The big game. Albus was excited, his boyfriend was going to win the quidditch Cup today. He kissed Scorpius on the cheek excitedly. Scorpius chuckled, "well you're happy."

Albus nodded, "You're going to win this. I'm sure of it."

Scorpius smiled wrapping his arms around Albus waist, "I'm so happy that McGonagall changed the exams to be before the game. Now we just need to secure this and we'll definitely win the House Cup and then in two days we'll be out of school. We'll be in the streets of France enjoying our vacations." He gently pushed a stray strand of hair out of Al's face, "you know I love you right?"

Albus grinned, "I love you too Scorp and I'm very proud of you."

As they were leaning in for a kiss James yelled, "Oi! Lovebirds maybe save the smooching for after the game."

Albus glared at his brother, "go away James, we're having a private moment here."

"I just came to tell Scorp that his team is lookin g for him." James said putting his hands up.

Scorp groaned, "tell them I'll be there in a minute." James nodded and left. Scorpius smiled at his boyfriend again, "where were we?"

Albus rolled his eyes playfully pulling Scorpius down for a kiss, "good luck scorpion king."

Scorpius blushed, "Bye."

"Bye"

Albus made his way to the slytherins section where his sister and brother were waiting for him. He sat in between them with a smile, "I'm glad you'll be supporting my team since yours didn't end up in the final."

James chuckled, "only because I couldn't play during our last match. Next year we'll win." James pointed out to the field, "look there's Scorp!"

Albua spotted his boyfriend immediately, he looked so cute with his uniform on. "I hope we win."

Lily nodded, "I hope so too. He better watch out for Arthur, he aims all the bludgers at the seekers yet he's never caught."

Scorpius felt like he wanted to throw up. His captain had organised everyone to try to protect him since Arthur was playing. He looked at the other team and spotted Arthur glaring at him.

Scorpius shook his head trying to ignore him. He had to win. Scorpius took one quick glance where the slytherins were sitting knowing his boyfriend was there, he was going to win.

The game started as the teams got into their positions, so far he didn't have to worry about any bludgers.

After a while he saw a golden thing fly right behind his opponent, game on he thought.

Both seekers went after the snitch. Scorpius reached his hand out to grab it but as he caught it a bludger flew right to his head knocking him out of the broom.

Albus felt his heart stop as he saw his boyfriend's  body hit the ground. Slytherins had won but no one celebrated.

He just ran to infirmary as soon as he saw Scorpius being taken. His siblings followed him.

"Mr. Potter I'm sorry but you can't come in." Madam Pomfrey said shutting the doors.

Albus was brought to a strong hug by his older brother. "Lily, let's get him to his room."

When they got to his room they helped him to his bed, Albus felt like his world was on pause. His heart was shattered and his head kept replaying the way his boyfriend fell. He was never not allowed into the infirmary the other times he got hurt.

A gentle hand wiped his tears away, he didn't realise he has been crying. "Al, he's going to be fine."

They stayed in the dorm for hours on end. No one dared to go inside and disturb the Potter siblings.

There was suddenly a knock on the door. James went to open it. His father and Mr. Malfoy stood on the other side. Mr. Malfoy looked angry, pissed and hurt but once he laid his eyes on Albus his face softened. James turned to look at his father, "why are you here?"

His father smiled, "Hermione being your aunt has certain perks. Go pack your stuff were leaving."

Lily and James left without asking questions. Harry went to sit next to Albus kissing his forehead, "how are you?"

Draco waved his wand around casting a spell to pack his son's and Al's stuff and went to sit on the other side of Albus. "I gave the order to take him to St.Mungos. He's going to be fine."

"I saw the way he fell."

Draco placed a gentle hand on his shoulder, "I know how much you care about my son, that's why I want you to come with us to the hospital to wait for news."

Al nodded, "thank you."

When they got to St.Mungos Astoria was waiting for them with a worried expression. Draco ran over to her engulfing her in a hug. Albus knew they were worried sick about their one and only son. His siblings had stayed with their mother and his father was there with him.

Harry gave him a gentle smile, "we'll wait here for as long as we need to."

They sat down together and talked until a healer came out to tell them Scorpius was alright but needed to rest.

"My love you should get some proper rest." Draco spoke lovingly to his wife.

Astoria looked tired but didn't want to leave Draco alone. "how about this?"Harry spoke up, "You can sleep in my guest bedroom and Al will also get some rest and I'll stay here with your Husband. If anything happens I'll come get you both."

Albus didn't want to cause a scene in front of everyone, specially his boyfriend's parents so he agreed.

Harry took them to his home a d went back to the hospital. Albus showed Astoria to her room and invited her for a late dinner. He tried his best to not wake his mother up but she was already waiting in the kitchen.

Ginny smiled softly at them, "I saved some food for you both."

They sat down to eat. Ginny and Astoria talked but Albus stayed silent. He quickly finished eating and excused himself from the table.

He laid awake worrying about his boyfriend until his tired body and mind finally gave up and put him to sleep.
