First thing I want to clarify is, this chapter is not meant to hurt or hate any individuals.

We are just going to analyse the ups and downs of our favourite show Barrister Babu.

What made it to go off air?

Everyone are shattered and trembled to know this news.

Our hearts can't accept the truth of the fate of our favourite show.

In my POV, this was the best show I have ever seen.

Okay, coming to the point.

As the topic says, I am just going to write some of the main ups and downs of this serial.

First let me share the accelerator of this show.

Yeah, without any other doubts it was "Aurra".

I am not spreading hatred towards others but the fact is this.

Majority of the viewers started to watch this show just because of that little girl. Even I too. I don't even know what this show is about. When I was scrolling insta, a scene popped up randomly.

My first thought was, "what's this, a small girl with sindoor in her maang?"

Later, I thought to search about this serial and rest is history.

Story line, actors and actresses dedication was the fore most accelerator for this show.

Pravisht, Rishi sir, Chandan sir, Pallavi, Pranali, kumar ji and Dev did their role to their best. Anchal is giving her best now.

Pravisht and Rishi sir lived their characters.

Child marriage concept is not a new one to channels. We already had Balika Vadhu.

But this Barrister Babu is something really special. Its story line was written in such a way even small children can watch it.

Everyone of us adored the pre leap episodes, of course.

Hira mandi track was the real lift which took the show to heights.

It was not the track of love and romance but the track which showed real feelings.

Hira mandi track showed us betrayals, trusts, feelings and emotions.

Second thing was, Subhra maa track.

It showed the viewers that a girl can fight alone even she doesn't have guidance and support of her husband. It showed a girl's fullest ability on how she saved her family from evils.

Most of the tracks were really new concepts when compared to other Itv dramas.

A husband in 1920s allowing her wife to get education, fighting for women's rights, showing his wife a real dream, opposing his own family for the welfare of the girl one who left all her belongings and came behind him.

In reality, we all knew very well that women are the one who leaves her sorrows and happiness behind to uphold her family. She will forget her own wellness and will work for her family and husband. 

But Barrister Babu showed these things in a completely different angle. It was reversed here. Anirudh left behind his own wellness and fought for Bondita.

Next thing is most important one.

"Menstruation track". Even the shows which are running beyond 500+, 1000+ episodes failed to show this.

But our Barrister Babu showed it boldly.
It was really appreciable.

In my POV, above mentioned are the accelerators of this show.

Downs of the shows!

First thing is Manorama's track.

I declared this track as the first deceleration of our show because I went through some of the insta posts in earlier days. They also told the same.

Barrister Babu's thought of showing the hormonal changes in teenage was absolutely perfect but the way they took to express it, disappointed some fans.

Even I too was disappointed.

Every time Anirudh showed Bondita a right way. He always cleared her doubts even about menstruation. But I really don't know why he could not explain about the hormonal changes to Bondita.

Marriage of Anirudh with Manorama was really an unwanted one I think so.

Instead they could have showed the jealous Bondita and courageous Bondita.

Second thing, Divorce of AniDita was really an unexpected one.

Writers have always showed the relationship of their's as Zimmedari(responsibility). Then from where did they got the idea of divorce?

Ofcourse, Child marriage is wrong. But it doesn't mean that leads of shows should get seperated.

Barrister Babu became like a normal Itv drama after the entry Thaku ma aka Kalindi.

It showed revenge mind of a woman using the weakness of leads, which is very common in normal Itv shows.

Viewers really didn't expected these things in our unique show.

According to my observation, Trp started to fall after Manorama track.

And in middle the so called LEAP.

Ps; I am not saying about actress or actors. Just about the ups and downs of the shows!

Writers in earlier days gave us the mentality that this show is going to be an unique one where a husband in 1920s makes his wife, child bride to become a Barrister instead of pushing her in the customs and rituals.

Many fans were eagerly waiting to witness the struggles of Bondita on how she's going to survive and achieve her dreams in the male dominant society.

95% of the viewers was just waiting to witness Bondita's journey in London. Her education track was much expected by many people. May it Aurra fans or Anchal fans, or common ones, they really expected education track.

Am I right?

But writers and makers failed to show it. They straight away jumped to the top most step from the ground level.

Atleast they could have shown education scenes as small small flash backs. But they didn't.

TRP fell down tremendously here!

Yeah, I accept it. One handedly makers can't do anything. It's a mixture decisions of channels and writers. 80% fate of shows are decided by channels.

But makers and production house could have tried something to hold up our show.

Audience factors was also one of the most deceleration.

I am not saying about everyone. Some people doesn't want to encourage these kind of shows. Some viewers won't even give a glance to the shows like Molkki, Barrister Babu, Balika Vadhu etc.

They always wanted to enjoy love triangles, revenge stories, romance, thriller and those shows which portrays a parallel universe. I think you got my point! 

Barrister babu fans were really shattered and heart broken now.

Fans, expected many twists and turns after the leap.

But it became a normal Itv show.

And to be honest I personally feel some scenes which is running now are connected to other serials.

One of the similarities is now running track.

I feel somewhat the current running track is mixed and tuned up version of Meri aashiqui tum se hi.

If you was a fan of that show then you can easily correlate it.

There it was Milan and Ranveer and here it is Anirudh and Batuk.

There it was Nirbhay who wanted to seperate Ishani from Ranveer and here it is Batuk, only difference is Batuk wants to seperate Bondita and her baby.

Hope you all got my point.

Our favourite and best show will be missed for sure.

We have never expected this off air announcement.

But we have to accept it and tolerate it.

My predictions on upcoming scenes:

*As per the BTS which we can see here and there, I think shadi of Tapur and Somnath is going to happen.

*Mallika may reveal the truth of Batuk to Bondita very soon. She may search for Anirudh.

*Batuk may repent from his evils thoughts after knowing that Anirudh is alive and he may go and save him.

*Anirudh himself may call to RC haveli and claims himself to be alive. There are no chances of memory loss as he is clearly uttering Bondita's name.

*Show may take a month long leap to show Bondita's baby. But it was not sure. Because a BTS which is shared virally is not clear about baby in Anirudh's hand.

*If incase it is baby in his hands then for sure, show would have taken leap.

*As per sources the end of this show is written partially/incompletely which means there are chances for season 2 in future.

*I think so, after few months or years there will be season 2, may be! Because the two main pillars, negative leads, Saudamini and Chandrachur are still alive in the show. If you have noticed Saudamini's exit then you should  remember her last dialogue, "I will return soon to revenge Bondita".

*And still Manorama and Anirudh's marriage are valid. So correlating these things there may be arrival of season 2.

*Please don't expect and have hope that show will resumed because set and props were wrapped up.
