This is the last chapter!

(Sapphire's POV)

I just calmed myself down and waited until Ruby went on.

I never noticed how good Ruby actually was. His Pokemon did these crazy tricks which caused the WHOLE audience to yell. I for one rooted for him too!

He won. He was so happy when he beat Marge. But he wouldn't shut up about it...so I just rolled my eyes.

"You did pretty good!" Marge says as she walks towards us.

"Well, I must say," Ruby says, getting all girly. "you did really good yourself, Marge."

"Oh, I have to tell you a secret!"

Marge slowly goes up to Ruby's ear. But she instead, does something that shatters my heart. She KISSED him!

I had to run! I ran out of the building and hid behind the Pokemon Center...tears fall out. I let them go! I probably stayed there for half an hour.

I hear footsteps and it's Ruby.

"Sapphire," he says, "what's wrong."

"You-you'd probably forget..." I stutter, "b-but I can't hide it anymore! I LOVE YOU, RUBY!!!"

Ruby's eyes widen, his face shocked. He just stands there, not a word coming out. I hugged him, probably going to be the last time I can do that!

"D-did I hear that right?" He questions.

"YES!!"

"All of a sudden...I remember what you are talking about! You confessed to me on Mirage Island."

He then breaks the hug, staring into my eyes.

"I'm sorry, Sapph!" He then starts to cry right when I'm finished. "I'm so stupid!"

"You're not!" I say. 

"But I broke your heart WAY too many times!"

"Well, you just have to do one thing to pay me back...don't forget!"

"Promise!" He says, smiling.

"Let's go home now!" I say, linking my hand with Ruby.
