~Rainbow Steve's POV~

Rage boils inside me, and I turn around to charge at Galaxy Steve. As I'm running towards him, he slowly backs out through the iron door. I run after him, and trip in the middle of the doorway. Galaxy Steve catches me, and I feel my face heat up slightly. 

All my anger towards Galaxy Steve slowly melts away as I look up and see his glistening eyes looking back at me. "Be careful, Rainbow Steve," he says softly, and I nod. "Sorry about that, Galaxy Steve, I guess I should keep up with my emotions more.." I say softly and he smiles weakly. 

"Don't worry Rainbow Steve, I know how you're feeling right now. Honestly, I blame myself for them dying too," he says and I look up to meet his multi-colored eyes, all the colors sparkling like a mini galaxy. "I know it's not your fault Galaxy Steve," I say softly and slowly remove myself from the position we were in after he caught me, seeing as we never got out of that position yet. Sadness fills his eyes, and some salty tears roll down his sand colored cheeks. 

I sigh, honestly hating to see him like this, even though I still don't like him that much. He then hugs me, making me blush softly once again. I slowly hug him back, not used to being so close in Galaxy Steve's embrace. He cries softly on my shoulder from the loss of both Sabre, his good friend, and Void Steve, who little did he know was his brother. I cry as well, missing both my best friend and the man who loved my best friend. 

~Sabre's POV~

Black. That's the only color around me. 

All around, there is just the solid black. I sigh, running my hands through my hair like I usually do whenever I'm nervous. "Void Steve?" I call, hating being alone. What happened? Last thing I remember is being stuck in the trap, kissing Void Steve. And... pain...

Am I dead? 

I walk around, trying to find something other than the black, endless void around me. I shiver, wrapping my arms around myself as more of comfort than for warmth, and I continue to search for Void Steve.

"Void Steve? Can you hear me?" I continue to call, and then something catches my eye. A shadowy, misty figure is not far in front of me, and when I squint I see they are looking around. 

I run forward, towards them, and the closer I get to them, the more I come to realize they look like Void Steve. Grayish black hoodie, dark gray hair, bluish gray jeans, and tall, dark gray boots. "Void Steve?!" I ask, excited, and when they finally turn around I see their face. 

Void Steve. With the wonderful face I fell in love with not long ago, but now I crave the alluring view. 

He smiles at me, and then hugs me tight. I hug him back, crying softly on his misty looking shoulder. The hug is for a while, but time seems to revolve around just me and him, all the other misty looking figures seeming to completely disappear to leave us alone. 

He then pulls away from the embrace I missed so much, though it seems like minutes ago we were with one another. He slowly leans down and kisses me softly, and I stand on my tippy toes to kiss him back. Time slows down, leaving us to be in one another's embrace while moving our lips in sync. 

After so long of us kissing, though not seeming long enough to quench my thirst for his gentle touch, he pulls away from the kiss I enjoyed as much as all of our others. 

"Can I... tell you the whole story on why I wanted to get you and Galaxy Steve?" he asks me quietly in his soothing voice. I smile, leaning my head on his shoulder and then smile softly. "Sure."
