As I gazed out my window, my mind took me to Night.
I wonder how he's doing.. is he ok?
I wish I could go visit him...
The drive from Seoul to Busan was 6 hours and i couldn't travel that much everyday.

A few stray tears escaped and I wiped them off quickly.
U cannot crumble now Y/N, u have to be strong for Eomma.
With a sigh, I left my bed and did my morning routine. I went out of my room and called " Eomma ??? " There was no response.

I went to her room and opened it slowly.. a smile made its way onto my face when I saw Eomma sleeping peacefully. I walked to her silently and gave her a gentle kiss on her forehead.. " everything will be okay Eomma... Saranghae 💖"
She doesn't deserve to go through this.

I made pancakes for myself and sat staring outside our dining room window.
Well, if I'm gonna live here for the next few years, i might as well get to know the place.
I wrote a note for Eomma saying that I'm gonna check the place out and changed into a warm comfortable outfit as it was quite cold outside.

Since we didn't pack anything before leaving, we had to adjust with the clothes remaining in the closet from our last vacation..
I stepped out of the house and onto the street. Everything looked dull.. I've never liked cities because they lack the things I love most; warmth and nature.

As I walked along the street, I noticed a little café that looked cozy and warm.
I stepped inside and I relaxed as I felt the warm air from the heater. I walked up to the counter and sat on the stool there, observing how the waitress does her job. It's so intriguing.

Another waitress at the counter came up to me and asked " Hello! Can I get you anything? "
" Yes. An espresso and two chocolate chip cookies please. "
" Ok ! "
I smiled at her and thanked her when she gave it to me. I noticed the cute T-shirt she was wearing.

" I like your shirt! It's adorable! "
" Oh haha thanks !! I got it from the horse riding stables. I work there too and they gave these away for the staff "

Immediately, all my attention was on her.
Horse riding stables??
" Where are these stables? "
" Oh it's really close from here. It's a 15 minute walk. I can take you there after my shift if you like ! "
Not wanting to burden her just after her shift, I say,
" Oh no it's okay. I'll come back tomorrow when you're free. "
"Can I have your number? "
" Yea of course "
I suddenly realized something and face palmed myself.
" Omg I'm so sorry. I'm Y/N "
she chuckled and said " I'm Lisa."

My first friend!!! Im so happy !!!

After we exchanged numbers and I finished my snack, I left her a tip.
" Y/N !! No no you don't have to ! We're friends now ! "
" Yea I know. But you deserve it "
She blushed and accepted the money and I made my way home.

There were so many thoughts rushing through my mind, but one stood out clearly.

Horse riding stables.....
