The 5 wolves turned to where the voice came from, and to their shock.
A pack of what seemed like coyotes stood there.

"Ah jesus, what do you all want?" Yonghoon snapped, getting up.
"Aren't we allowed to visit our best friends once a while?" One of them snickered.

Kanghyun got up aswell, and the other two did too.
Harin kept seated, since he didn't see them as a threat.

"No. This is our territory. Leave" Cya demanded, a nasty glare on his face.
"And now the beta is getting involved. Remember what happened last time you were so sparky with us?"

A bigger, unnaturally bigger coyote came out.
It was twice the size of a normal one, but it was nowhere the size of the wolves.
It looked pretty scary with all its scars.

Cya faltered, but remained on his place.
"Here comes the bitch we all hate" Dongmyeong defended.
"And there's the omega that couldn't handle 5 coyotes"

He looked at Yonghoon.
"There's the leader that can't make proper decisions"
He looked at Kanghyun.

"There's the omega that couldn't handle 2 nets and a burning torch to the skin"
Kanghyun's growling ceased.

"What a puny pack you all a—.. who's that"
His gaze was now on Harin, who was staring at him with his yellow eyes.
He seemed to giggle, obviously assuming something about the wolf.

Their ranks were all masked and so were their scents because of the cold and the scent suppressors.

"Looks like another failure to the pack. Newcomer, huh?"
He trotted up to him and and smirked.
Harin looked down at him, looking both bored and curious.

"You all see this? Another dog! I bet you like your new territory, don't you? Looking all scary too, funny how you think that scares us"

"You're digging your own grave, Xian. Leave him alone" Kanghyun snapped.
"What? You think HE can do something to me? Weak like all of you" The so called Xian said.

The coyotes started acting odd, whimpering and squealing, some of them saying to 'come back'.
"What's up with all of you?! He's just another worthless dog! You morons!" Xian snarled.

Suddenly, his body was slammed down, oxygen cut off as a large paw held him down.
"Learn how to use that foul mouth of yours before you speak to a higher rank, would you?" Harin growled.
He lifted a claw and held it above his eye.

"Or would you like to receive a gift from me that will make you remember who I am?"
He lifted his paw a little to let the coyote speak.
"Jesus fine okay! Don't hurt me, let me go!" He squeaked, body trembling.

"Look at you.. faking fear for my pity. How naive do you think I am, mutt? Ridiculous.. you know what, mutts like you get dirty often. How about we give you a bath"

He grabbed him in his jaws, and dangled him over the pond, hearing his screams of terror - real ones.

The others were amused, and honestly, happy too. Xian annoyed them for the longest time.
Yonghoon turned his gaze to the other coyotes and rose, bearing his teeth and lunging at them, making them squeal, yelp and run.

"YOU MOTHER FUCKERS. WHAT ABOUT ME?!" Xian yelled.
"Not even your kind want you. Oh well.. this will be fun"
He dumped him into the ice cold water,  making him come up for a few seconds before dunking him again.

"You'll make a good dinner for the maggots" Harin said, and finally, he took him out and slammed him down again.

He dragged his claw down his stomach, hearing how he howled in pain.
"A little gift from me. Now, scram you skeleton!"

He shoved him with his paw, and Xian wasted no time in running away.
Yonghoon and the others came back, Blood either on their paws or near their snout.
"It was nice to get revenge on those little rats" He said, washing his snout in the pond.
"Where did Xian go?" Kanghyun asked Harin, going to him.

"Had a little bath, left a gift for him. He was too overwhelmed so he left" He said simply, yawning.
"He won't come back too soon hopefully"

The omega looked at him, and then nuzzled him.
"Thanks! We owe you a lot"
Harin nodded slowly, noticing Yonghoon looking at them.
"I should.. probably go now, rest up" He said, nudging him gently before heaving himself up and going the other way.

Kanghyun watched him leave in confusion, while Yonghoon went up to him.
"Is he okay?" He asked.
"I.. don't know. I'll go see" Kanghyun responded, getting up.

He went after him, realising that he was heading for the forest.
The omega lost his scent as soon as he stepped into the forest, which was a little odd.

He padded through the snowy ground, shivering at times. But not because of the cold.
He felt as if something was there with him.

"Harin hyung?" He called out, stopping and trying to get his scent.
Kanghyun froze.
He picked up a scent, yes.
But that was no wolf.
That was a goddamn human.

His heart rate sped up, and he made a dash for it.

"Get him! Quick!"

Kanghyun ran, his paws hurt from the constant thumping against the ground, but to no avail. A net wrapped around him, tightening on him.
He bit into it, managing to cut through it and running again.

Another net. And this time it wasn't rope. It was wire.
He howled for help, squirming to get out of the trap. The wire cut him, and he thought he would transform back into a human soon.

"Kanghyun?!"
Harin appeared, realising he was caught.
"Hyung! Run! They'll catch you too!" He cried.
"What?! I'm not-"

There was a bang, and the alpha stumbled, falling down.
Kanghyun snarled and ripped at the wire, which just caused his gums to bleed.
"Shit.. what the fuck is this.." He heard the other mumbled out in pain, shaking as he tried to stand.

A net wrapped around him, and some humans came running over, forcing a muzzle onto him and Kanghyun.
"NOT A FUCKING MUZZLE-"

Harin snapped and bit at the muzzle, struggling to get out.
"Look at them, think the zoo will take them in?"
If Kanghyun was human, all the colour in his face would leave. He heard of horrible things that happened at the zoo, and he couldn't help but start whining and whimpering.

"Hey- you're alright. It's okay. We'll get out, don't panic. They'll try make you pass out if you do. Shh, it's okay"
Kanghyun nodded, trembling regardless but a little quieter.

"I'd say so, they look like good breeding partners. 2 males? Yeah, see. They'll take em. Let's go"

Kanghyun felt himself being picked up, and he was put into some sort of cage in a truck, Harin put into a cage beside his.
The two couldn't move well because of the wire nets poking at their limbs, but they managed to turn around to see the front of the vehicle.

Their cages were closed and the doors were slid shut.

Some guy came in, holding a syringe and opening Harin's cage.
"Best if you go to sleep"
Harin growled lowly, daring him to come closer.
The guy hesitated, but in the end, injected it, quickly getting out of the cage.

"H-hyung..?"
Harin felt himself start to doze off, actions much more calm.
"I-I'm fine..  it's okay.."

The guy went to Kanghyun, and injected the liquid into him too.
The omega too, began to feel light headed and drowsy.

He couldn't keep his eyes open anymore, and he slumped down, darkness engulfing his vision.
