Synopsis: A Pokémon Short Story

I've always wanted to be with a Trainer, and learn what it was like to be on a Journey. That was every Pokémon's purpose in life. Every day, I'd train hard until I would gain the courage to go out and show a Trainer my strength. That was my purpose.

But what purpose does a Pokémon like me have when I'm not as special as the rest?

P.S. I was tempted not to release my character bios for this—being as it's a one shot—but in case I decide to turn this one-shot into a short story, this would be helpful to have released beforehand. While I have ideas to make it into a short story, it will most likely remain a one-shot.
