Desperation 《6》

"How come you never move from this spot?"
Tilting my head in confusion, I draw a large question mark on my notepad.
"I've never seen you anywhere else, but this room. You use to be able to walk around, but now you just sit on the window sill all day."
I widen my eyes in surprise since I've never really tried to move outside of the room.
Will I mess up the time vortex that I am in? But then again...it might evoke Yoongi's memories of me.
Quickly scribbling down on the blank pad, I explained that I couldn't walk.
"What if I carried you?"
"You can try." I smiled.
Slowly approaching me, he slightly blushes before his hands softly touch my skin. Averting his eyes from me, he gently picks me up, but quickly sets me down afterwards.
"Am I too heavy?"
Shaking his head, he frowns down at me. "You're as light as a feather. The only problem is...I can't even carry a feather."
I tried to hide my smile as I understood his pride was on the line.
"Guess I will have to call Namjoon to help me."
Nodding my head, I do a cute pose in order to cheer him up. "You may not be the strongest man in the world, but you definitly have the best legs."
I wrote humorously to cheer him up.
Scrunching his eyes, Yoongi laughed at my joke. "My legs are nice arn't they?"
"Ne."
At that moment, Namjoon entered. Together, both of both of them use their arms to form a chair for me as we walked outside of the room.
It felt amazing!
Tilting my face towards the laughing sun, I smile in response. Little did I know that someone else was smiling, but he wasn't smiling at the sun.
"Where are they taking me?" I wondered with excitement. Seeing a small white chapel in the near distance, I tilt my head in confusion.
"The church allows me to play their piano whenever I feel like it." Yoongi shrugged his shoulders nonchalently.
Nodding my head to show that I understood, the two boys gently set me down on the front stairs while Namjoon propped the wooden door open. Taking a peak inside, I'm surprised to see how small it looked. Filled with four sets of pews, two on each side and a simple podium on a raised platform, the church wasn't much to look at.
Spotting an antique piano in the corner, I smiled as I watch Yoongi pace around the small paino. Gently sweeping his fingers across the ivory keys, he gracefully sits down on the creaky piano bench and positions his feat on the petals.
Beautiful music floated through the air as a soft summer breaze played with my long hair.
"Namjoon!" The laughter of youthful boys intermingled with Yoongi's music as I woke up from my trance.
"Stop goofing off, Jungkook!" Yelled Namjoon as he reprimanded the playful boys that acted like puppies. Panting from running, three boys of varying height walked up to us.
Seeing the cute boys made me somewhat breathless or is it from something else?
A boy with dark hair and warm eyes smiled up at Namjoon that made him look like a bunny. "Hyung, we were just playing around."
"Hey, who is the new girl?" Another boy with a boxy grin crouched down next to me to get a closer look. Sniffing near my face, I could have sworn this boy was really a dog.
"You can see her, Taehyung?!" Namjoon looked shocked as he stared at the dog-like boy.
"Yeah, she's cute." The boy named Taehyung grinned as he patted my head.
"What girl?" The two other boys asked as they walked over to us. "I don't see anything." The boy named Jungkook muttered as he stared right at me with a blank face.
"Jimin, do you see anything?" Jungkook turned to the boy who was the same height as me.
Shaking his head adamently, the boy named Jimin gave Namjoon and Taehyung a weird look as if they were crazy. At that moment, Yoongi stopped playing from the sudden commotion.
"A guy can't even play in peace anymore." He grumbled as he walked outside to join us.
"Do you see a girl sitting right here, Yoongi?" Jimin demanded as he pointed to me.
"Of course." Yoongi looked annoyed. "She's my friend. Namjoon had a hard time seeing her at first too." Pushing everyone a side, Yoongi sits right next to me on the church's porch step.
Noticing that I was still out of breath, I reach my hand out to grab Yoongi's attention about my health, but my hand phases right through him which causes me to panic.
Noticing that something wasn't right, Yoongi turns to me and widens his eyes in surprise.
"You're fading!"
Quickly acting, Namjoon picks me up and yells at Yoongi that they needed to take me back to the small room.
"Don't leave yet. Yoongi still needs to remember you or else, all of this will be for nothing." Namjoon told me as he sprinted down the hill towards an abandoned schoolhouse.
Was that where the room that I began this story was in?
I gasp in horror as I remembered a dark memory that was connected to that small room on the second floor of that abandoned school.
