Chapter 7: Harmless Revenge

Third POV

Jungkook pushed Taehyung off of him with widened eyes and gasped. Taehyung looked at him confused and leaned in to continue the kiss. Jungkook immediately reacted and pushed him once again and quickly ran out of the room hoping he wouldn't follow him. Luckily he didn't. His breathing was uneven as he tried not to trip over his own feet. 

He ran all the way to his room and shut the door with a loud bang. He panted as he pressed his back against the door. He slid down until he landed on his butt and put his head in between his knees. 

"What was that?" Jungkook wondered when his brain kept replaying the scene over and over again. 

That was our mate kissing us dummy. Nova laughed.

I understand that. But why? I thought he hated us.

Oh, he still does. But his body is craving the touch of his mate. The bond is getting stronger.

What does that mean?

That means he will go crazy and he will do anything to claim us once it gets too powerful.

"I can't do this," Jungkook muttered. He touched his lips and shivered at the thought of that. His first kiss was taken by his mate and it felt so good. He didn't know what that meant though.

Does this mean his mate finally wants him?

Jungkook didn't know. But he wanted to find out.

"How was the hunt hyung?" Jungkook asked as Yoongi set foot in his room a couple hours later. Jungkook spent his time playing overwatch in the corner of his room.

"It was normal," Yoongi shrugged, "We caught some good food for the barbeque party tonight." Jungkook's grin widened. 

"And I need to decorate for that," Jimin sighed as he walked into the room, "That is why I came here to get you to help." He pulled at Yoongi sleeves to get his attention. Yoongi nodded and rolled his eyes. 

"Hey bun," Jimin called out, "You can help after you get dressed." Jungkook nodded excitedly and skipped to his closet. 

He finally decided on an outfit after thirty minutes of trying on different clothes. He happily skipped out of his room and down to the backyard where everything was being held. As he got closer he noticed people getting the place nicely decorated and cleaning here and there.

"Hey, Kook!" Jin yelled, "Come, help me with the food"

The sun had finally set and the fire pit was ablaze. Everyone was socializing and eating. He hasn't come across Taehyung yet and was silently thankful for this. 

"How was your week bun?" Yugyeom asked walking towards him with a plate of food in his hands. 

"It was decent Gyeomie," Jungkook sighed thinking about the kiss that was forever stuck in his mind. 

"I have news," Yugyeom laughed, "It's either good or bad, but it depends on how you take it."

"What is it?" Jungkook asked jumping up and down. He loved hearing good news. Anything to distract him.

"I'm leaving after New Years," he announced with a smile etched onto his face. Jungkook gasped and launched himself into his arms.

"You're staying for three more months," Jungkook laughed into the other's neck. 

What Jungkook didn't know was a certain person watching from a distance. Taehyung fought back a growl watching the scene unfold in the distance. His wolf was begging to go attack the unmated wolf. 

Taehyung looked around and spotted Mina so the first thing that came to his mind was pulling her close to him. He pushed his lips against hers and started to engage in an intense make-out session. He hated how it felt. It felt wrong and made him want to throw up but he went through it. 

 On the other side of the fire, Jungkook felt a sudden sharp pain go through his body. He groaned and let go of Yugyeom. 

"What's wrong bun?" Yugyeom asked concerned laced in his voice. Jungkook let out a whine in response and grabbed onto Yugyeom's arm. 

"What's happening?" Hoseok asked as he approached them with the others behind him. 

"I have no idea."

"I do," Jin scoffed and pointed to the couple who were practically on top of each other. They stood next to the fire pit with hands their hands all over each other. 

Jungkook regained his composure and turned to the couple angry. His wolf had gained control over him.  His feelings were all over the place. But one thing he was sure of. 

He hated Mina.

Taehyung following close behind. 

Who kisses someone and kisses another person the same day?

Taehyung apparently. 

Jungkook was fuming with anger and wanted to something about it. 

"I have an idea," he announced to the group. He turned back the couple and lifted his hand up slightly.  He turned his hand lightly focusing on the fire in front of him. He then suddenly jerked his hand to the left and the fire did the same which caused Mina's dress to catch on fire. She screamed loudly alerting everyone. Everyone panicked not knowing what to do. Taehyung let go of her and his eyes widened. 

One of the pack warriors came running with a bucket of water and dumped it on her. She screamed even louder. Almost everyone tried to fight off the urge to laugh as she stomped away angrily into the house. 

"That was fun," Jungkook laughed. His power of controlling elements came in handy today. It wasn't necessarily used for evil. More for harmless revenge. 

"That was evil Jungkookie," Yoongi frowned, "But I loved it." His grin stretched even wider. 

 An hour later his group of friends who he considered family sat by the fire and engaged in an argument. I mean what else do they do?

"You can't lose an argument if you end it with shut up nerd," Yoongi stated with his head held up high. 

"Yes you can," Hoseok laughed. 

"Shut up nerd," Yoongi scoffed crossing his arms. Everyone laughed in response and Yoongi smiled. 

"I'm going to get milk from the kitchen," Jungkook announced getting up from his seat. 

"I'll go with you," Yugyeom added. Jungkook nodded and began walking to the kitchen. 

When he finally got there he tried to reach his favorite cup from the top cupboard so he climbed on top of the counter. 

But he was too short. 

"Let me help you Kook," Yugyeom laughed as he tried to reach over Jungkook. 

Jungkook tried moving out of the way but instead he lost his balance and fell onto Yugyeom. This caused them to fall down onto the floor and everything falling as well. Jungkook screamed as he made contact with a hard chest. He landed on top of Yugyeom. He had his arms securely on Jungkook's waist making sure he wouldn't get hurt. 

"What's going on in here?" a voice boomed as the person opened the kitchen door. Jungkook flinched because he immediatly recognized it. 

The person walked over to the two of them and let out a loud growl when he saw what was happening. 

"Get your hands off my mate," Taehyung snarled. Jungkook yelped and immediatly stood up prying himself off of his friend. 

"I thought Mina was your mate," Yugyeom argued as he stood up as well, "Bun get behind me." He used his arm to push Jungkook behind him. 

"I don't have to answer you," Taehyung yelled. 

"You need to mind your own business," Yugyeom yelled in response.

"Stop," Jungkook whimpered, "Yelling hurts bun's ears." Taehyung eyes softened for a split second before putting his cold mask back on. 

"I need to talk to him," Taehyung said with his arms crossed. 

Yugyeom rolled his eyes, "Go ahead but if you hurt him I will personally kill you painfully." With that said he walked out of the kitchen and slammed the door shut. 

Taehyung turned his attention back to his shaking mate, "What did I say about other people touching you?"

"Ony you can," Jungkook mumbled putting his head down shamefully. 

Taehyung walked closer to him and lifted his chin up, "You are mine." 

"Do you accept me as your mate?" Jungkook asked his heart speading up, 

"No."

Jungkook's heart stopped.

"I won't mark you or mate with you," Taehyung continued, "But my body craves you." He wrapped his arms around Jungkook's waist and pulled him closer. 

"Mina will be Luna," he stated, "she's strong." 

Jungkook whimpered. 

"I know omegas are weak and can't live without a mate but if you die I will too," he said pressing his forehead against the younger, "So we can't have that happening."

"What are you going to do?" Jungkook asked confused and offended at the same time. He knew he wouldn't die but Taehyung would. 

"You are going to be my little secret," Taehyung answered, "My little sex slave."

"Can't have word getting around that the strongest Alpha in the world is mated to an Omega now can we?" Taehyung questioned. 

Jungkook shook his head. He was a mess. Nothing made sense anymore. He just loved the feeling of his mate holding him. 

"Good boy."

This was a mess but I got it done around 1 in the morning.
