Y/N P.O.V

All of us were happy that Ban and Meliodas had returned to us, but one problem still remained.

Our curses

"The time limit on Elizabeth's curse is only one day. Unfortunately, we've lost the only way to stop it. And there's no telling when Y/N's curse will eventually take her life," Merlin sadly faced the reality of the situation.

"The Captain tried observing the Commandments in order to life the curse, but in the end- he had to defeat the Demon King," she continued to explain.

Diane began to cry. "So are you saying that- both of them are going to die?" Elizabeth smiled at Diane.

"Meliodas and I have already settled that and I'm sure that Y/N and Zeldris will reach a conclusion soon. If Meliodas became the Demon King, he wouldn't be able to be with us anymore. Whereas if I die, I'll simply be reincarnated," Elizabeth explained.

"I had the same intention to free Meliodas of that burden," I mentioned. "Sissy, N/N, I understand that was your wish from the start- but are you really okay with that?" Merlin questioned us further.

"Sorry for butting into a superrr serious conversationnn, but there is still a way to lift the curse," Meliodas suddenly perked up, his ahodge perking up.

Everyone's eyes widened. "The truth isss that when I escaped from Purgatory, I just happened to aquire it," Mel explained simply.

Gowther immediately shot it down and Ban agreed for a split second before Ban suddenly agreed.

"Wait- are you saying you got your Intrusive Powers back?" Ban repeated in shock. Meliodas made his way towards Elizabeth and I with a smirk.

"Everyone, please step away from the three of us," He started. Everyone stepped away cautiously with many questions. "That's your cue Merlin!" Meliodas winked and snapped.

A gasp left me as a black haze surronded the three of us.

"What the heck is that?!" Diane gasped out. I looked above us to find three strange creatures.

"They are physical forms of their curses," Merlin explained. She glanced at me and gave a soft nod. I nodded back, knowing what I had to do. Merlin and I already knew of what was to pass....

Elizabeth's looked like millions of faces consuming the others in a ring formation. Meliodas's almost resembled a brain with vains and horns sticking out the sides, a huge eye adorned the middle.

Mine....even shocked me....
It truly did fit the description of one that had lost their sanity.

It was a black fog, eyes adorned all over it. All of the pupils were as small to show shocked expressions. One in the middle cried black blood. You could see the lines of where the vains were. There were small mouths with hanging tongues and hands that reached out as they dripped black blood.

"So these....represent the curses that have been afflicting us?" Elizabeth mumbled in shock.

Meliodas's body was enveloped in a strange light. His appearance changed to a white outfit and golden claws on his back.

"I'm sorry it took 3000 years to fulfill my promise to you guys and Zel," Meliodas smiled happily and Elizabeth cried tears of joy. Tears welled up in my eyes....but they weren't of joy.

"Meliodas....I-" Merlin looked at me with a sad expression and shook her head. I suddenly shook my head. "It's nothing. How about you set us free Mel!" I exclaimed happily.

He nodded with a big goofy smile. "Yeah!"

Elizabeth suddenly spoke up: "Say Meliodas, would you still love me? Even after the curse is broken-" she cried. Meliodas smiled and nodded. "Trust me, you'll get sick of me long before I get sick of you, I'll love you forever Elizabeth!"

He turned to our physical curses and his face immediately went stern. "Dissapear," he commanded. A strong magical power gathered in his golden claws. It was thrown at the curses and they evaporated into nothingness.

We all gazed into the sky with hopeful eyes. Were we really saved?!

Meliodas reverted back to normal form and immediately, Elizabeth jumped into his arms, tears of joy cascading down her face.

I walked over to Gowther, feeling like a third wheel without Zeldris around.

Speaking of which- where is that Demon? Oh wait- I have something to do first-

"Gowther, remember what I promised you?" I winked.

"Stop this! This will all be over if I die. Please, I'm begging you! I don't want to loose anyone precious to me again!" Gowther continued to shout his desperate pleas.

"You idiot!" I flew forward and formed a spear from behind Mael, sending it into his abdomen. "We're fighting because we don't want to loose you, Gowther!" I cried, flying forward and yanking the spear out of Mael, causing blood to stain his clothing.

"You don't want to loose us and we don't want to loose you!" I cried, allowing my tears to fall. Gowther looked up at me, his eyes widening. "You're our friend Gowther!"

King hit Mael with his Guardian, sending Mael flying. "Gowther, if you really knew the grief of loosing someone special to you then you wouldn't be so willing to die," King explained sorrowfully.

"You got that, Gowther?" I smiled, wrapping my arms around him tightly. "We won't let you die. We'll all survive this and go celebrate together, with Meliodas in tow!" I exclaimed.

"And we'll all drink booze like there's no tommorow!" I laughed. Gowther wiped his eyes and smiled. "Yeah!" Gowther smiled happily, despite the tears falling down his face.

His eyes widened. "Really? You remembered that promise?" He mumbled in shock. I smiled brightly. "Of course! Pink Scary Guy!" I brought up his old nickname.

"You remembered that too?!" He shouted; almost embarrased.

....

Not much long after, we all made our way back to the main battlefield. Elaine flew into Ban's arms with a smile. Howzer and Guila gave the orders that the fight was over.

"You're alive!!!" A tearful voice ran towards me. I turned around to see Mika, Knox, and Zander all running towards me.

Tears immediately fell down my face. They all wrapped me into a hug as we all fell to our knees crying tears of joy.

I looked up at Meliodas and Elizabeth. "Get over here. They love you just as much as me," they smiled and walked over. Mika slowly stood up and looked down at Meliodas, being slightly taller than him.

"Glad you're back, Meliodas!" She exclaimed. His eyes sparkled. "You got so tall!" Mika smiled brightly and engulfed him into a hug.

"I'm a lot stronger now. We all are and we've all grown up. We have so many stories to tell you, Liz, and Lady Y/N!" Mika exclaimed.

Knox walked over and put his elbow on Mika's head as a headrest. "She failed to mention that her and I are traveling the world together. Zander was protecting Camelot for a while-" Knox suddenly stopped and leaned down to whisper in Meliodas's ear.

"I think he even found a girl-" Knox whispered. Meliodas looked at Zander and gave him a michivous smile. "Oh! Mika and I also had our first kiss a couple months ago;" he winked at Meliodas.

Meliodas smiled and gave Knox a high five. "Nice! I'll always be open if you need relationship advice," Mel smirked.

I immediately shook my head. "Nu uh! Not from the pervert you aren't!" I exclaimed. All three of the children looked at me with a deadpan gaze. "Then tell us about your love life," they all muttered.

"Yeah, I wanna know more about you and Mr.Abs. Zander's said that he saw you two kissing in one of his visions," Mika smirked. I could already see the dirty thoughts in her mind-

We all laughed and smiled before retreating to the Boar Hat for the night. Just like I promised Gowther!

Almost everyone was there. I sat down at a table, completley wasted. I refused to wear the Taverns uniform and help out......I wrapped my arm around Gowther's shoulder. "Seeee, I promised~" I laughed. "After all this, I'm gonna find Zeldris and see where that idiot is hiding," I mumbled.

Mael sat right on the other side of me, wasted as well. "Heyyy Maelll, remember when you dressed up as a pink princess," I laughed, my face red as a tomato.

Gowther laughed. Mael hid his head in his hands in embarrassment. I let my head fall on Gowthers shoulder. "The children are all grown uppppp," I began to cry.

"They grew up without meeee!!!" I whined.

"Lady Y/Nnnn *hiccup*" I looked up to find none other than Mika. "You dirty cheater! Wait until I tell this to Mr.Abs!!" It was written on her face....Mika was clearly drunk.

I stood up immediately, slamming my hands on the table. "WHO SAID YOU COULD GET DRUNKK!!" I shouted.

Mika obviously retaliated: "UH- THE LAW!!" She fought back.

"MIKA!" A new voice joined the mix. "Knox!" I exclaimed in joy. I pointed at Mika, puffing out my cheeks. "She got drunk!! Where did the sweet innocent children I used to take care of gooooo!!!!" I cried even more.

Almost immediately, Knox had placed Mika on his back, giving her a piggy back ride. "I think she's had enough to drink tonight. And I think you have too Lady Y/N," Knox sighed. "To think that I would be the voice of reason today-" he grimaced at the very thought of being responsible.

"Knoxxx," Mika whined. "Why do you have to be so cute-" she mumbled, her words barely audible. "I guess we can go," she whined. "But I want ice cream!" She proclaimed.

Knox laughed. "I guess we can," he gave him. "Yay! You're the best!" Mika gave him a quick peck on his forehead. Knox laughed and winked at Gowther.

"Told you we'd kissed before. I'm actually thinking about asking her the 'big question' soon. Mika's just- adorable-" Knox blushed. With a laugh Knox began to run out the door.

"I'll keep it a secret!" Gowther winked, swearing his loyalty. Suddenly, I began to cry. I latched onto Gowther and cried.

"WHY AM I SO SINGLE?!" I whined. "I want Zeldris hereeee!!!" I whined, kicking my legs back and forth. "I don't think you're single if you've both confessed," Gowther laughed nervously. Mael had fallen unconscious from all the booze a long time ago. He sat his head down and he was out like a light.

In the blink of an eye, Meliodas was at our table, his pervy face activated. "I heard my brother's name. What's the tea?" He smirked. "Say Y/N, what do you like about my brother?" He asked.

I thought long and hard before giving an answer. "Everything. He's adorable for starters and he will do anything he can for those he loves....and his eyes....are such a pretty green...how...could..I..resist...."

As I slowly fell asleep on Gowther's shoulder, my last sentence leaving me, the two of them laughed. Meliodas smiled, bending down to ruffle my hair.

"Let's get her to bed. The table can't be too comfortable. Can you help me Gowther?"
