" 𝑨𝒓𝒆𝒖𝒎.."

" 𝑨𝒓𝒆𝒖𝒎~"

" 𝑨𝒓𝒆𝒖𝒎 𝒃𝒂𝒃𝒚~" She could hear voices in her head, but why does it feel so real to her? The air was suffocating with the burning smell, but she could smell him clearly.. The place was clouding with smoke, but she could clearly see his silhouette..

" 𝑩𝒂𝒃𝒚~" She heard the voice again.. Looking up she saw some people who are still struggling to believe what psychic show she just put.. She looked at her surroundings.. There was no trace of him.. Nothing is letting her to see that face. Then why is she hearing that voice again and again?

" 𝑨𝒓𝒆𝒖𝒎.. 𝑰'𝒎 𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆~"She looked to her left to see Yoongi looking at her, pressing his lips, waiting for his sister to break down.. She looked at her right.. Her Kookie was embracing Suzy, he looked at her and tried to say something when she teared the gaze..

" 𝑰'𝒎 𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒃𝒂𝒃𝒚.. 𝑳𝒐𝒐𝒌 𝑰'𝒎 𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆.. "She looked in front of her to see Jimin, and Maya was holding hands, looking at her with knitting brows.. She blinked sometimes to see clearly.. But there was no trace of him..

That's when she saw it.. She looked behind them to see that face that her eyes were dying to see.. That face, that pair of eyes, that smile..

He smiled when she saw him.. He smiled eye to eye.. " 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒅𝒊𝒅 𝒊𝒕.."He said..

Slowly her face started to brighten up with a smile.. Her heartbeat started to become normal seeing his face.. Her eyes shed some tears that she wiped with her dirty hand, that she used to finish the demon a moment ago.. She blinked a few times to see him clearly..

" 𝑴𝒚 𝑨𝒓𝒆𝒖𝒎 𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒔𝒕!! 𝑴𝒚 𝑨𝒓𝒆𝒖𝒎 𝒘𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒍𝒆.. 𝑴𝒚 𝑨𝒓𝒆𝒖𝒎 𝒊𝒔 𝒂 𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒓.. 𝑰'𝒎 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒅 𝒐𝒇 𝒎𝒚 𝑨𝒓𝒆𝒖𝒎.." He started clapping slowly.. She started smiling widely.. Chewing her lips, trying to control herself but failed..

Suddenly his face started to disappear from her sight.. It's like he's fading away.. She gulped, and took some shaky breath.. " Tae.."

He moved his hand upfront, calling her to follow him.. Giving the last smile, he turned, and started running.. Turning his head he's calling her to follow him..

" TAE WAIT!!!" Suddenly she screamed and made everyone look around.. She was screaming his name, when all of them were getting confused why she's taking his name all of a sudden.. That's when she started running.. She pushed Jimin so harshly, that he stumbled a little.. But she didn't care.. She didn't care about the screams from behind..

" KUZZIII!!" Yoongi shouted, but she didn't stop.. " Where is she even going??" Jimin asked..

" Post depression.." Jungkook said, and Jimin looked at him.. " Sorry?"

" She's having panic attacks.. Maybe she started to consume her older self once again.. Which means.."

" She's seeing things.." Suzy finished the sentence, and Yoongi widened his eyes.. " No no no.. This can't happen!! No this- KUZI!!!!!" He started running leaving all of them behind..

" TAE!!"

" TAEHYUNG WAIT!!"

" 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒆'𝒐𝒏 𝑨𝒓𝒆𝒖𝒎 𝒚𝒐𝒖'𝒓𝒆 𝒔𝒐 𝒔𝒍𝒐𝒘!! 𝑪𝒂𝒕𝒄𝒉 𝒎𝒆!!"

" Taehyung no stop!!"

" Taehyung where are you??!! TAEHYUNG!!"

Areum came back to the sea shore once again, when he vanished from her sight.. She stopped just near the cliff and huffed.. Her eyes were looking for a single person but the person in nowhere to be found.. She started looking everywhere but she couldn't find Taehyung..

By that time Yoongi and the rest of them came to the place, where they saw Areum was hyperventilating.. " Taehyung!!" She shouted his name, which was echoing through the hill.. Suddenly she stopped, and looked down..

" 𝑩𝒂𝒃𝒚~"

She started hearing the same voice once again, but this time far away from her..

" 𝑨𝒓𝒆𝒖𝒎~"

" 𝑪𝒂𝒕𝒄𝒉 𝒎𝒆 𝑩𝒂𝒃𝒚~"She looked everywhen and then looked down to see him again.. Seems like he's in a good mood.. He was being a little boy, roaming here and there and calling her name..

Areum's eyes sparkled and she smiled widely to see him again.. " Taehyung!!"

" 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒅𝒐𝒘𝒏 𝑩𝒂𝒃𝒚!! 𝑳𝒆𝒕'𝒔 𝒓𝒖𝒏 𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒚!! 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒅𝒐𝒘𝒏!!"She happily nodded, and was about to jump, when Jungkook grabbed her from the back.. " Have you gone crazy!! You might die!!"

" Leave me.. He's calling me!! LEAVE ME!!"

" Calm down 1st.. Nobody is there, you're seeing things, Areum calm down!!" He tightened his grip..

" No, let me go.. He's calling me look.. My Taehyung is calling me.. He called me to come down.. leave me!!!" She was struggling so hard, but Jungkook was stronger.. " Where is he?" He asked suddenly..

" There.. No here.. He's running there can't you see Kookie, look he just waved at me!!! LET ME GO!! JUNGKOOK!!" But Jungkook saw no one.. There was nothing except the deadliest sea that took away her lover.. And she can't accept this.. She still is in delusion that Taehyung is calling her..

" Okay let's go talk to him.. Will you calm down then?" But apart from others he needed to get along with her this time.. Or she might do something crazy.. She happily nodded, when Jungkook took her hand, and started going downwards sideways.. He looked at Yoongi and hinted him to follow them..

Jungkook didn't leave her hand until she touched the damp ground.. But she jerked off his hand saying she can see him.. " AREUM!!" Jungkook screamed when she started running to the sea.. There was a big wave coming, and they could see Areum running through it..

" Areum NO!!"

" TAEHYUNG!! Taeh- Taehyung!!" She fell on the ground when the wave crashed underneath her.. She coughed, and was trying to breathe when she fell in the water.. She reached out her head to breathe.. " Taehyung!! TAEHYUNG!!!" She started screaming his name, but she's not seeing anyone anymore.. Her vision started getting darker and blurry..

Yoongi came, and tried to pull her up, but she jerked off his hand, and crawl back to the sea to find him once again.. " TAEHYUNNGGG!!! Taehyung where are you!! Taehyung!!!!" She was calling his name but no one was there to reply..

" Kuzi please I beg you stop it please!!" He couldn't help and started crying when he tried to hold her sister.. He's feeling helpless seeing her like this.. If he could he would return each and everything she had lost. He would heal every wound she's bearing..

" Oppa, where is he? Oppa I saw him right now where did he go??!! Oppa give me my Taehyung back Oppa!!" She held his collar, and put him down, and started shaking him, asking him to find her love..

That time she felt something catch her feet, something got attached with her feet.. She sniffed, and looked back to see a piece of cloth was trying its best to survive this wave, by holding her feet..

Knitting her brows she looked at it.. Leaving his brother's collar, she took the cloth in her hand.. Looking at it she took some breaths, some shaky ones.. Slowly those shaky breaths became whimpers, and she started crying again..

And that's it.. She started screaming, holding that cloth close to her heart.. Her screams were making the surrounding a nightmare people wanna get up from.. Her screams were punching, stabbing each and everyone's heart, making them feel what she's feeling somehow.. Her brother, her two best friends trying to calm her down.. All of them were crying seeing her like this.. Yoongi back hugged her trying to stop her, when Jungkook bent down, and shook his head to Yoongi to not let her stop taking her emotions out.. To not stop her from breaking her heart once again.. It'll be more problematic if they stop him.. But little did they know not only her heart, her whole existence got shattered when she gave a look at what she was holding.. That..

The cloth she found from the sea was the one she used to wrap Taehyung's wound..

" SIR!!" Someone from the police team came, and called Yoongi.. Yoongi looked at them, and asked what's going on.. He just shook his head, and Yoongi closed his eyes, and hugged his sister even more tightly..

He already sent his force to look for Taehyung before following Areum.. But when they came back to the seashore once again, his workers were still looking for Taehyung.. But they couldn't find any body or anything from the sea.. It's impossible for him to swim because he was already wounded, and he fell from a far distance from the ground to the sea. Which only means one thing

He got lost in the sea.. The sea might drown his body.......

Jungkook tried to calm her down, but his hand wasn't able to touch her shoulder.. She's breaking down in front of him once again, and he can't do anything.. He looked up, and started crying silently, when Suzy came and hugged him tightly.. He hugged her back, clinging to her, he started whimpering in pain.. The more scream they were hearing the more stabs they were feeling from the inside..

At one point her screams fading away with the sound of the water.. She let go of herself, but Yoongi held her tightly.. He knew it's the time she's gonna give up, and lose her consciousness.. And that's what she did.. Slowly her screams became not audible.. Her mumble words that only Yoongi could hear, and she passed out.. Yoongi looked up to the sky, and tried to scream but couldn't so he just gritted his teeth, to see his sister in the position once again which feared him the most..

Taking her in his lap, he shed the last pair of tears.. Jungkook came, and picked her up in bridal style.. To see the broken Areum they were about to forget, is just in front of them again.. They don't know what life is gonna give them this time.. This time it'll be a war for them to keep her normal. But they were always more than ready to face anything just to protect this precious thing named Areum..

Jungkook started walking, Yoongi, and Suzy started following him.. Didn't care about the two.. They walked past them thinking they'll follow them eventually..

Jimin turned to follow them, when Maya held his hand, and he looked at her.. She looked at him with teary eyes, shaking her head a little and she stopped him on his way.. Don't know what was going into her mind..

Some hours later

The calm place was filled with their heavy breaths, and sighs.. None of them were looking at each other, let alone talking.. All of them were still processing what the hell just happened in recent days.. All of them thinking this is kind of a nightmare, that they would wake up just right now, and see everything went back to normal..

But someone else woke up instead..

" oppa.." A low voice can be heard, but they couldn't hear it on the 1st.. " Oppa.." the voice spoke again, but they couldn't hear this time as well..

Slowly she started to move, but she forgot her body survived a physical, also mental breakdown, that she flinched in pain, that was the time Jungkook looked back to see Areum trying to move..

It took him a second to realize she woke up, when he widened his eyes, and ran to her.. Sitting beside her, he held her hand.. " Areum.." Hearing his voice rest two of them looked back as well

She gulped by struggle, and slowly opened her eyes to see a beautiful angel looking at her with worried eyes..

" Kookie.." She whispered.. And then she looked at the place where she was..

" Had a good sleep?" His broken voice made it even worse when his eyes beamed with tears.. She looked at him with confused states, when Yoongi sat beside her too, and held her other hand..

" Oppa.. I was calling you.."

" I'm sorry baby I couldn't hear.. I'm sorry I wasn't there for you when you needed me the most.. I'm sorry.." He held her hand, and lowered his head..

" Oppa.. Is everything okay? What happened? Where are we going? Wha-" Slowly she started remembering everything.. Her face became emotionless once again when she looked at them once again.. But someone cupped her face, to bring back some emotions..

" Areum.." Jungkook looked at her eyes, and smiled..

" Home.. We're going home Areum.. " His tears fell on her hands without any effort, when she left a big sigh, and started crying.. Jungkook couldn't help but hug her, and was mourning in pain.. Areum held him, when she shed the last of tears on his shoulder..

She came here to Italy to overcome her fear.. On the way she met so many people, felt so many emotions.. Betrayal, hurt, wrath, anger.. Her heart was already strong and cold enough to take all of this when someone came into her life to warm her heart up..

And she lost him once again from here.. The one who caused so many things to her was the one who made this place a hell for her.. She lost everything once again.. Right now she has nothing to hold on in her life.. Right now it's an odd thing for her to believe that she's breathing..

Now she's going back to Korea.. Her ultimate home.. She couldn't feel like she's going home.. Rather her heart is aching thinking she's leaving her life here.. And in Korea she has nothing that can make her excited.. Nothing..

But still she looked at them for the last time before closing her eyes, and drifted into sleep once again..

Hoping never they would open to see this world anymore..

After several hours they landed at their place... To their home.. Areum was still unconscious, so Yoongi took her in bridal style, and Jungkook started taking their belongings in the house..

Yoongi couldn't even move forward a little, when two people ran to him, and stopped him in his way..

" AREUM!!" Namjoon shouted her name, when he saw her in the same state he used to fear the most.. He looked at her, and took some sharp breaths.. He cupped his face, and sniffed a little.. " What happened to you?" He whispered..

" Namjoon not now.. Let's take her inside 1st.." Hoseok came behind him, and pushed Namjoon a little.. Yoongi didn't even look at them, and took her to her room..

Placing her in her bed, 4 of them looked at her with so much emotion.. She was sleeping peacefully.. Who would tell them that she suffered this much, that she's alive is one kind of miracle to them..

" Did she pass out, or slept like usual?" Hoseok asked..

" She slept.. Without making any sounds.." Yoongi sighed..

Hoseok hummed.. " Let her sleep.. Let's talk with her when she wakes up.."

Next Morning

" What if she snaps?"

" She won't.. At least that's what we need to do.. This is not new to us Jungkook.. At this point we've to accept that our life's main mission is to keep her safe that also from herself.. I need to talk to her.. I need to know her mental condition.. And because of this I need to observe her each and every move.." Hobi left a deep breath, and looked at them..

" I'll try my best.. Just pray to the Lord.." He pleaded.. Everybody except Yoongi nodded.. So Hoseok went to him and bent down..

" Hyung.."

" Just give me this oath that she won't do anything funny.. I don't care about anything right now.."

" I promise I won't let her hurt again till my last breath.. I'll try my everything to bring her back to you okay?" Yoongi said nothing, and left the room.. Hoseok sighed and got up.. He looked at Areum's room, and started walking..

*Knock*

*Knock*

" Baby~" He cooed while entering the room to see a statue in front of the window, who didn't even move a little..

" What time is it?? Hmm.." He went to her, and touched her shoulder.. His hand shook beforehand of course.. " Areum.."

She didn't reply.. She just stood there like that.. " Areum I-"

" Where's my luggage.."

He knit his brows.. " Huh?"

She finally looked at him.. " Where's my luggage hyung?" Hearing her calling him hyung literally gives chills. He is still figuring out how to approach her.. It'll be so hard for him, but he'll try his best..

" I think.." He looked around the room, and found the luggage.. " Oh here it is! Why though?"

She said nothing, and went to take the bag, but Hoseok stopped her.. " At least talk with me.."

" I'm talking.."

" It's not you who are talking.. It's your subconscious mind.. Please Baby look at me.." He held her chin firmly, and tried to move her face, but she pushed his hand gently..

" Let me go.."

" Where?"

She stopped moving, and slowly smiled.. " To him.. To the last piece I've of him.. Let me go.." with that she went to the bag, and knelt down.. Opening the bag she threw all of her dresses, and accessories.. Just to find something..

The torn cloth

" I know why you're here.."

Hoseok gulped.. " You do?"

" Yes.. You're thinking I'm going to do something that might take your sleep away.." Touching the cloth adorably she said..

" Areum you should calm down right now.."

" I'm calm Hobi.." She looked at him, and smiled..

" Lord took the last thing from me.. There's nothing left that would let me react, or think about anything in this world.. All I've is you.. And I'm afraid you guys will leave too.." She chuckled..

" Not even in your nightmares okay! How could you think that-"

" I know.. I was just.. Leave it.." She got up, and sat on the bed.. Hoseok got up as well, and sat beside her.. " Areum.. You're not behaving normally.." He whispered, but she listened pretty clearly..

" If this is not normal then maybe hurting myself is considered to you as normal right?" Hoseok shot looked at her, who was smiling at him.. " Baby!!" His eyes teared up, when he hugged her tightly..

" There's no fucking way I'm letting you hurt you anymore.. I'm not gonna let you've even a scratch you heard me??!!" He sniffed, and she hugged him back..

" Then please let me be as I'm.. I know you're worried about me.. Just.. Don't.. Please.."

He nodded, and let his emotion take over him.. He started telling her how much he loved her, and how much he feared losing her.. He couldn't lose her.. She's her lifeline.. She's the lifeline of each of them.. His hyungs, his best friend.. Each and everyone is still living normally because of her.. If she does something again.. They might lose it as well..

Little did they know that she already made her decision, despite knowing what it'll cause them...

Nighttime

Areum's P.O.V

The last few weeks went like thin air.. My hyungs were always with me.. They fear I might do something again.. But I proved all of them wrong, showing that I'm doing really good.. Still they couldn't trust me properly.. I know where this is coming from.. They fear I might fake everything.. I might show them I've moved on, but in reality I'm just ditching them..

But today I proved to all of them that it's the end.. This is the end of my misery.. When I was all alone in my room.. For the 1st time in these days, and they suddenly came to my room to see I was reading a book.. Their eyes became soft when they fell on mine.. I returned the gesture with a smile.. Jungkook came and hugged me out of nowhere.. And I promised him I won't do anything I've done before..

But promises are meant to be broken.. Right?

Hobi cooked my favorite dish for me today.. His signature " Chicken Noodle Soup".. He fed me like a baby, and I ate like one.. The more I praised his cooking, the more his smile was boarding..

Yoongi Oppa was trying to avoid me.. He was feeling guilty that he couldn't save me.. He couldn't protect me.. I still don't know how to make him believe his prayers that he does secretly, save me everytime..'

Namjoon Oppa helped me the most this time.. He left Heejin to her mom's house just to be with me as much time as I wanted.. He still regretted not being with me when I was struggling to be alive.. When I saw death in front of my eyes.. But who would tell him.. I want him to start anew, not to be bound with my sorrow forever..

My Kookie.. My 1st love, my best friend, my male version and everything.. He never thought about himself when it was about me.. I wanted the best for him, and only the best.. I don't want him to stay with me, and waste his time.. Rather he should stay with his love, whom he won by a war with himself.. And her love.. Suzy, who left her only family just to be with him, because he needed her the most.. I want him to be happy.. With or without me..

All the time it was me.. It was me, the bad news in their life.. They might think I was unconscious when they said they'll leave everything to make me alive again.. The hell I'm gonna let them..

That's why I called Jimin today.. He moved to America for his own good.. I got to know Seokjin freed him after a few days.. Jimin confessed to me about his feelings for Maya.. That he wanted to make her feel special, make her feel like a queen she is.. Because in her whole life.. Nobody did that..

All I asked him for is a help.. A help that can make everything better.. I hope after today all of the lost pieces will be moved to their right places.. I hope after today everything will come to an end..

Just like I'm putting an end here..

I got up from my bed, and looked outside through my window.. The weather is a little bit windy today.. The forest is still calling to roam them.. To get lost in them.. Sure one day, but not today.. I took a big sigh, and opened the door.. I looked at my room for the last time.. My heart beat faster for a while before going back to normal.. I turned off the light, and closed the door..

Taking slow steps, I rode the staircase.. Remembering the last hug I gave to those people who meant the world to me.. My body still smells like their smell.. I love them so much that I couldn't let them shed another tear.. Not anymore..

I looked back for the last time, before opening the rooftop door.. Before taking the biggest step of my life.. It's midnight here, and all of them are sleeping peacefully, knowing everything is gonna be okay.. And it'll be okay..

" Sorry for making you sleep like this.." I said with a low tone, before entering the rooftop.. My trouser pocket is still filled with the aluminum packet of sleeping pills that I've used in their food.. So that no one can disturb me.. No one can see me right now.. No one can shed another tear anymore..

Sliding another hand inside my other pocket, and pulling out some simple yet valuable things that left for me to cherish.. I look at them on my palm.. My lips formed a smile automatically.. The more I look at them, the more I feel he's close to me..

His bands...

His notes..

His denim jacket that I'm wearing  right now..

The cloth.. That cloth that is still somewhere stained with his blood..

I whimpered in internal pain.. My breath became shaky just by thinking till now he was there for me, I-I could feel him close to me.. That made me look at these every night before sleep.. But right now..

He is gone..

I took his belongings close to my heart.. The beats I can feel by my hands.. I knelt down on the ground effortlessly, before totally breaking down..

" Taehyung.."

" Tae.."

" Come back Taehyung I beg you.. Please come back to me.." I started sobbing with my words that are not so audible..

" Taehyung, I need you to come back to me.. Why did you leave me Tae? WHY??!! Just why??" I looked up at the sky, and started crying, not caring if someone might hear me.. I whimpered in pain in the dark, where I felt my world becoming darker each and every time..

My breath got stuck, and I hitched a little after seeing him again.. " Tae.."

" Why did you leave me?"

" No, I'm imagining things.. You're not here.. I-I can't feel you anymore.. You're not real.. Please.." I squeezed her eyes, hoping to see he vanish in thin air, but it wasn't.. Rather the site of him was pretty close to me right now..
