Jungkook's P.O.V

It's been nearly an hour since Taehyung left the house without saying anything. Me and Hobi are standing in the hall room wondering what the hell is happening? Areum strictly told me not to leave him alone. He can't control himself. I wonder how he spent nearly 3 months alone

I tried my level best to get along with him, but everytime he showed me he wouldn't listen to anybody except her. It's like he sees no one except her. And he's the one who basically stabs her with his words. This fella is really weird

I saw how he rushed to the door when I called him, " Taehyung? What happened- Where are you going? Taehyung? Taehyung stopped right there!!" But he didn't even listen to me and opened the door and left the house. I ran after him but this place is hella creepy and this darkness makes it even creepier. I just saw his silhouette a little and then suddenly it disappeared. It really felt like he was the hidden ghost here

" Jungkook! What the hell was that? What are you doing here? He's your patient and you should keep an eye on him. Now how will we find him?? What will you answer to Areum ha?" Hobi comes and shouts at me

" I don't know, okay? He's not my patient. I don't consider him as one. It's Areum who forced me to mentor him. Also why did y-" Suddenly something crossed my mind Areum left the table with Taehyung's food, and she was supposed to be in his room. If Taehyung is here then

Where's Areum??

I run back to the house without even finishing my word. Hobi is calling me but I don't listen. I literally run like my life depends on it. I reach Taehyung's room and open the door while I see no one is there. Hobi comes after a few seconds. I enter the room calling her name hoping that she'll answer anywhere from the room. I wait for a while then I open the washroom door to check but no one is there.

Hobi comes inside the room and searches for her too, but nothing. We both looked at each other. Fear consumes our faces. One Taehyung left the house and 2nd.

Areum is not in the house

We leave the house as early as possible because Areum shouldn't be alone here. Well at this time. Or should I say at this stage. She can do anything and no one will have an idea about it. I hope Hobi has some solutions for her

We come to the middle of the field where we don't find any sign of them. I scream their names but nothing " Areuuummmmm" " Taehyunnnngggg" Fucking shit these two. Where the hell did they go!!

I start panicking a lot. If something happens to Areum I'll fucking kill Taehyung. He only saw my soft side. He can never imagine what I can do to him. I start running through the field hoping to see anything that may calm me down but only what I saw is darkness. I didn't bring the torch in a rush. What the fuck I'm gonna do right now??

I'm feeling scared to move forward because I don't want to find Areum, nor even Taehyung in that jungle. But it seems like I've to. I pray to the lord in my mind, "Please Let them be safe" But suddenly Hobi calls me

"Jungkook" I look back and I see he's looking inside the jungle. I follow his site and see something that I can't recognize at 1st. Then I look closely and realize a figure is coming outside from the jungle and that figure may be carrying someone

We both are staring at the figure and slowly that figure becomes visible to us and it is no one else. It was Taehyung who was carrying Areum.

Our eyes become wider when we see them clearly where both of them, especially Areum, are covered with blood. I look at Taehyung. I never saw this Taehyung. He clenches his jaw, looking at us directly. I can see his eyes spitting anger from them. When he comes closer to us, we rush to him

" Areum!! What happened to you? My god baby wha- Taehyung what happened to her? Why is she covered in blood? Did you do- No you can't harm her. You saved her that night right?? Tell me who did this? Tell me who the fuc--" Hobi is literally out of his mind right now. He never imagined he would see Areum in this state again. But I cut his words

" Hobi for fuck sake she's bleeding We need to treat her wound. Taehyung, has she passed out by herself or you found her like this?"

He doesn't say anything, just look at me with a straight face

"Right We need to take her home. Taehyung let me hold her" I'm about to hold her but Taehyung just steps back " Move "

" Taehyung I thi-"

" FUCKING MOVE!!!" He shouts that makes me startled. I just sigh and move from his way. He holds her tightly and walks towards the field. Me and Hobi look at each other and then starts to follow him

Moments later

We reach in front of the house, but Hobi stops us. " Taehyung, wait" Taehyung stops looking back to face him. His face is still like before

" We shouldn't enter with the front door. Maybe Mom is still awake and she'll freak out seeing her condition" Hobi says

" So what should we do?" I ask

" You and Taehyung go from the backdoor. I'm handling Mom here. Remember not to make any sounds ok?"

I nod and look at Taehyung. I sigh and start walking towards the back side of the house, while Taehyung starts following me

A/N P.O.V

Hoseok enters the house from the front door. He's looking for his mother and tries not to let her see him, or she'll ask too many things. She's too strict about this issue. After 12AM nobody can leave the house nor anybody can come

He's walking lightly so that he doesn't make any sounds but then he remembered Areum told her Mom to wait for her in Areum's room with her dinner. He breaths out a little thinking that she'll be her room

He's smiling widely but suddenly he remembers something. " Shit! Kookie's gonna take Areum to her room Fuck!"

He immediately runs toward Areum's room and starts knocking on the door he can hear his Mom's voice when the door opens from the inside

"What is this hobi? Is everything okay?" His mom asks with concern

" Ummm yah n-no nothing is okay. Ummm- I actually. I think you put the gas on the stove"

Hoseok looks confused about how to make her Mom convinced to leave the room

" Hobi I might forget your name but I won't forget to turn off the gas before leaving the kitchen"

He tries to whine, but stops because he needs to do something right now

" Well then can you come to my room? I-I couldn't find my yellow shirt from the past few days"

" Well because I sent it for dry wash. Remember you spell wine while dancing? Besides, Areum is back after so many days. If you really have something to say please do it fast because she'll be here at any moment and her food is getting cold. Speaking of her Where's she? Didn't she come from that boy? What was his name? Yeah teahyiung's room?" She asks

" Mom, his name is Taehyung. Not whatever you said And about Areum. She's still there. And besides you've to show me something" Hoseok says

" Which is it??"

"Ummm actually I well I actually want-" His words get cut off when his phone buzzes

He takes his phone out of his pocket where he sees a message and sighes heavily

"Kookie"

We brought Areum to my room. I remembered Mommy will be in her room. Come fast! We need you here..

He put the phone back again in his pocket " Mom, I think you should wait for her. After all of these days you finally got a chance to spend some time with your daughter right? I have some work to do, I'll be right back" He doesn't even give any chances to her Mom to say something. He just turns around and disappeared in a second

Jungkook's P.O.V

I'm about to go to Areum's room but I remembered that Mommy will be there. So I tell Taehyung to come to my room. He doesn't speak a single word the whole time. It was really killing me. What happened to Areum? Why was he with her? How did he find her?

" Taehyung, please lay her in the bed. I'm bringing the First Aid box" He doesn't say anything and carefully places her in the bed

I come back with the box and I see he's sitting on the ground on his knees. He holds her hands with his both hands, looking at her. It seems like he forgets about the world. I don't say anything and watch what he's doing.

Areum literally passed out like a drunk bitch, and he's looking at her like a lost puppy. He releases his one hand and startss caressing her hair. He removes the dirt from her face so softly, that his touch may hurt her. I see how his eyes, which were literally killing me a few moments ago, became soft. Where his eyes are scanning every detail of her face. Her face is resting on a side so her neck area is exposed. Taehyung starts to touch her neck with one finger then two. It's like he's touching a specific area, and at that time his face is like he's about to cry at any time..

It's enough for me to watch and understand everything. I clear my throat which catches his attention and he looks at me. He leaves her hand and stands up from the ground. I look down and chuckle a bit

" I understand your concern about her, but as she can't speak now I can't ask her what happened to her. So maybe, will it be ok if I ask you about what happened in the jungle?" I ask him while I sit beside her on the bed

" Where were you?" He asks suddenly

"Sorry?"

" I asked where you were when she left the house at this hour?"

" I was in my room, and I heard some noise about shutting a door so I came into the hall room. Why?" I reply

He chuckles a bit, " Seriously you amazes me sometimes you know? You're asking me what happened to her right? Wasn't you supposed to already know what happened to her? You guys are literally stuck with each other like glue is attached to your back. Amn't I it supposed to ask you what happened to her? She's you freaking girlfriend who left the house late at night and you didn't even realize that? Do I look like a fucking idiot to you?" He bursts out.

" Well Taehyung I want to sa-"

" Say what ha? Do you even realize what condition I've found her in? Don't you have a little bit of sympathy for her that maybe she's going through something. Or maybe the scene I created at the dinner table after that maybe, just maybe you should check on her. Well did you? I guess not because all of the time she was with me. I was the person who followed her and brought her back."

" What are you trying to say Taehyung?" I'm really confused about what he's trying to say. Areum herself said that she'll be with him, and what's wrong there?? And what with this her being my girlfriend!!!Ewwwwwwww!!!!

" What happened to her? Why did she do this to herself? She is a fucking doctor herself!! Why did she hurt her like a psycho back there??" He shouts

I frown my brows in confusion. Did Areum do all of these by herself?? I look back at her and see her whole body is covered with blood. Her face has scratches here and there.

I stand up and look at him, " Taehyung. I understand you must be angry at me, but what do you mean when you said she hurt herself like this?? What did she do?"

He clenches his jaw and tells me everything that happened there. How he found her when she was stabbing herself like a maniac, and how he wanted to stop her, but she became a rebel which is why he had to slap her and she passed out

My eyes widen by the time he finishes. I start breathing heavily" What happened to her Jungkook? She's not the Areum I know. What made her do this?" He asks me

I don't reply to him and I run back to Areum. I took the scissor and cut her pants which are totally wet by her blood. I gasp when I see her whole legs are covered by bruises and marks. Not any kind of marks, it felt like she stabbed herself for sure, but the tool wasn't sharp enough which is why she put a lot of pressure in it that it literally smashed some of her bruises.

I standd up. My whole body is shaking. " Areum" I can't form any words. I breath heavily when Taehyung came in front of me. " You're panicking just by seeing it. Where I saw how she was doing it. Instead of enjoying it, it made me scared"

I gulp a little and move forward to her. My vision gets blurry and I can't see anything properly. Tears are threatening me to fall at any moment. I take the cotton and soak it with alcohol. I start to clear the wounds slowly. It may hurt a lot but she's not responding. I move forward to her and hold her face with my hand. Finally I lose the battle and tears start falling from my eyes. I sob quietly looking at he.r" Why?. Why did you do this again, Areum? Why" I whisper

I never imagined I'd see Areum in this state all over again. That day when she said her stitches broke which led to her bleeding, I didn't believe it but I never imagined she would do this to her. I control myself and start to clean those scratches off her face. I start cleaning those then suddenly I see some bruises on her neck?? That's totally new and looks like she gets attacked and get those bruises

It's kind of those types of bruises which stings a lot. It's not like she did herself. I look closely and I see some bite marks. It's not there when I saw her last time. Who did this to her?

I look back at Taehyung to see he's drinking water from the bottle I keep on the side table. I stand up and walk slowly to him " Who was with you?"

He stops drinking and looks at me, "What?" He starts drinking again

" Who was with you after you left the dining table?" I ask blankly

" What are you talking about?? She was with me It was me who-"

" Bite her neck?" I cut his words. You're dead today if you say yes Taehyung.

He looks at Areum and then back at me. Then I look away because I'm really dead serious right now. "Who told you that I even touched her? If I got the chance I would fuck her then and there lol"

" Oh really? You're telling me all of the time she was with you and you saved her And she has bruises on her neck and now you're telling me you didn't even touch her??" I say calmly

" Her whole body is covered with bruises thanks to your girlfriend. She might have bruises on her neck too. What's wrong with it?"

" Because she can be insane but she'll never do something to her neck you fucking motherfucker!!!" I punch his face so hard that he falls down on the ground

I hover over him and grab his collar to face him. " You fucking piece of shit attacked her and now denying it!?? DO YOU FUCKING REALIZE WHAT THE FUCK YOU HAVE DONE YOU BITCH. I'LL FUCKING KILL YOU TODAY!!!" I punch his face. I don't know how many times he starts to bleed. I forgot who he is, who I'm. He doesn't have any idea what he has done. He is the reason Areum did this to herself. If I can I'll fucking kill him today.

I stop and harshly pull him close to my face " It was you all the fucking time she is experiencing all of this over again. Just because of you she literally risked her fucking life today, and you're asking me what happened to her? Why did she do this?"

" BECAUSE SHE WAS FUCKING RAPED!!! AND THE BRUISES YOU'VE CREATED MADE HER THINK ALL OF THOSE FUCKING SHITS SHE WAS TRYING TO FORGET YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT THE FUCK YOU'VE DONE YOU BITCH!!!" I again start to punch him furiously. I literally forgot he's my patient with whom I need to be calm. Well not this time

" Jungkook! Wha- What is this leave him!! What the fuck you're doing??" Hobi comes in the room suddenly and tries to pull me by my shirt but I'm not in my senses and I'm punching him so badly that he lost his sense but still I don't stop.

" Oh Lord Jungkook, stop it, he passed out. Stop it. Jungkook JUNGKOOK FUCKING STOP IT!!"

I hold my fist hand, about to punch him again but I stop when I hear Hobi's voice. I look back at Hobi who is looking at me confusedly.

" He. Ho-Hobi. He did what I was scared, Hobi. My Areum will never be the same Hobi He made sure of it." I start crying loudly and hold Hobi so tightly. I start sobbing "Hobi my Areum will never come back Hobi. What did she do to deserve this Hobi?? My Areum is gone forever Hobi. My Areum will never come back to me, Hobii"

Hobi hugs me so tightly and I bury myself in him. He starts caressing my back to calm me down. I let out a pool of tears and calm down a little bit.

Sometimes later

I told Hobi everything that has happened in the last few days. How I found Areum in her chamber in her own pool of blood. How she fought with us for Taehyung. And how today because of Taehyung's act Areum did this to herself.

He sighs and looks at Taehyung and Areum "Jungkook Go to Areum and clean her wounds and change her clothes If you don't want then I-"

" Don't worry Hobi. She has underwear on. I'm taking care of her. You do something with. this douchebag" I look back at Taehyung who basically had no sense of him. I might look like a cute funny boy. I might look like I can take pressure or criticism. Yes I can, but if my mind goes blank I become an animal. I don't give a shit who is in front of me. And when it's about Areum, I'd not even think twice before even killing someone

I stand up and walk towards Areum who is sleeping peacefully. I look at her and smile a little bit. I sit down and take some cotton and wet them with alcohol. Slowly I start to clean the wounds. I sigh heavily " Your whole body is covered with bruises, and now you have new ones. I wonder what your age actually is. Areum that you don't give a shit about you" I say in my mind

" We were supposed to hide one bruised person. Now we've two. What should I say to Mom?" Hobi asks

" We'll think about it later. Now I want him to fuck off from here. I want him as far from Areum"

" That's where you're wrong, Kookie. We need to keep them as close as possible" Hobi replies

I'm done applying medicine on her bruises and I shoot and look back at him" The fuck you're talking about? after all the things he created, you still want him close to Areum?"

" Well yes! Why?" He's also done cleaning Taehyung's wound and starts applying medicine.

" No way. Not in a million years. I won't even let him see her. Forget about it" I state

" It was you who told me minutes ago that Areum herself told you something about him right?" Hobi asks

" huh?" I lift up Areum's T-shirt and let her wear one of mine

" Taehyung calms her down. She told it herself, right?" He asks me while he finishes treating Taehyung

" Y-Yeah she did. But that doesn't mean she was serious about it" I reply

" Then tell me Jungkook. Why didn't she hurt herself when she realized she had converted to stage 4 and we, her own hyungs, hid this from her?" He continues " Because maybe, just maybe she is using Taehyung as a tool for destruction" He walks up and comes beside me to help me..

" Seokjin hyung is present for that Hobi. You have no idea how much she's crazy about that man." I reply

" Is she still that crazy after she met Taehyung?? Hobi asks that makes me stop what I'm doing and I get taken aback for a moment. It's true after she met Taehyung, she rarely mentioned Jin hyung, where she'll tell me everything that she had talked with him, she just told me that day that she took permission from him.

" I take that as a no. Well Jungkook as per my observation. I noticed some minor changes in Areum too. You can say she's doing this because Taehyung is her patient. But it can be something else. What if.."

" What if?"

" What if Taehyung actually has something in him that calms her down. Other than that you can easily understand a bipolar person by his behavior. Areum was behaving normally till I saw her. Well thanks to her medication and the knowledge she gathered but still. It'd be normal to me if she attacked me today, or act differently with Mom. But she didn't. My mom doesn't even realize that Areum has changed. Even I forgot about it for some time. Maybe spending time with Taehyung calms her down??"

" I don't care, Hobi. I'll give her a sleeping injection if I need to calm her down, but I'm not gonna let her spend a single second with him" I say while me and Hobi are done with changing her clothes

He sighs and holds my shoulder to face him "Jungkook, listen I understand where this anger is coming from. But you need to understand that she's a doctor herself. She knows better what she's doing. And I think we should support her" Hobi says

" For your kind information Taehyung is the reason she's lying there lifelessly. And what he had done After that I don't trust him sorry" I look at Taehyung who's laying there like a dead person. His whole face is covered with band aids and cottons

Hobi sighs" Okay then. Let's take a test. And after that what'll be the result, we'll we both accept it okay?"

" What test?" I ask knitting my brows. Hobi just smiles as he always does. He looks at Areum

"You'll see"
