Areum's P.O.V

I come to the table, take the bottle of wine, pour a glass, and gulp it in one go.. I knew Y/N was trying to trigger me, but I shouldn't have snapped like that..

I look in front of me to see only Hobi, and Namjoon Oppa are there... "Where're others?" I ask

Hobi sighs.. " You'll find it yourself.."

" Huh? what are you-" I get cut, when suddenly all the lights go down, and the dance stage lights up..

Suddenly music starts playing.. I knit my brows.. " Seokjin's father didn't mention about any program, did he?" Namjoon Oppa lowers his head, shaking it. When I see someone familiar on the stage..

My mouth hangs open to see he's jumping on the stage with a mic in his hand?? WHAT??!! As if my mouth isn't wide enough, and now my eyes widen to see someone else joins him..

I look at Hobi, and Namjoon Oppa and both of them just facepalm them.." What's going on??" I ask again..

A/N P.O.V

Hobi, Yoongi, and Namjoon were talking about something when the bottle girl served the wine.. Seokjin served each of them, including Taehyung.. "Careful.. Kids like you might not digest it.. So ever feel like throwing up, you can do it on yourself okay?"

" This kid In front of you is dressed as a minor, but let me tell you.. I gulp this shit every next day.. So if you can't compete with me, please throw it on your lap.. At least that's how someone might feel free.." Taehyung gulped the wine in one go.. It was so bitter that he wanted to throw up, but he scrunched his whole body and gulped it, to show how tough he's.. He styled his hair, and wiggled his brow to Seokjin to throw a challenge..

Seokjin didn't like the last part of what he said.. He was sure what Taehyung meant.." Independency is nothing you should give, you need to fight for it.. And as per my record, my lap is a good place for people feeling free.." Seokjin gulped the wine too.. He was already drunk so he actually didn't have any idea what he was even saying..

" Guys please we're here to have a good time.. Can we please cooperate?" Yoongi said with regret, thinking why he even came here with them..

Taehyung chuckled.. " A stereotypical ass like you who is always full of himself thinks he can say whatever shit he can, and people will obey it.. Sorry to cut your wings, but people's independence starts with what she wants, not what you want.." He poured another drink and started drinking it..

Seokjin gritted his teeth.. " Areum wants me, and only me.. Sorry if it hurts your butthole to adapt.." He chuckled and took the wine bottle..

Taehyung started laughing, placing his elbow on his thighs.. " As if she's a little kiddo that you're making decisions of what she wants.. She had so many things long before you came into her life, and you can't even compete with them you asshole."

" OKAY, GUYS ENOUGH!!! Stop it right now!!" Namjoon shouted..

Seokjin smirked.. " Prove yourself.."

Taehyung huffed,.. " So desperate to know your position?? Let's get it!! He got up, and folded his sleeves, to start a fight..

" TAEHYUNG NO please stop it!!!" Hobi got up..

Seokjin shook his head and got up.. " People like you always want to show strength but to achieve something, you need something else too, kid.. You can't compete with me for anything, not even what you're trying to do.. Still, you're begging for it.. Let's do this in a different way.."

" Mean?" Taehyung asked, and Seokjin pointed behind him, to the stage.. Taehyung looked back and chuckled.. He looked at Seokjin.. and played with his chin like he's a kid..

Areum can't take this anymore.. " Hobi come with me.." They go to the stage, where two grown ass men hugging each other, making them look like a clown including the people who come with them..

Areum holds Seokjin's arm, and tries to lift him up.. " For fuck sake why you're so heavy!!" Areum huffs..

" In case you don't want to make your feet dirty, so I can have you in my arms all day long.." Even in a drunk state, he doesn't forget to flirt.. " Seokjin get up, you already made a scene, please just get up.."

On the other hand, Hoseok was trying to get Taehyung up, when he hold his face.. " Areum you're so beautiful.. But why did your face become so thin?? Doesn't that dickhead treat you well? Come to me.. I'll pamper you like a princess I swear.." He started caressing his face, and Hoseok had his enough.. " Yah brat it's me!! Get off your filthy hands from my face!!!"

Taehyung rolls his eyes.. " Ugh.. I don't even want to touch your face.. Leave me.. Areum.. Areum.. Baby.. my love~~" He starts cooing.. Areum looks at him, and closes her eyes.. " Fuck me bitches.." She grits lowly.

With so much struggle Areum, and Hoseok manage to pull them up when Yoongi, and Jimin come to help them.. When suddenly Seokjin speaks up.. " Babe now tell us, who's the winner.. Who won the battle??" Seokjin can't even stand on his feet, but still tries to stand straight..

" Yeah we made so much effort.. We want to know the result.." Taehyung says, being a jelly over Hoseok.. She's really feeling sad for Hoseok..

" Of course.. That was a very neck to neck battle I must say! Like that's so new of you!!!" Areum smiles, and Taehyung, and Seokjin nod in agreement.. " So you want to know what you achieved??" Areum eye smiles, and their eyes lit up.. They really want to know the result..

" Embarrassment.. Congratulations to both of you for having a lifetime regret of what you've done today.." Areum presses her lips together, to control herself.. " Hobi, call him an Uber.. Jimin, come with me.." She holds the half awake Seokjin, and heads to the entrance..

" Wait, Where's Suzy?" Areum asks

" I've not seen Jungkook in a while.." Hoseok says, and looks at Areum.. They both share a knowing glance, lifting their lips upward a little..

" Suzy went to meet with her friend.. She called me a while ago.."

Uh oh..

The glance Hoseok, and Areum are sharing, fades away when a frown between their brows comes in line.. " A love triangle?" Areum whispers..

" Something you can relate to, right?" Hoseok winks, and she groans..

" I should stay.. I'll come with Suzy.." Jimin says..

" For fuck sake Jimin! Let that poor girl have some time of her life okay? You're already taking her away from us already.. She's with Becky.. And he'll drop her, don't worry.. And about Jungkook, he's not a kid.. Come with me!"

" But-"

" Jimin.." Areums deep voice makes Jimin nod fast, and he follows Areum..

After putting Seokjin inside the car, Areum leaves a big sigh.. Seokjin has already passed out, and is sleeping like a baby.. Areum hops on the car, where Jimin starts the engine.. Where Namjoon, Yoongi are in Jimin's car.. Hobi goes with Taehyung, as he's already snoring..

Keeping his head on her lap she dials a number.. The phone rings three times and she hears a voice..

On call

" Hello.."

" Hello Sir, it's me.."

" Ah how you're doing my daughter..

Did you have fun..

I hope you had a great time..

Me and your ma'am just came home... "

Seokjin's father asks with a bright tone..

" Yes you can say that.."

" Everything okay there my child??"

" Everything is going great Mr. Kim..

I called you to tell you something.."

" Anything for my children.

You need something for the refreshment.."

" Can I ask you a favor?"

" Of course.. What is it??"

" Please do not send any wine next time..

Have a good night's sleep.."

With that she hangs up the phone..

" Areum.." Seokjin whispers, keeping his eyes half opened, and she looks down at him..

Holding her chin he smiles.. " You're so beautiful.." With that he again feels asleep..

" What is this? I told you not to call me 

when I'm with my family!!"

"  I'm sorry but it was important.."

" What is it? Tell me fast.."

" I tracked the IP address you've sent me.."

" And?"

" He's somewhere near where you're right now"

" The fuck??"

" Yes, maybe just some steps away.. 

I'm giving a call to the number.. 

Just keep an eye who's receiving it..

 I'll let you hear the voice.."

Jungkook waits for a while, and looks around to see who picks the call.. A phone obviously rings, and his eyes throw in that direction.. But he doesn't expect that the person will be him.. He tries to negotiate with himself, and waits for the voice..

" Hello?"

" Hello who's this?"

" Hello? "

Jungkook's eyes widen in shock when he hears his voice.. He can't even believe out of everyone, he'd be the one who backstabbed Areum like this..

Jungkook was about to leave for Korea, but he already found an IP address that could lead to who was working with Jonathan, and helped him to find out Areum's whereabouts.. The person who helped Jungkook told him to stay here, to catch the person red handed.. But neither in his nightmare he thought it'd be Baekhyun..

Baekhyun has come here out of nowhere.. Jungkook was confused when he heard that Suzy, and Baekhyun knew each other.. Baekhyun was the one who snitched away Suzy from him, and he couldn't even do anything because of his ego..
And now when he was about to let go of everything, he got a shock knowing that Baekhyun is the one who's helping Jonathan..

How can he?? He saw how much pain Areum had to endure, and he was the one who helped her.. Was that all an act? What should he do now? Areum won't believe shit until he gives her solid proof.. But he thinks about confronting Baekhyun.. He needs to know Areum might get busy with her life, but not him, or her hyungs...

He sees Baekhyun leaving the place, and heads somewhere.. He cuts the phone, and starts following him..

He goes to a less crowded place, and dials a number..

" Boss.."

" Yes.."

" I know, but I needed some time to polish everything.."

" Yes boss.."

He smirked a little.. " I've got her.."

" I'll let you know the perfect time.." With that he hangs up the phone..

Jungkook is fuming under his breath.. He's about to attack him, when someone else interrupts them..

" Baekhyun.." He looks back to see Suzy has come to see him.. He inhales deeply, and smiles.. " Finally! I've got some time to at least talk with you.." Baekhyun hugs her.. And Suzy hugs her back..

Jungkook is feeling like someone is stabbing him nonstop.. This one single person is hurting the most important person of his life, now he's snitching away the love of his life too.. Jungkook has a great level of patience.. He needs a hit, and he'll show his dark side.. There's no one who can stop him..

They parts from each other.. " You upset?" Baekhyun asks..

" Why would I be?"

" Out of everyone, your best friend is my long lost lover.. You might feel hurt.." He mocks and she chuckles..

" Even if she's your ex, you were the one who saved her right? Also you didn't deny when she said you don't love each other.."

" Aish I can't even make you jealous.. By the way.. " He holds her by her shoulder.. " Did I tell you how much sexy you're looking in this black outfit??" He winks..

" When did I lie to you?" She gets confused..

" You told me you'd call me, but it's been nearly a month, and still you didn't.."

Suzy sighs.. " Sorry.. I forgot.." They start laughing..

" So what about my proposal??"

" You didn't propose to me as per record Baekhyun.." She snaps..

Jungkook swallows all of the pain he's feeling.. He already gets an idea of what they're gonna do.. He calls the person whom he's talking to earlier..

" Wait!!" Suzy says.

"What is it?"

" I... I didn't call you for a reason.." Suzy slowly removes his hand from her..

" Everything okay??" He asks in concern..

Suzy clears her throat.. " I think you should reconsider your decision, about...about us.."

" What's going on Suzy?"

Suzy sighs. " I'm moving to America.. Maybe for a lifetime.."

He gets confused.. " But you live in Korea I guess??"

" Well yes, but Oppa is thinking about something permanent with me.. And I didn't deny.. I really need to stay far away from everything.. From someone." She mouths the last part, so Baekhyun doesn't actually hear it..

" Reason?"

" Same as Areum.. We hold too many memories which gives us so much agony that what we can least do is move out from here.."

" So what's gotten this with me? We still can connect with each other.. There's a thing called social media if you need to remember.."

" That's not the point Baekhyun..." Suzy looks otherwise..

Suzy gulps.. " I don't want to face him again, and make him feel disgusted about me.. On top of that I can't make myself a devil by playing with your feelings I-" She closes her eyes..

" It's Jungkook right? " Baekhyun smiles in pain, when Suzy just bursts into tears..

Jungkook cuts the call.. His mind goes blank.. He lowers his head, and starts listening to them carefully..

Baekhyun comes and hugs her.. " He was the one who hurt you, hm? Told you not to show your face? And you're crying for him??"

" I can't help.. After all of this.. I can't throw him out of my heart.. I loved him way too much that it's killing every fucking seconds that he's not mine anymore.. He hates me Baekhyun.. He hates me so much that he wants me to stay far away from him, so that he can't even see my glimpse.."

" Why does he even hate you in the 1st place??"

" I can't tell.. But he can't accept me anymore.. He despises me.. And here's me hurting myself each and every day.. Cursing myself knowing I can't have him back.. Still having this shit called love for him, where I can't even think about anyone else other than him.."

Baekhyun holds her face in his palm, his eyes devouring her beauty.. " When I told you, you look so fucking beautiful when you cry.. I didn't lie though.. Why are you so beautiful Suzy?"

" I'm sorry.." She closes her eyes.. " I can't hurt you knowing that I've feelings for someone else.. I'm sorry to give you hope. I'm sorry I hurt you like everyon-"

" hey, hey shhh.. It's okay.. You didn't hurt me.. If you hid this from me, and still went along with me, that would hurt me so bad.." Suzy sheds tears, and he wipes them..

" Always listen to your heart.. Brain can lie, the heart doesn't.." Suzy hugs him tight, and Baekhyun embraces her warmly..

" It's so beautiful to see you having so much pain, still loving someone who caused this.. I hope Jungkook doesn't become a dick, and realize before he loses you permanently.."

" I want the best for him.. He wants me to stay away from him, so be it." Suzy snuggles into his neck, and sobs silently.. Where Baekhyun caresses her hair to calm her down..

Jungkook blinks sometimes to see clearly as his eyesight gets blurry.. Some teardrops fell on the ground, soaking it instantly.. He gulps harshly, and looks at them.. Instead of Baekhyun, he should be in that place, embracing her like he owns her heart, and everything..
Rather seeking peace from others, she should come to him, knowing that he is the one who can calm her down.. But he lost her.. If he doesn't do anything, he'll lose her forever, and the regret he'll feel can kill him internally.. Jungkook wipes his tears harshly..

" I'm not gonna let you go.. I'll have you once again..
Because you're mine,
and only mine.." He whispers, and leaves the place..

Jimin, and Areum carefully laids him on the bed.. " Thank you Jimin.. I can do the rest.. You go take some rest as well.."

" Let me remove his sho-"

" Jimin please.. I can take care from here.. You've other things to do.. Please?" She smiles, and Jimin smiles back.. " Please call me if you need anything.." He says..

" I'll don't worry.. Good night then.."

" Good night.." Jimin says, and leaves the room.. Areum looks at Seokjin who is sleeping, looking so innocent.. Areum sits beside him, stroking his hair, getting mesmerized by his angelic beauty..

" Who would say this is a toddler, trapped in a big body.." She chuckles lowly.. She gets up, and slowly removes his shoes.. Then she removes her tie, and unbuttons the 1st two buttons of his shirt to ease a little..

" Men are really lucky.. You can even sleep in this, where we've to remove our burden named so-called undergarments.. Because if we sleep with it, we might die of suffocation.." Areum rolls her eyes, and sits beside him.. She holds his hand

" You don't need to compete, when I'm already here with you.. I know how much you care for me.. How could I leave you when you need me the most? Hm?" Caressing his hair, she smiles a little..

" And I'll make sure, you don't have something this much strong again.. Don't know what scene you'll make that time." She chuckles, and gets up when she feels the grip in her hand tightens.. She looks back, and sees Seokjin opening his eyes slowly..

She slowly sits down.. " Do you need something?"

" Mhmm.. An answer.."

" What is it, Oppa?"

" You told me I don't need to compete, because I've you with me.."

" That I said.. "

" If I really don't need to compete, because I'll have you forever with me..

" Then why don't you love me, Areum?? Why don't I feel like you love me too? What I would do to have you.. when I don't even feel you love me.. What... Why.." Slowly Seokjin again drifts into sleep..

Areum feels a pang in her heart, a sudden guiltiness blocks the air passing from her heart.. Her breath gets stuck.. She sighs sharply.. Building up a guilty feeling in her, she thought Seokjin gave her everything, but in return she gave her nothing, just nothing..

Why is it so hard for her to build up the feeling Seokjin is feeling, and have a good life ahead? Why is life so hard for her? She's feeling like a culprit, who's just playing with someone's feelings.. Tears glisten in her eyes, and she slowly removes his hand from her.. His hand carelessly fell near the side table..

She wipes her tears, when she hears a sound.. She looks at him , who is snoring lightly.. She gets up, thinking it's her imagination.. She turns the lights off.. Turning back she gasps to see some deemed light coming from the corner of the room..

She gulps harshly, grabbing the hem of her dress, she slowly follows the light..

The light is much brighter than it seems, and the curtain in front of it, makes the light fade away.. She stands there for a few seconds, and grabs the curtain.. Slowly she starts to move the curtain...

And her eyes widen, when she gasps..
