Y/N P.O.V

It wasn't long after the Ten Commandments had been sealed away, that I fell unconsious.

"Y/N L/N, you have betrayed the goddess race and are hereby placed with this curse for loving a demon and going against Ludociel, despite his warning," The grand Deity gave her orders. The Demon King stood beside her.

"You have tainted my son and for that, you will be given this curse," the Demon King added his reason. I simply nodded by head. My H/C hair gently swayed behind me.

"I understand," I softly smiled. Zeldris wasn't going to be punished since he was still loyal to the Demon King. I closed my eyes, and everything around me seemed to fade away. My whole body was numb, except for a burning pain in my arm.

When my E/C eyes opened once again, I was in the middle of nowhere. The sky was clouded as rain slowly started to pour. The trees around me were tall and grand.

My F/C dress was stained with mud. My once pure white wings, were marked with stains of blood and mud. I slowly stood up, my legs stumbling. My eyes were devoid of any color as I looked up towards the sky. My eyes widened as it all came crashing down. The grand Deity and the Demon King had told me about the rest of the battle......

"The Holy War is over, but the Goddess Race is no more,"

"The Fairy Kings Forest has almost been destroyed,"

"Your brother, Sariel, is gone,"

"The Demon Race has been sealed away..."

Tears welled up in my eyes. Everyone I loved was gone. My lip trembled, tears streaming down my face uncontrollably. Gloxinia's whereabouts were unknown. Drole was the same. Meliodas and Elizabeth were presumed dead. Zeldris had been sealed away. Sariel was dead.

What else did I have..?!

"Darn it! Darn it all!" I screamed. "I couldn't do anything at all to prevent any of this.....I was selfish and stupid...I was only thinking about my desires, not the war itself...." my voice faded out.

"I'm sorry!" My broken cries were drowned out by the rain. My tears couldn't seem to stop. The memories all came back to me. Back when we were all happy. "I'm sorry that I never said thank you for all the things you'd done for me...."

"Gloxinia! Come take a look at this!" The Fairy King flew over to me and looked down at the flower crown in my hands. "I finally learned how to make one! I did it!" I practically shoved the flower crown into his face.

"This is beautiful. You did an excellent job on it," he smiled. He took it in his hands gently and placed it on my head. "And now it looks even better," I smiled and nodded, hurrying to grab more flowers.

"I'll make one for you too! I'll make one for everyone! You, Brother, Drole, Elizabeth, Meliodas, Gerheade, Zel, and Tarmiel as well!" I smiled happily, giggling as the wind blew.

"Heyy Meliodas!" I flew over to him. "Yo!" He smiled back, waving. "I want to learn more you!" I suddenly exclaimed, getting close to his face without realizing it.

He smiled and nodded. "Sure!" My smile grew as big as the sun. "Yay!" He suddenly spoke. "May I ask why, though? You don't seem suspicious of me like everyone else-"

"Elizabeth seems to like you a lot, so I'm trusting her. Besides! You seem really fun! Say- how can you lift up this sword? Oh! And how do your dark wings work? What's your favorite food?! Color! Oh-" I only continued on with the list. Meliodas simply laughed at my curiosity.

"Okay, Sariel! We'll start off with little things. Try lifting your wings up and down-" I showed my little brother an example of my own wings. Sariel was much younger at this time. He was still learning how to use his wings.

Sariel tried to lift up his wings and eventually had successfully done it. I touched his wings and guided them on the motions and had him watch my own moves. Soon, he had started to lift off the ground. "Sariel! You're doing it! Just like that little bro!"

I moved on after that breakdown, but I never seemed to be exactly the same. I hide my wings. The Goddess Race was supposed to have been sealed away. I found a small village that I decided to make my home.

Many years had passed since the Holy War ended. My curse was still in effect. When I was first cursed, the markings only plagued my left hand. Every few years, it seemed to spread. Now, it has almost claimed my whole left arm. I always make sure to keep it covered.

I didn't exactly live inside the village, but I owned a small hut nearby. I would come into the village and help out wherever I could. Often, I would teach the children and babysit them. I would help run errands and cook dinner. Practically, most of the village knew me.

"Y/N!" A group of children suddenly ran up to me. "Hello!" I knelt down and engulfed the children in a big hug. "Did you hear the news?" One of the older boys, Ace spoke aloud. In fact, he may almost be the oldest at 16.

"What news? There was news and no one told me! Come onn guys," I whined playfully. An eight year old girl, Mika, snickered quietly. "It's not our fault you decided to live in that tiny hut!" She was tiny, but she certainly had an attitude.

"The Holy Knights will be passing through here for a mission. They'll be staying here for the night. From what I hear, it'll only be a couple. But they're all the way from Liones! I hear that it's beautiful. What about you, Y/N? Have you ever been to Liones?" Ace finished with a question.

I shook my head. "No, I haven't," I spoke politely. "We definitely need to take a trip there one day! I'll bring all of you and we can all explore Liones together!" I smiled. "Yay!" The children all cheered, engulfing me in a hug.

Abruptly, sharp footsteps echoed in the town. I stood up. "Come with me," I took the children to the side of the road so they could watch the Holy Knights approach and not be in their pathway.

A group of two walked up the path. My eyes widened. A familar head of yellow hair. A short height. A cheeky smile. I could never forget Meliodas, but--I had to be dreaming!

A girl with pink hair walked beside him. She looked so much like Elizabeth. I didn't understand at all. "Hey! You're the Holy Knights, aren't you!" My eye twitched. I frantically searched for the tony eight year old to find her in front of the two, hands on hips, a proud look.

"We are! You can call me Meliodas! This is my partner, Liz!" He cheered. He knelt down to Mika's height and put his hand on her head. "What's your name?"

Her eyes practically sparkled. "Mika!" She cheered with a big smile. I was so shocked. I'd never seen her with such a big smile. "Oh! And that's my big brother!" Mika pointed at Ace, which caused him to chuckle nervously. "Those are my friends! And Y/N always takes care of us!"

Meliodas glanced up at me and we locked eyes. His eyes widened slightly before he smiled brightly. "Yo! It's been a while since I've seen you, Y/N! How've you been?" I couldn't hold back my tears anymore.

I ran to him and engulfed him in a large hug. Liz walked over to Mika and smiled down at her. "Say, could you introduce me to all your friends? We'll be here for a couple days. I'd love to get to know all of you!" Mika grabbed her wrist and pulled her over to the group.

"I thought you were dead," I mumbled, looking at his green eyes. "Nope! And...please...you can't mention anything about the Holy War to Liz...Elizabeth and I were cursed, but I'll explain all of it," Meliodas cupped my cheeks and smiled.

"You look a lot older than the last I saw you," I gasped playfully. "And what's that supposed to mean, huh?! Are you saying I look old?!" I yelled, my tears evaporating.

I stood up and held out my hand for Meliodas to take. He nodded and took my hand. I looked at him and smiled. "You can both stay at my place tonight. After all, you have to tell me all about what you've been doing this past couple thousand years," I winked.

"Yeah! I will! And you'll have to explain somethings to me as well!" Meliodas exclaimed. He glanced down at my left arm with a sad look in his eyes. "And please....explain everything to me, N/N...I can tell....you've been cursed...just like me and Elizabeth.."
