. She has brown eyes and is 5' tall.

Personality: While Lynne is very smart, she is also very quiet. She isn't one to stand up for other people, despite being one of Team Magma's best battlers. This could be due to the fact that she was always helping others prior to joining Team Magma. If she had it her way, she would fight back using her Pokémon, but only when it seems reasonable. Lynne is very good at hiding her emotions until she is behind closed doors, where she will let her emotions consume her.

Past: Lynne Waters worked at the Daycare part-time outside of Mauville City in addition to her father's shop up in hopes to make enough money to open up her own study. She was very successful until Team Aqua made a hit in her hometown in attempts to steal something valuable, nearly destroying the daycare at the same time. Lynne was fifteen and realized what needed to be done. The girl left her family, friends, and boyfriend to join Team Magma and help them.

She is still in a relationship with her boyfriend and has been making the long distant relationship work.
