Worry filled me as I spoke back to her,
" Eomma? What's wrong? "
The others looked at me in confusion and so I went out of the stables and sat on a bench facing the field for some privacy.

" I need to tell you some exciting news!!! "
I pressed my hand against my chest and sighed in relief.
" Eomma you scared me ! " I whined
I heard laughing from her side, " Oh please, you've done it to me all the time. Karma is a bitch Y/N "
" LANGUAGE EOMMA. "
" Ok ok ! "
" It should be the other way around! You suck at parenting! "
Eomma laughs harder and says, " ok but come home I need to tell you the news! "

I walk back to the stables and they have worry plastered on their faces.
" Y/N is everything ok? "
I laughed at their concern and said " yea everything's fine. Eomma wants me to come back home.. apparently she has some 'great news' for me "
" Ohhh" they say in unison.
At that time, Lisa gets a call and she picks it up.

" Hey Mom..... But-..... Yea but I told Y/N- "
I furrow my eyebrows in confusion at the mention of my name.
".... Ok Mom fine... Bye"
She sighs and turns to me, " Y/N I'm so sorry but I can't drop you back home.. my mom wants me to drive straight to my cousin's house since it's her birthday "
" It's ok! I'll um... Ill figure something out.. jungkook will you be able to drop me? "
Jungkook sighs and says, " I'm sorry Y/N I don't have a car. I come here by cycle and so does Megs "
" Oh ok... I'll just take the bus then ! "
" Ok then, we have to get going... See you tomorrow Y/N "
" Bye! "

I watched as the three of them walked away, leaving me standing alone there.
I sighed and walked to Firefly's stable, hoping Jimin wouldn't be there.
Luckily he wasn't and I took tired steps towards firefly. As I stroke his head, I say,
" Hey boy... Long day huh?.. "
I notice bales of hay in the corner and I sat down on it. Before I knew it, my eyes began to droop as I lost my consciousness.

*One hour later* (I imagined that in the SpongeBob meme voice 😂)

I was pulled out of sleep by someone shaking my shoulder. I open my eyes to see a blurry figure standing in front of me. When my eyes adjusted to the light, which was more like darkness now, I noticed it was Jimin.

" Are u crazy? Sleeping on MY horse's hay? I bet it's infected and poisoned now !! "
I ignored his comment and noticed it was dark outside.
Shit shit shit shit shit. There wouldn't be any buses now either. AISH YOU'RE SO STUPID Y/N!!

Jimin noticed my angry face and asked,
" Yo. You ok? "
" Yea yea it's just that my mom told me to get back home but now there isn't any buses either.. Aish "
" I'll drop you home. Come on "

" N-no !! I-i'll figure out something. You don't have to drop me. "
He turned to me with a seriously look on his face.
" Well then, enlighten me on your other options please. "
I gulped as I couldn't think of anything. "Uhm i-i'll walk. Yea. I'm walking home. "
He scoffed and said " Y/N, shut up and follow me. "

I sighed in defeat as I silently followed him.
Great.. I'm gonna be riding in my crush- no. I'll be riding in JIMIN'S car.
My jaw dropped when I saw his car.

He noticed my face as he opened the door to the driver's side, not even bothering to open mine.
What a gentleman.
" It seems like you've dropped something " he says with a smirk on his face. I make a blank expression and open the door to the car and get in.
Everything was sleek and glossy. Outside I was calm but inside I was drooling over his car even more than him.

I snapped out of my thoughts and tried the get the seatbelt to go in but it wasn't. He noticed my struggle and sighed.
" Let me get that for you. " He leaned across from his seat to mine and I swear his face was INCHES away from mine. My eyes widened in surprise and my heart raced inside me and I could feel my hands getting clammy due to his proximity.
He was so close that I could smell his scent... Minty.

He looked up and our eyes met. I felt trapped by his chocolate eyes and couldn't seperate from his stare. I grabbed ahold of myself and broke the stare. I guess that brought him back to reality because he immediately turned away and started the car.

What is this feeling? Is it.... No it can't be. Get a grip Y/N.. how could someone like him possibly love someone like you. Get your head out of the clouds and do what you were brought here to do. Take care of Eomma, bring Night back and follow your dream profession (horse riding, duh).

" What's your address? " He asked with a low voice.
" It's *address* " I said softly.
The whole ride home was silent and awkward from the previous events.
I told him to stop a few houses before mine because I'm pretty sure eomma would freak and jump to conclusions if she sees me stepping out of a Porsche with a handsome af guy at the steering. The last thing I want is a ridiculous ship name.

I turned to jimin and smiled, " thank you. "
" Don't mention it. " He said with a small smile. I turned to get out of the car.
" I'm serious. Don't mention this to anyone. You're gonna ruin my reputation. "
Way to ruin a moment.
I rolled my eyes and bowed, " of course you're majesty "
" Good. " He says with a smirk and drives off.

Sheesh.. he drives me crazy!
