Ok so we already know of the forms Mario and Luigi both take on whenever they use a power-up. So I'm going to to showcase forms from other forms of Mario media, that I have seen from my childhood. I'm including elements like fanmade content into the story as well so be prepared.

For starters, we have Super-Star Mario (Aka: The Super Form from SMBZ)

Using the power of the Star Rod, the Star Spirits unlock Mario's true power from within, allowing him to transform into Super Star Mario. This form resembles a gold and white variation of Cape Mario. His abilities are currently unknown, though it is implied to be powerful enough to fight against very strong opponents he'd have trouble fighting against in previous instances.

Dark-Star Mario(Dark Mario)

(2nd and 3rd phase)

Mario achieves this form after seeing agent 8 get fatally wounded by a scumbag in a mechanized suit as well as absorbing a shard from the dark star after his first unknown encounter with an inkling from the "Dark Legion". This form makes him very aggressive and prone to going for the kill when it comes to fighting enemies. His enemies dub this form of his "the most terrifying" form of Mario to exist.

False Super-Star Mario

During another battle against the same inkling who harmed agent 8 during the splatfest, Mario's strength began to quickly debilitate. Having no more options, Mario's anger began to resurface, gaining a massive power increase. Enough to overwhelm the scumbag inkling who harmed 8. This form is what foreshadowed the actual super-star form to appear later on.

Hyper-Star Mario/ All-Star Mario

An all powerful form is more or less the third stage of Mario's Super-Star form. When all the limits of his Super-Star form is broken, he gets access to the All-Star form. Though he has to enter a state of calmness before anything.

FireFury Mario

This form is a limit breaker form of Mario's firepower's/Firebrand technique. Encased in a fiery-orange aura, the hidden but calm fury of Mario is unleashed.

Fire-Raccoon Mario

Combining the raccoon leaf with the fire flower, fire-raccoon Mario is born. Having the ability to fly and use fire simultaneously.
