One year later...

WALTER lifted his eyes on Doc Jared.

Umupo ito muli sa sofa. Kababalik lang ng lalaki mula sa paggamit saglit ng banyo. Dahil umaga niya ito binisita, bukas ang bintana ng silid kung saan malayang nakakapasok ang sinag ng araw.

"So where are we?" komportableng tanong ng doktor sa kanya.

"Well, kinakamusta mo si Beta sa akin," magaan niyang wika, kampante sa pagkakaupo sa sulok ng pahabang sofa malapit sa kinauupuan ng doktro.

"So, how is she? Is she happy?"

"Yes, she's happy," a small smile appeared on his lips.

"Well, what makes her happy?" kaswal lang nitong follow-up question.

He let out a sigh. Umiwas siya ng tingin sa doktor para isa-isahin ang mga kaganapan nitong nakaraan kay Beta.

"Well, nitong nakaraan, nag-celebrate ng wedding anniversary ang mga parents niya. They went to Mexico after they invited us for a dinner," napangiti siya roon. "Corinstones had another branch. That's keeping her a little busy months ago until the grand opening. She also mass produced some of these The Org inspired necklaces." Sumulyap siya kay Jared. "For The Org's upcoming anniversary party."

"That's nice," he smiled.

"And I double that happiness of hers," mayabang niyag ngisi.

"Getting confident now, huh?" mahina nitong tawa.

Walter shrugged his shoulders.

"What about you? Are you happy?"

The question made him pause. Not because he did not know what to answer. Natigilan si Walter dahil iniisip niya kung dapat pa bang sagutin iyon. Doc Jared should see how much his happiness was reflecting on his face, in his voice, in his actions...

Pero para na rin makampante ang doktor na maayos nitong nagagawa ang trabaho, umamin na rin siya.

"I am happy," he smiled. "I am happy not just because Beta is happy. But because I am happy myself. She makes me happy, I am doing what makes me happy which is giving free seminars about stock market awareness, and I am thinking of things that makes me happy."

"Things such as?" Jared leaned forward, obviously interested.

He leaned toward him too. "They are for my sweet to know, Doc Jared."

The man chuckled. Sumandal na ulit ito sa kinauupuan. "Sure, sure."

"How's Clint?" tanong naman niya. "Matagal pa ba siya sa US?"

"Oh, let the guy take a break," ngisi nito. "You've been a handful, Walter. Kailangan niya ng bakasyon."

Halakhak lang ang nagawa niya sa narinig. Totoo naman kasi iyon. Habang inaalala lahat ng sakit ng ulo na dinulot niya sa kaibigan, it may sound cruel, pero natatawa na lamang siya. He was really, really insane.

"Pinapasabi niya na may pinupuntahan siyang orgy sa US. And it is much better than The Org."

"Oh, he's testing me again," nanunubok niyang ngisi. "But I don't care if it is better. I hope he saves a lot of information for me. Dapat niya ikwento iyon pag-uwi at nang ma-apply ko sa The Org."

Another exchange of laughter.

PAGKALABAS ng gusali ay nakatayo sa labas ng kotse si Beta at nag-aabang sa kanya sa front parking. She was as stunning as the first night he laid his eyes on her. Okay, she was not as thin as she used to, but not yet that thick. She was not as airy as the way she looked like before, yet he loved her more. Tame set of eyes and a soft smile from her lips welcomed Walter.

Nilapitan niya ito at nilapatan ng halik sa mga labi pagkahapit sa bewang nito. As their lips parted, he looked around first before asking.

"Bakit nasa labas ka ng kotse?"

Tumaas ang sulok ng labi nito. "Bakit hindi mo tingnan sa loob ng car kung ano ang binili ko?"

He gave her a teasing smile. "Ikaw, ha? Let me see."

Excited na binuksan niya ang pinto ng kotse at nakita sa dashboard ang nakapatong na pack ng condoms. Kumawala ang mahinang tawa mula sa mga labi ni Walter at hinarap ito.

"Ikaw ha?" hapit niya sa bewang nito para ilapat si Beta sa kanyang katawan. "You're not even answering my proposal yet, and you want to have my body again."

"What can I do?" she bit her lower lip, temptingly staring on his lips with longing before her eyes slowly yet seductively stared into his. "You're so good, Sir Eberbach."

Sinundan pa iyon ng pagkagat nito sa pang-ibabang labi.

"Then I'll bang you better, a bang so good it will make you say yes and marry me," he chuckled.

"I can't wait," she almost whispered.

Kapwa pumasok na sila ng kotse. Nagpresenta si Beta na magmamaneho para makuwentuhan daw niya ito tungkol sa naging pagbisita niya kay Doc Jared. As his girlfriend started the car, Walter intriguingly took a condom pack an opened it. Kailangan niyang maging handa mamaya kaya ilalabas na niya ang mga sachet niyon at ibubulsa.

To his surprise, parang walang laman ng pack. Binuksan na niya iyon at nahila palabas ang isang maliit na note.

YES.

Halos magsalubong ang mga kilay niya, hindi maunawaan kung nabogus ba si Beta. Kasi kung ganoon, kailangan nila papalitan ang binili nitong...

He could feel the weight of her stare. Napatingin tuloy siya sa nakangiting dalaga na panakaw-nakaw ng sulyap sa kanya. He threw a teasing stare in response to that, making her grin. Nilapag niya ang pack sa dashboard at binuksan ang isa pa.

There was another note and a ring.

Wear it, so they'll know you are engaged too.

At nakita niya ang customized na silver ring doon. Kumawala ang emosyonal niyang pagtawa habang sinusuot iyon sa sarili. Sumulyap siya at doon na lang napansin na suot na pala ng dalaga ang binigay niyang engagement ring na ilang linggo rin nito pinag-isipan kung o-oo ba sa proposal niya.

"I had to postpone my yes," malapad nitong ngiti, "because I want to make a ring for you too."

They did not even realize how teary their eyes already were.

But Walter knew that they were happy... very, very happy.

PAGKAUWI sa bahay, napansin ni Beta ang mga invitation cards na nakalapag sa coffee table. Binaba nito ang bag at tiningnan bago siya nilapitan muli.

"Invitations para sa anniversary party ng The Org?"

"Yup," he smiled. "Do you want to come?"

Her eyes sparkled. Yumakap ito sa kanya, nakatuon ang baba sa kanyang dibdib habang nakatingala sa kanya.

"Yes, Sir Eberbach," she answered raspily. "I want to come."

"Oh, you," the corner of his lips lifted naughtily, his hand gave her butt a soft squeeze that made her breathe out a moan.

"I love you," she smiled.

"I love you too."

"I love you for loving me the way I am, and not demanding for more."

"I told you," lapit niya ng mukha rito. "We are one and the same."

He planted a soft kiss on her lips before they parted from their embrace. Kinuha na niya ang mga invitation cards na hawak ng dalaga. Malambing na hinaplos nito ang kanyang pisngi.

"I'll get ready," she purred before sexily getting out of his way.

Nilingon niya ito at pinanood ang pagtalikod ng dalaga para tunguhin ang kanyang kwarto. He admired the way her hips swayed, how her hair bounced as she walked and when Beta turned around and gave him a sweet smile, he automatically smiled.

When she turned to the hallway, Walter gave the invitations one last look.

All of a sudden, Walter felt better and hoped that The Org would remain different for its clients from his own experience. He hoped The Org would happily fulfill their fantasies and not cage them in their misery and traumas by coping through sex. He knew it seemed impossible for some, but he would keep on hoping.

Dahil kung kinaya niya, kakayanin din nila ito. Because no matter how tragic life could be, after the scars, the lessons left were valuable.

He still kept one attitude that got him through his cuckolding before— being happy for other people's happiness. But this time, Walter was glad he can finally be happy for other people without actually hurting and degrading himself.

This time, he can be happy for others and feel really happy about it.

Iniwanan na niya ang mga cards sa mesa at sinundan si Beta sa kwarto. Gulat na napasinghap ito sa kanyang presensya. Kakahubad pa lang kasi nito ng saplot. Her dress and underwear scattered on the floor.

Walter smiled, finally at peace and so sure that Beta would always be his', only his' because Beta was made for no one else but him. And he was born to be the sole source of her happiness.

And the same goes for Beta. He would always be her's.

"Would you like me to tie you up?" she bit her lower lip sexily.

"Why would you want to tie me down, sweet?" he asked huskily, his dangerous sexy voice sent tingles all over Beta that obvious excited her.

"Because you're so good I don't want to let you escape my love," she flirtatiously remarked.

"You win, you can tie me up, sweet."

"Becoming experimental?" she smiled.

"Everything with you is worth a try, sweet," he smiled back.

Beta licked her upper lip. Oh, she was so hot, he could feel himself getting hard already!

"Then it's on," she finalized.

Tumalikod na ito para tungunhin ang isa sa mga drawers. Walter watched her as he unbuttoned his shirt feeling so heated by her mere presence, heart pounding with love and excitement.
