Mira continued to follow the Crimson Shadow members in her form as they made their way through the forests to get to their territory, Mira thinks. They made it to their pack house and Mira was immediately put in a cell.

"Alpha Chad will be visiting you shortly." Crimson Shadow's member said as he locked the cell and stood next to, "don't even think about using your powers, if you don't want your pack to be harmed." Mira signed and sat on the bed in the corner of the cell, missing Max and her family.

"I'm sorry, Max," Mira said, feeling Max's emotions all over the place. She wants to communicate with him through a mind link, but she knows she will break down. "What are we going to do Mimi?"

"I don't know, Let's just hope Max and Miles found us soon before the pup is here" Mimi replied.

"Pup?"

"Yeah, we are pregnant. Did you not know?" Mimi said as Mira took notice of her scent, which did smelt like a pregnant wolf.

"No, I didn't notice everything that was happening. I didn't even show any symptoms."

"We are only a day pregnant, so we may be showing symptoms as we go along with the pregnancy."

"We didn't even get to tell Max and Miles. Do you think they noticed the difference in our scent?"

"I highly doubt it. They have been so busy, they probably thought the smell that was coming from you was one of the other pregnant omegas." Mimi replied as Mira hummed in understanding.

"Mira!" Max shouted through the mind link. Mira heard him, but she doesn't know if she can talk to him without breaking down.

"Max" she cried back

"Are you okay? They didn't hurt you, did they? Where did they take you?" Max asked. Mira was going to reply, but she got interrupted by the scent of an Alpha. She looked up and saw Alpha Chad standing in the front of the cell as he waits for the fraud to open the gate. He stepped inside once it opened. Max was calling her names in the mind link, wondering what is happening since she stopped responding, but she ignored him to focus on Alpha Chad.

"Hello, Mira" Alpha Chad said as Mira just stared at him, not even greeting him back.

"What do you want?"

"I want you to be my mate"

"Sorry to disappoint you, but I'm already mated. And we all know that you don't want to mate. You just want a breeding machine, which is not going to happen by the way"

"Haha, you are right. I just need you as a breeding machine. You are going to be it whether you like it or not" Chad said darkly as he moved towards Mira, but he was blown away by the wind to the opposite from Mira's weather power. He tried to walk towards her again but he kept getting pushed back by the strong wind. He stopped trying and stood still.

"Call in the witch!" He ordered the guard.

"Yes, Alpha" the guard replied and stepped out to get the witch. After a few minutes, the guard came back with a woman, who looks to be in her 30s. The guard opened the gate again to let the witch in.

"Alpha Chad," the woman said as soon as she stepped into the cell. She also left the strong wind in the cell.

"Witch Lena, I need you to lock her powers"

"Okay"

"Also, if you can lock or block her mind link or link to her pack or whatever. I don't want her communicating with them whatsoever"

"Yes, Alpha Chad, but first I need to know what her powers are?" Witch Lena said

"I think it's weather and control of the animals or something like that" Chad replied. Witch Lena nodded. She did a spell where she would be immune to Mira's weather power. Then, she did the seal power spell on Mira. The spell must have worked because the strong wind in the cell stopped. Mira tried to create a blizzard, but it didn't work. She tried to call the creatures living in the area, which also didn't work. Now that she doesn't have her powers, she hoped the bracelet Max gave her worked. Witch Lena did the spell to lock the mind link on Mira next. As soon as she did that spell, Mira couldn't hear Max anymore. Mira was starting to think the bracelet doesn't work and that witch ripped him off. Why is this witch doing everything he asked when she obviously doesn't want to? She can easily take him down Mira thought.

"It's done, Alpha Chad"

"Good, Now, where were we," Chad said as he started moving towards Mira, who started to back up, but he was stopped by force one meter from her. He growled in anger, "What now. I thought you sealed her powers!" He turned to witch Lena.

"I did, it's something else," She said back in fear, not for her life, but for her son's. They had her son, they couldn't let her see him that often. This was the only reason she was not burning this whole pack to the ground.

"What is it then" Chad growled at her. She looked closely at Mira to figure out the cause of the force. Mira smirked.

"I have a little magic up my sleeves as well. You've seen this bracelet; it has a protection spell. Max may had a feeling that would cause trouble again." She said, showing her bracelet. Lena looked closely at the bracelet to see a detailed design that she knows only belonged to her fellow witch and best friend, Rebecca who loves creating jewelry.

"Witch Lena get rid of it" Chad ordered

"Unfortunately, I can't," Lena said nervously

"What you mean you can't?" Chad growled at her.

"Well, it was created by a witch. She is the only one that can take it off. The bracelet, itself can't be taken off once it is put on because of the unbreakable spell. The protection spell placed on it prevents the person wearing it from physical harm. Anyone that has the intention of physically harming that person is stopped by a barrier."

"Is there anything you can do about it?"

"Not really. Only the witch that made it can undo the spells placed on it."

"Do you know where I can find this so-called witch?"

"I'm sorry, I don't"

"Useless!" Chad growled at her. He was angry that his plan is not going how he wanted, his pheromones were all over the room, making Mira nauseous and she threw up.

"You should reduce your pheromones, you are causing her stress," Lena said nervously to Chad, not knowing how he will take being ordered.

"Don't order me around" Chad growled, but he reduced his pheromones (Aww, he has a heart). He calmed down. Once he did, he started to smell a pregnant wolf. He looked at Mira and smirked. Maybe my plans can still happen he thought (Nevermind).

"I don't really need blood-related heir, I just need children that are born from her" Chad said darkly. Mira looked up with fear, fear for her unborn child.

"What do you mean?"

"She is pregnant with that alpha's child," Chad replied. Lena looked at Mira in sadness. "This unborn child will help me conquer the wolf world."

"You will never have my baby!" Mira shouted, putting a protective arm over her belly.

"Oh, I will even if I have to kill you," Chad said darkly. Then, he turned to Lena.

"I need you to wipe her memories of her pack, so the last three years. While you are at it, do something with her mate mark, scent, and eyes." He ordered.

"To wipe her memories I need to hold her head, I can't get close to her because of the bracelet, but I can give her a bracelet with the memory erase spell cast on. I can do a spell that makes her mark invisible and her eye color change. For her scent, I can cast a spell that blocks her scent on her since that spell doesn't require me to physically touch her." Lena suggested.

"Do whatever is necessary"

"I would need a bracelet since I can't create the bracelet with magic"

"Okay, Find a bracelet" Chad ordered the guard.

"Yes, sir," the guard said and went to find a bracelet. After a few minutes, he came back and handed the bracelet to Lena, who took it. She first did the invisible spell for the mark and the eye color change spell for the eyes. Then, she did the memory spell.

"For anyone who wears this bracelet, let their memories from now to the past three years cease to exist. Wipe them as clean as air, let no recollection haunt them nevermore." She cast the spell on the bracelet.

"Also, make it where it can't be taken off," Chad ordered. Lena cast the unbreakable spell on the bracelet as the other witch did.

"No other witch can undo these spells, right?" Chad asked.

"Yes, any spell cast by a witch can't be undone by other witches, only them" Lena replied

"Good," Chad said and turned to Mira, "Put the bracelet on"

"No"

"Well, then, if you don't, I will kill the witch's son" Chad threatened. Lena looked at Mira pleadingly.

"No!, please, put the bracelet on. I don't want my only son to die. Please" Lena begged Mira. Mira felt bad for her, now that she realized why the witch was doing everything that Chad ordered.

"Fine" Mira said. Lena went to her to give her the bracelet, she wasn't stopped by the barrier since she didn't have intentions of harming her. Mira took the bracelet from her and put it on. As soon as she put it on, her sliver eyes change to brown and her mate mark became invisible.

"Thank you" Lena whispered. Mira smiled at her, not knowing what she was being thanked for.

"Put the scent block spell on her" Chad ordered. Lena did. Chad smelt the air and didn't smell Mira's scent.

"You will be living with her in this cell to take care of her through her pregnancy" Chad said to Lena, "your things from your cell will be moved here. Don't think about doing any funny business or your son gets it." Chad left the cell once he said what he had to say. Once he left, Mira sat down, holding her necklace.

"So, what's your name and what you are in here for?" Mira asked Lena, having already forgotten her name because of the spell.

"I'm Lena and they want me to make spells and helped them in defeating other packs" Lena explained as she sat on the floor.

"How long have you been here?" Mira asked while gesturing for Lena to sit on the bed next to not on the dirty floor.

"I have been here four years" Lena answered as she got up off the floor and sat next to Mira.

"Why haven't you tried to escape since you easily can?" Mira asked confused.

"I would if they didn't have my son held captive," Lena said sadly, "They don't even let me see him that much." Mira hugged her, which Lena returned.

"It's fine though, he will be safe as long as I do everything they ask of me," Lena said once they released each other. "I've been meaning to ask do you know who give you that bracelet?"

Oh, this. I think it was my parents. They give it to me today since it was my birthday before they attacked my pack. My parents and I were the only once that escaped, but they caught us and took me. I wonder how my parents are coping with me being gone. I think they are looking for me. I hope they find me soon. Oh, that alpha said I was pregnant. Is that true?" Mira said. The poor girl forgot that her parents are dead.

"That's nice and yes, you are pregnant" Lena replied sadly.

"Is it is baby?" Mira asked, praying it is not.

"Oh, no"

"Good, then, it must be my dead mate's baby," Mira said sadly and she started crying thinking about her dead mate. Lena just hugged since she can't tell her the truth or Chad would find out and it was not good for her son's safety.

"I will protect, baby if it's that last thing I do" Mira promise her unborn child as she caress her belly once they released their hug. Lena did her own promise of protecting both of them.
