OneWe took Harin back to their camp, Kanghyun accompanying the injured Alpha.
It seemed the Alpha had warmed up to the smallest omega, Yonghoon not so happy about that. What if he was planning to kill him? Would they all be okay?

"Here we are! Our camp. Make yourself at home" Said Kanghyun cheerfully, gesturing to their vast camp.
"I will, thank you once again" Cooed Harin, and Kanghyun showed him his temporary room.

"I swear if that alpha fucking tries anything with Kanghyun I will kill" Yonghoon snarled, not amused.
"You mean he will kill you?" Said Dongmyeong, and Yonghoon glared at him. "Don't fucking start, Dongmyeong"

Kanghyun set the bed, and let Harin sit down on it.
"Oh! Wait. I didn't introduce myself. I'm Kanghyun and I'm 21" The younger said.

"Hm. I'm Harin, 25" Harin said, nodding at him. "Ooh. That makes you my hyung" Kanghyun said.
Harin chuckled.
"You don't have to call me hyung. Really"

"But I want to. I prefer to respect my elders" The younger hummed, setting up the rest of the necessities.
"You say that as if I was 80" Harin said, laughing.
"Nah. That's just my vocabulary" Kanghyun mewled, finishing.

Harin's attention caught the mark on Kanghyun's neck. It looked definitely like bite marks, and he could smell the scent of the delta. But what the hell was that?
"Whats that on your neck?" He asked, pointing to the exact same spot but on his neck.

Kanghyun furrowed his eyebrows in confusion, before understand. He pointed to the bite mark.
"This? Oh. That's the mate mark. It bounds two people together as mates"
Harin tilted his head.
"And who is your mate?"

"Yonghoon hyung. The wolf with brown hair, and a caramel wolf form"
Harin's gaze darkened. The guy that tried to kill him was with the nicest omega alive? Pfft.
"That dickhead? What do you see in him?" Harin asked, looking genuinely confused.
Kanghyun rolled his eyes.

"He's not a dickhead. He's really, really nice. Trust me, when you get to know him better. He'll be as sweet as an angel. Note the fact he would have never attacked you if we weren't ordered to attack" Kanghyun stated.

Harin nodded.
Kanghyun switched the light off. "There you go. Rest for a while. It'll do you good" He said, before leaving and closing the door behind him.

Harin watched him leave, before he was left in darkness. The only light being the moonlight outside - wait. It was night already?
He sat there for a small while, before lying down on the bed.
The alpha yawned, and closed his eyes, drifting off into a peaceful, dreamless sleep.

Once Kanghyun got outside, he thought he could faint. How did he speak so casually with such a handsome wolf? His heart was racing, but he needed to calm down unless he wanted Yonghoon to notice and take the wrong idea.

He felt guilty, oh hell he did. But it wasn't his fault the omega in him was a playboy.
Soon enough, he calmed down, and went back to the others. They had been discussing quietly about the alpha and stopped when they heard footsteps.

When Kanghyun came in, Yonghoon patted his lap and the younger went over to sit on it.
He wrapped his arms around him and rested his chin on his shoulder.
"Okay so. What do we do with him?.." Cya resumed.

"I mean.. There is some protection if he's gonna be around us. The amount of lonely alphas around our territory is insane. And when our ruts start - especially the omegas. He will be able to keep them away.. Maybe we won't get attacked?" Said Yonghoon.

"Are you just using him for his rank?" Dongmyeong said, amused.
"We need some use from him if he's staying here" Said Cya.

"But you're the ones that attacked first.. He shouldn't owe us anything.." Said Kanghyun.
Cya glared at him, and Kanghyun whimpered, leaning back into Yonghoon's grip that tightened on him.

"No glaring at Kanghyunnie" Snarled Yonghoon, Cya softening.
"Sorry. Didn't mean to" Whined Cya, shooting Kanghyun a small smile, which he returned.

"Alright. Anyways. Dongmyeong, when was your last heat?" Asked Yonghoon.
"Uh. Around.. A week ago?" He said.
"Okay. And Kanghyun?"
"4 weeks ago" He said.

"Okay, so Dongmyeong's safe for the time being. We have a few more weeks until your next rut starts. But now we need to focus on Kanghyun.
His could start any day, or even hour. Have you been showing preheat symptoms?" Asked Cya.

"No. Not yet, anyways" Shrugged Kanghyun.
"Alright. That's fine then. Keep an eye out for those symptoms okay?"

Yonghoon said, pressing a small kiss to his cheek.
Kanghyun nodded, smiling.
"Let's go to sleep then. Whose on patrol today?" Asked Cya.
Kanghyun raised his hand.

They all nodded, and then went their own ways, Kanghyun going to patrol.
The small omega sat down at the entrance valley, watching out to see if anyone or anything was coming.

He sat there for hours, close to dozing off, but he couldn't fall asleep. He was on patrol, what if someone snuck in and stole their food supplies? They barely had any left.

Suddenly. He heard rustling.
His ears perked up, and he changed into his form, growling lowly.
However, that growling ceased when a huge stag came out, shaking its antlers.

His tail tucked in between his legs, and his ears flattened against his head, backing up.
Kanghyun could NEVER take on a stag. Last time he suffered severe wounds and near death when he tried.

The stag kicked the ground, letting out an almighty roar, when suddenly, a huge black wolf appeared in front of Kanghyun.
Harin.
The stag reared, and Harin growled at it, protecting the small wolf behind him.

The others heard the sudden growls and roars, so they rushed out. Yonghoon turned into his form, and ran to Kanghyun, pulling him back by his neck.
Kanghyun whimpered.

"Im sorry I'm sorry im sorry don't punish me please" He pleaded, turning back and looking at Yonghoon desperately.
Yonghoon turned back and pulled him into a hug.

"Why? I know you can't take on a stag.. Its okay, you're okay" Cooed Yonghoon.
They turned their attention to the fight, the stag trying to get past Harin.

The stag reared, and charged at Harin, who bit onto the antlers and hung on, pulling it off with a sharp tug.
The stag roared in pain, and swung its remaining antler at the alpha, who was sent flying into the rock.

The stag turned its attention to the others, and huffed. It started charging at them.
Cya and Dongmyeong changed into their forms, and snapped at the stag, while Yonghoon hid with Kanghyun.

Yonghoon changed into his form, and ran out to help the others that were struggling with fighting off the mighty stag.
Kanghyun changed into his form too, and snuck out to try and help.

He bit the hind leg of the stag, and it went squealing, turning around in anger and roaring at Kanghyun.
Yonghoon snapped at it to get its attention, and to his dismay, the stag turned to him again and cornered him.

He whimpered and whined for help, cowering into the rock as the Stag raised its antler against him.
Harin appeared again, and he bit into the stags neck, sending the two to the ground.

He bit down hard, the stag soon losing its breath and falling limp.
It went silent, only the panting of wolves could be heard.
Harin withdrew, blood pouring from his mouth.
He looked at Yonghoon, who looked traumatised. He had never been attacked by something as big as this.
He padded on over to him, and licked his ear that had been damaged.
Yonghoon looked up at him, scared, but then relaxed.
Kanghyun sat down beside Yonghoon.

Harin in the end looked at them all, before shaking and going back to his room, limping

"See? He is great. Protected you. Healed your ear" Said Kanghyun.

"Yet you still think bad of him"
