At this point, I was literally laying on the table.

I knew Kakashi was going to be late, but really? We'd been here for hours, and I'm pretty sure we were the last ones left in the building. If Kakashi didn't get here soon, I may be prone to burning his book...

I only looked up when I heard the others begin to talk again.

"He's late..." Naruto grumbled while looking out the door.

"Naruto," Sakura called out. "Stay still."

"Why's it that only our squad's sensei is late?!" Naruto complained, and I actually have to agree with him. "The other squads have gone off somewhere with their new teachers, and even Iruka-sensei has left."

"Don't look at me," Sakura grumbled before widening her eyes as Naruto scrambled for a chair and began placing a chalk board eraser in the opening between the door and wall. "Hey, what're you doing, Naruto?!"

Naruto only grinned as he tried to get the eraser steady. Meanwhile, Sakura stood up as she went to see what he was doing.

"Hey!" Sakura put her hands on her hips.

"It'll be his fault because he's late." Naruto explained as he hopped off the stool.

"Man! You're asking for it!" Sakura scolded, but you could tell that she was enjoying it.

Sasuke only scoffed.

"A jounin wouldn't get caught in such a weak booby trap." He stated.

"That's right," Sakura 'agreed' with him. "You're such an idiot!"

At that moment, a gloved hand began to open the door, and I sighed at the sight that followed.

Kakashi had deliberately allowed the eraser to fall on his head without any change of emotion seen on his face. Meanwhile, Naruto had begun laughing.

"I got him!" He laughed while pointing at Kakashi. "I got him!"

"I-I'm sorry, sir," Sakura apologized, but you could tell that she was internally celebrating. "I tried to stop him, but Naruto did it on his own..."

While all this was going on, I noticed Sasuke with an unimpressed look on his face. Oh well, he wouldn't be like that for long.

They all quieted down when Kakashi bent down to pick up the eraser.

"How can I put this?" Kakashi looked like he was contemplating. "As for my first impression of you guys? Well, I hate you."

There was an immediate sense of depression among the three that caused me to smirk.

"That's kind of mean," I finally sat up from my place on the table. "Don't you think Kakashi-san?"

He only gave me a blank look.

"It's their own fault," He explained.

"Just like it'll be your fault if I happen to burn your book," We both glared at each other causing the others to get nervous. "You made us wait a lot longer than I expected..."

"Mah, mah, you need to have more patience," He waved me off.

"I have patience," I got up and started walking towards the door. "But it's wearing thin."

The four watched me as I headed out the door.

"I'll meet you on the roof."
