Nandini pov - manik has been restless , since he came to know about his grand father I know his inner turmoil he is scared , he is not showing it on his face , but how shall I explain him that this war has been already started and now he cant back out , the howling of wolfs is heard , it indicates that the war would start up any moment , the whole army has gathered here to kill the evil with that veronica , to protect our community .

Manik pov - I know at the end am going to die , but am not sure how shall I tell it to nandini but I wont die until and unless I kill him , he is the reason for all my miseries , he killed many innocent people , we have hidden the twins in the safe place ,we don't want any harm to them .our army is huge but at the end they are going to many dead bodies lying and it is for sure I know the strength of rouges and my grand father he wolud have trained them better , because I was the one who witnessed his training sessions during childhood .

Nandini - manik we will win

Manik smiles at her forcibly - we will

Nandini - you don't trust me

Manik - I don't trust my grandfather , he is not gonna play fair nandini ,remember he never played any war wth sincerity , he would use magic everything to empower us

Nandini - even am royal manik , I don't think he would be able to cast it on me

THEN THERE WAS HUGE SOUNDS OF RUNNING ,CLAWS HITTING THE WET GROUND , HOWLING HAD BEEN HEARD IN THE MIDDLE STOOD THE LARGE BROWN WOLF , EYES RED IT WAS MANIK'S GRAND FATHER HE WAS OLD BUT YET HIS WOLF WAS TILL SO STRONG , BESIDE HIM WAS VERONICA WHO WAS LOOKING AT THEM EVILY .

Manik - nandini its better that I fight please

Nandini - are you crazy , i wont leave you here and go , if we will live ,we will stay together or else we both die together .

Both manik and nandini change in their wolf forms , nandini in white , manik in black

Manik's grand father - ready to die my only grandson

Manik angrily snarls - no to kill you

Manik howls in anger indicating all his warriors that they kill their enemies , all the warriors turn into their wolf forms and start the fight , nandini attacks veronica , and manik and his grandfather were circling each other

Manik - why did you kill my father?

Manik's grandfather chuckles -as you are going to die now , let me give you all the answers I asked your father to marry veronica, but he didn't he choose his mate your mother and the one who don't follow me have to be punished so I killed them and laughs

Manik in anger charges towards him , manik was very weak emotionally and using this as weapon , manik's grand father was harming him , his whole body was weak , he could not hold it any longer , but when he heard the next words from his grand father , he stood up

Manik's grand father - you know we can make a deal , I will accept you as my heir , but inreturn I want you to kill your royal mate nandini and give her powers to me .

Manik snarls at his face and bites over his body , making him groan in pain

Manik's grandfather - you bastard and bites manik's legs

Nandini can hear manik's cries , but she cant help him she was busy with veronica

Nanidni - you pushed me from cliff right , I will also show you what is the pain and from her eyes she charges fire on her body

Veronica dodges it - what did you think , defeating me is easy , no I have half of my life just to become strong and kill you and your mate , I was disgraced by his father and my mate who was none other than your uncle .

Nandini- you killed my whole family so you will kill me now.

Veronica - yes

Nandini- sorry and blazes fire at her body , due to which she starts crying in pain

Veronica cryingly - no no I didn't lose nandini , you lost go insearch of your mate before its too late manik would be dead and that would be my victory and cries in pain

Nandini - manik

Nandini runs in the war field but all she saw was bloodshed , torn bodies , wounded wolf, it wrenched her heart to infinity , due to her may pups lost their father , many wives lost their husband , mates she could not hold it any longer she was running at high speed , but she could not find manik and his grandfather anywhere

Nandini pov - where is he ? why cant I find him and his smell why is it disappearing , oh no before anything happens to him I need to find him .

Nandini then remembers manik's word - he was never fair, don't mourn over my death

Nandini - oh no , that means manik knew this would happen

OTHERSIDE

Manik's grandfather was dragging manik's body , manik was fully injured blood was pouring out from his body like water , his healing power was not helping him either

Manik's grandfather - what did you think ? you will kill me, you always knew how much I I despised you from childhood I always thought that my tortures would kill you some or the other ady , but no it turned opposite , today until I cant feel your breathe , your heart beat stopping I will kill you

Manik was lying on the ground looking aimlessly his nightmare has come true , but he could not do anything all infront of his eyes was nandini - nandini

Manik's grandfather - don't worry I will even kill that bitch and send her to you .

Manik whispers - she will kill you

Manik's grandfather laughs - she cant find me , this place where I killed her parents you know , today infront of her eyes she will see her dead mate .

Nandini - that would never happen

Manik's grandfather turns to find nandini standing over there - you bitch

Nandini - what did you think ,you would escape and I would not know , I followed your steps , this is the place you took away from me my everything right , today at this place I would take away your life .

Manik's grandfather jumps on her, but nandini dodges it by moving aside , she bits his neck , making him groan in pain

Nandini - this way you killed my parents and kicks his face .

Manik's grandfather was now whimpering in pain

Nandini - you tortured him like this only right and throws logs at his face , the logs break and pricks at his face.

Nandini - now these would leave scar the way you left at him

Manik's grandfather gets up and growl at her fire

Nandini moves away and blazes fire from her mouth on his middle body - this is how you killed and burnt his innocence , his family , his happiness you separated his parents and now you thought you could do that to me

The body was burning , nandini in anger rips his heart , making him shout in pain for the last time , after that is body laid limp on the ground his body was burning now to ashes

Nandini gave a huge growl indicating their warriors that their queen has won the battle , all the rouges run away from their but few were catched.

Nandini changes into her human form , her body had scratches , few were bleeding , her face was bloody her hands were soaked in blood she sits beside him - manik manik and pats him

Manik's body was cold

Nandini cryingly - manik please get up you cant do this to me , that means you know everything from beginning that your grand father was gonna kill you , you cheated me again , you broke my trust , I hate you for this .

Manik coughs - no I didn't cheat you , I tried to protect you

Nandini angrily turns her head - by sacrificing yourself and slaps him

Manik - aaah if you will beat me like this then I would die definitely

Nandini - don't you dare utter that word and helps him to stand

Manik - you know you look beautiful in this all angry form

Nandini takes him slowly to the hospital for curing him .

5 DAYS LATER

Nandini was all angry on manik , she didn't speak to him until it was necessary even manik didn't fore her because he knew after 5 days she would come to him all running

Manik pov - nandini today I will make you mine in every aspect you forgot that today is full moon day , that means you would need me , and I would ask for your forgiveness today , what I did was wrong but my intentions were true , tonight we both will become one .

Nandini pov - from morning onwards I have aches in my body , I don't know why and this manik he didn't even think to apologize what a mate I have got aahhh , oh my god my stomach and cries

HERE MANIK WAS BUSY IN DECORATING THEIR ROOM , AND NANDINI WAS CRYING GROANING IN PAIN .
