Chapter 31: The day after

Third POV

Jungkook sat at the dining room table eating cereal and humming a song. He had just woken up from finally mating and he was hungry. He was too lazy to cook so here he was. In Taehyung's shirt and boxers. Eating cereal. Alone.

"Good morning," Jimin yawned as he sat down next to Jungkook with a bowl of cereal as well.

"Morning," Jungkook said with cereal in his mouth.

"Gross," Jimin laughed. "Something smells different in here." He continued sniffing the air until his eyes widened and he stared at the younger.

"You mated," Jimin gasped. Jungkook choked on his cereal.

"How did you know?" He asked after swallowing his food.

"Your scents are mixed," Jimin answered. Jungkook nodded and continued eating.

"So did you suck his dick or something?" Jimin asked nonchalantly. "Or did he eat the booty like groceries." Jungkook stared at Jimin with the most confused look he could muster.

"Suck what?"

"Really! You haven't given someone the best succ of their life!" Jimin exclaimed.

"No?" Jungkook answered tilting his head.

"I'll teach you! Let me get a popsicle," Jimin stated before jumping out of his seat and running into the kitchen.

"Jin won't like me eating popsicles in the morning," Jungkook mumbled to himself. Jimin came back with a red and a blue popsicle in his hand. He sat down and handed Jungkook the blue one.

"So first you do this," Jimin instructed before wrapping his lips on the tip of the popsicle. Before he could continue Jin walked in.

"What did I say about sweets in the morning?" Jin scolded as he made his way to the two.

"I'm teaching how to suck a dick," Jimin said monotoned.

"Really!" Jin exclaimed, "I'll help."

"What?" Jungkook asked.

"I raised a hoe I can do it again," Jin answered gesturing to Jimin. "Jimin go ahead." But before he could enter a grumpy Yoongi walked in and sat down next to Jimin.

"What's happening?" he groaned.

"Nothing," Jungkook squeaked.

"Teaching him how to give head," Jimin stated. That woke Yoongi up.

"What!" Yoongi screamed. "I will not let you corrupt my little brother and teach him how to suck a dick!"

"Maybe he should learn," another voice interrupted. Everyone's head snapped over to the voice and there was Taehyung in his bare-chested glory.

"Taehyung!" Jungkook glared.

"Why do you guys smell weird?" Yoongi asked sniffing the air.

"They mated!" Jin screamed in realization.

"You did what?!" Yoongi said looking at the two of them. Then he saw what Jungkook was wearing and everything clicked.

"Haha," Taehyung nervously chuckled, "I have to go." As soon as the words left his mouth he was running back to his room. Then Yoongi stared at Jungkook.

"Me too," Jungkook announced handing Jimin the half-sucked popsicle. He then ran after his mate.

"This house is corrupted," Yoongi sighed.

"So you wanna learn how to give head?" Taehyung asked randomly as they were cuddling on the bed.

"Shut up," Jungkook mumbled embarrassed.

"I could teach you," he suggested with a playful wink. Jungkook shook his head quickly. "Okay how about we go on a date?"

"Yes!" Jungkook cheered happily.

"You are adorable."

After Jungkook spent ten minutes trying to convince Taehyung to eat a diner instead of a fancy restaurant he finally agreed.

That's how they ended up sitting in a booth, across from each other, and in a pink diner.

Jungkook was eating his burger and having the time of his life. He had his man and a banana milkshake there was nothing else he wanted in the world.

Taehyung enjoyed the smile on his boy's face when they walked into the diner. The way his eyes lit up when their food came and how his cheeks get full when he chews.

"Thank you," Jungkook said between bites.

"You are welcome baby," Taehyung chuckled before eating some fries. Soon a new waiter came.

"Hi my name is Lucas and I'll be taking over for Heather as your waiter," he introduced himself to the couple.

"Do you guys need help with anything?" Lucas asked pulling out a notepad.

"We are fine," Jungkook said with a huge smile on his face.

"Aww you are adorable," Lucas cooed leaning down to squish his cheeks.

"Mine," Taehyung growled reaching over and slapping his arm. Soon another waiter came rushing over.

"Excuse my mate he's very outgoing," the boy said pulling his arm.

"You guys are werewolves also?" Jungkook asked.

"Yes my name is Jungwoo," the boy said.

"Oh maybe we can be friends," Jungkook squealed.

"Sure," Lucas laughed, "Anyways enjoy your meal."

"Thank you," Taehyung said through clenched teeth. Even though the boy was mated he was still on edge. The other couple waved goodbye and left to the kitchen.

"I don't like him," Taehyung growled.

"Calm down wolfie," Jungkook laughed.

They then ate and talked for another hour about everything. When they were finished they paid and said goodbye to the other couple after getting their phone numbers.

They got in the car and drove back to the house listening to random songs and having a mini karaoke session in the car.

"Do you want to go for a walk in the garden?" Taehyung asked as he parked the car.

"Sure," Jungkook answered opening the door and getting out. Taehyung then got out of the car as well rushing over to the other side so he could hold Jungkook's hand.

They walked in silence enjoying the moonlight and nature. They then stopped at the place where it all began. Where Taehyung rejected Jungkook and where everything started.

Taehyung locked eyes with Jungkook and held both of his hands.

"I was planning on taking you to a fancy restaurant and making this night special but soon realized that's not the person you are," Taehyung began. "You love the little things in life and are the greatest person I've ever met. You've changed me without noticing. You've got me wrapped around your finger and I will do anything you want me to. I'm deeply sorry for all the pain I have caused in the past. I'm sorry for everything. But I'm not sorry for falling in love with you."

Jungkook sniffled trying to hold back his tears.

"I love you Min Jungkook."

"I love you too Kim Taehyung," Jungkook cries.

Taehyung then pulled a box out of his pocket.

Oh shit it's happening everybody stay calm. Luca panics.

Shut up. Nova scolds him.

He got down on one knee and opened the box. Revealing a 24 karat ring. He looks up at the crying boy who gasped.

"Will you make me the happiest man alive and marry me?" Taehyung asks.

Please say yes. Luca pleads.

What did I say Luca? Nova growls.

Sorry honey. Luca pouts.    

"Yes!" Jungkook screams jumping onto Taehyung as he stood up.

Everything was falling into place.
