Remilda had taken advantage of the privacy in the owlery. She had found a spot to sit and scribbled down her letter. If she had tried to write it anywhere else, someone would have tried to talk to her. Especially with the newest article by Rita Skeeter explaining how Jacob Potter was a madman who had been driven to insanity by the rumored return of his brothers murdered. So the peace and quiet in the owlery was nice.

The thought of her father being locked away on the same that Sirius had been on made her both furious and sick. Sirius was still recovering from his time in Azkaban. His eyes still had dark shadows, and he might always have those. That was the last place that her Dad deserved to be.

Remilda skimmed over the paper one more time before folding it up and addressing it to Molly Weasley at the Burrow and handing it off to one of the Hogwarts owl. As she watched the owl fly out of the owlery and into the sky that was turning dark purple as the sun set, she couldn't help but wish could have done that. Just up and left. She knew that if it hadn't been for Umbridge, this wouldn't have been bad at all.

Anyway, as soon as the owl was out of sight, Remilda scooped up her bag and went on her way. The staircase down was narrow, so she hurried before anyone went up the stairs. She then made her way to the Great Hall for dinner. When she got there, she squeezed in next to Raelyn with Lucy on the other side of her.

"Remilda,"

She sighed heavily as she turned around to answer the blonde loony bin from Ravenclaw house. "Evening, Luna."

"I just wanted to give you this," she said in a gentle tone, "it's this months issue of the Quibbler," she smiled as she handed the colorful magazine to her. The front cover had a picture of her Dad on it.

Jacob Potter; Sane or Insane?

"Uh, thanks, Luna," Remilda stated looking up at her. "I was missing reading the Quibbler."

Luna smiled, "That's what I was thinking..." she paused, "Father says that you will like the article. Father usually publishes what the prophet won't."

Remilda looked down at the magazine and then back up at Luna and smiled at her. "Thank you."

"Have a good evening," Luna began, "I need to go look for my shoes...once again, I think the nargles have taken them."

Remilda glanced down at her feet just as Luna turned and skipped away. She sighed heavily and shook her head a bit; Luna was something else. A piece of work that Remilda still wasn't sure of.

"What's it say?" Raelyn asked eagerly, elbowing Remilda in the ribs and motioning to the magazine. Remilda pushed her plate away and opened the magazine.

Jacob Potter was recently sentenced to Azkaban until questioning. We at the Quibbler had the opportunity to speak with one of the Aurors who was present during his sentencing.

"Potter willingly went," the Auror (who wishes to remain anonymous) states, "he didn't argue or anything. He was vey calm about the matter. When asked about his business in recruitment against you-know-who who has supposedly returned, he replied with 'even if there is a slight possibility my nephew is lying, why shouldn't we be ready just in case?'"

Now the question is, is Jacob Potter sane or insane? We at the Quibbler choose to believe that he is completely sane. We will be present at his hearing in January and bring you the report right away.

Luna had been right, compared to the prophet, this was much more reasonable. Even though it was the Quibbler. Sure the Prophet stated a lot of facts, but in a bad way. They made it sound like he was really a criminal and what he had been doing had been a horrendous crime.

"Did you ever find out what was in the letter that Umbridge?" Harry asked.

She shook her head as Raelyn took the Quibbler to read the article for herself. "No, Umbridge still has it." she replied, "I wouldn't be surprised though if she had gotten rid of it."

Harry frowned, "What do you think it was about?"

Remilda shrugged, "Dunno, whatever it was got him caught and now he's probably in Azkaban for the rest of his life. So it doesn't really matter, does it?" she spouted off her response in a tone she hadn't meant to use at all.

"You don't know he's there forever," George stated from the other side of Harry.

"He's only there until his hearing." Lucy replied.

"Odd of him getting sent back are next to none," Fred added, but nobody was convinced of that.

"Once someone's in Azkaban, they don't just get to leave after answering a few questions." Raelyn said coldly as she set the Quibbler on the table and looked down at her plate. "I'm not hungry," she mumbled, "I'll see you guys in the common room."

The group fell practically silent as Raelyn gathered up her things and got up. She walked right out of the Great Hall, not even looking back or at anyone on her way past.

"Is she alright?" Ron asked, his mouth of food.

Hermione stared at him, "What do you think, Ronald."

"Mate, her dads in Azkaban," Fred stated looking at Ron as if he was stupid.

"I'd say that means it alright if she's a bit upset."

"Thank you," Hermione said as she looked at the twins and then rolled her eyes towards Ron.

"She's probably mad at me too," Remilda mumbled.

Lucy shook her head, "No she isn't, Remilda."

"The letter that he got him caught was a response to my letter that was a warning to him." she replied coldly, "I'm not hungry either."

Remilda pushed her plate back a bit. And grabbed her bag. She also snatched up the Quibbler and followed Raelyn's lead by walking out without looking at anyone. Remilda hurried up the enchanted staircase, the whole while she was lost her her own thoughts. So much so that when she she got to the painting of the Fat Lady, she had no clue what the password was.

"Password?" the Lady said, waiting patiently for the password. That wasn't going to be coming any time soon.

"Can't you just let me in?" Remilda sighed, and the Lady looked horrified that she would even ask her to do that. "Please? You just saw me a few hours ago." Remilda pleaded.

"No password, no entry," she replied, "those are the rules. No exceptions." she said stubbornly, and crossed her arms as a way to stand her ground.

"Fine..." Remilda sighed heavily as she waved a hand at the lady and turned. She took a seat next to wall and held her bag on her lap. "I'll just wait here then."

Remilda did just that. She sat there, patiently waiting. She couldn't help but wonder if this was sort of what her dad felt like; waiting and waiting. For something to happen. At least she knew someone would help her in eventually, her dad was probably losing hope that anyone would help him out...

At least fifteen minutes went by before someone got there. It was Harry.

"What are you doing out here?" he asked.

"I forgot the password." she replied.

"Are you feeling okay?" he asked, holding out his hand and giving her a hand up.

She shook her head, "I practically got my dad sent to Azkaban, Harry," she frowned.

He quickly shook his head, "You didn't get him sent anywhere. And I'm sure the Orders trying to think of a way to get him out." he tried to assure her, "Padfoot I'm sure is."

"And what if they can't?" Remilda retorted, "Our mom was just killed by You-Know-Who's Death Eaters. And now our dad is in Azkaban, with other Death Eaters."
