Flashback starts
Dadi never talked to Shivaay, after Anika's exit from Oberoi Mansion, she locked herself in her room because of the guilt to spoil Anika's life. Though she is not aware about what transpired between them, but she knows that Shivaay's accusations about Anika's character are baseless. If he cannot trust his wife, the least he can do is to think rationally about it. How would have Anika found the opportunity to cheat him, when he goes on business trips Anika sleeps with her and all the other time she keeps herself busy in fending for Shivaay's needs.

Shivaay was missing Anika a lot, he imagines her in every corner of the house, but he ignored his feelings due to her "so called" betrayal, out of habit he tried to get a glimpse of her when he came back from office but he ignored that longing after recalling everything.

Shivaay received Divorce papers from Anika after 9 days of her exit, both were granted a divorce in one month as there was no demand of alimony or any other support from Anika. He demanded to add one clause in divorce agreement "Anika's child will never claim any right on Oberoi property or Shivay's assets". Anika's lawyer suggested her to go for a DNA test but she refused as she was not interested in keeping any contact with the person who was responsible for her miseries.

After few days of Shivika's divorce Omkara came to Oberoi Mansion, he happily shouted "Bhayiiii, why were you not picking up my calls, I missed you so much" and hugged Shivaay

Shivaay was annoyed with his presence but he hugged him for formality "Oh, Om tum, batao kaise aana hua?" (Oh Om, you're here?)

Dadi came after listening to Om's voice and he pouted like a kid "Kya Bhayi, main itni Khushi se apse galey mil raha hu aur ap itna Thanda welcome de rahe ho mujhe" (What is this bro, I'm so happy to meet you and you are giving me such an uninterested welcome.)

Om took blessings from Dadi, she hugged him tightly. He was not able to understand Dadi's worried expressions but he patted her back lightly while she sobbed in his embrace.

Om smiled at Dadi and he looked around for the person he was missing the most "Anika kaha hain bhayi?" (Bro, where is Anika?)

Shivaay muttered under his breath "He is behaving as if they're not living together now."

Om narrowed his eyes and looked at him to understand his mumbling but Shivaay gave him a fake smile, he will never let these cheaters know that he was missing both of them "Nahi, main kya bol sakta hu, tumhari pyaari Anika kuch din ke liye bahar gayi hai" (Oh no, what can I say. You beloved Anika has gone out for a few days)

Om scrunched his nose, he cannot wait to meet her again, the girl was the best thing that happened in his brother "Oh, main itni achi khabar leke aaya tha, I want to share with her first." (Oh I come bearing good news; I want to share with her)

Shivaay looked at him in confusion, now what's with the new drama, are they not living together after she was released from her loveless marriage? He asked him in an accusatory tone "Bahut din ho gaye na miley hue, bura lag raha hoga" (You have not met her from so many days, you must be feeling so bad)

Om was confused at his expressions, why was he acting so cold towards him but ignored it for a while "Yes bhayi, I miss her a lot."

Shivaay chuckled dryly, such a shameless couple and now his brother has also sided with that vixen.

Om scratched the back of his neck nervously "Dadi, apke liye ek khush khabri hai, lekin ap gussa bhi ho sakti ho." (Grandma I have a good news for you but you can feel a little angry about it)

Dadi shook her head sadly "Puttar ab to Khushi aur gussa kuch samajh hi nahi aata, par tu bol." (Dear, now I cannot understand happiness and anger, but tell me)

Om grinned widely and showed her a onesie with "Best Par Dadi" printed on it's front. She looked at him with wide eyes when he said "Dadi, ap par-daadi bann gayi ho" (Grandma, you are a Great Grandma now)

Shivaay snapped up his head from the phone screen "Anika ki delivery ho gayi?" (Anika has already delivered her child?)

Om looked at him in confusion "Bhayi mujhse pooch rahe ho ya bata rahe ho? (Bro is asking me or telling me about it?) Shivaay shook his head and Dadi sent a murderous glare to him before asking Om "Puttar tu aage bol." (Dear, tell me more about it)

Om said nothing but he dialed a video call and in the frame was a beautiful woman with a newborn baby in her arms.

Shivaay looked at him in confusion "Ye kaun hai (Who is she?) but Om was busy in blushing like a teenager "Bhayi Dadi ye mera beta hai "Yuvaan" aur meri girlfriend "Gauri" (Bro, meet my son and my girlfriend Gauri)

Dadi jumped happily and Shivaay laughed sarcastically, Anika deserves this treatment after cheating her loyal husband, now he knows why the cheating bastards are not together but the loyal husband was not ready for the next revelation that will turn his life upside down.

Om smiled at them widely "Bhayi apko toh bataya tha maine uss din. Wo hua kya ki Gauri aur main kuch din saath mein the jab hum dono ke beech kaafi kuch ho gaya. Phir main apni vacations ke liye India aa gaya aur zyada dhyan nahi dia. Gauri ko pata chala ki wo pregnant hai to usne mujhe London mein sab jagah dhoondha, main nahi mila toh usse laga ki sab sirf one night stand tha. (Bro, I told you already, here's the whole story Gauri and I were together for a few days when we got intimate and then I came to India for my vacations. Gauri came to know about her pregnancy and she tried to search me a lot, but I was here in India, so she thought it was just a one night stand.)

Om looked apologetically at his girlfriend, she smiled and he continued "Jiss din maine apko phone kia tha, ussi din mujhe Gauri ek restaurant mein mili, toh usne mujhse bahut ladayi ki, lekin kaafi samjhane ke baad usse mana bhi lia. Gauri ki delivery k kuch din baad main sabse pehle ap logo k pass aaya hu. Main ye baat phone pe nahi batana chahta tha aur waise bhi aap mere phone receive hi nhi kar rahe the. Aj hi shaam ko chala jaunga, wahan meri zarurat hai. ( The day I called you, it was the same day when I met her again at a restaurant, she argued with me a lot, but in few days I cleared her misunderstanding. Few days after her delivery, I'm here to share this news with you as I wanted to do it in person and you were not even receiving my calls from past one monthp. I will go back today evening as she needs me)

Gauri finally looked at Shivaay and she squealed in excitement "Oh my God, Oh my God, is he Shivaay?"

Om smiled at her, one more fan girl of his brother, he introduced him proudly "Haan mera bhayi hai." (Yup, he is my brother) Gauri shook her head while looking around "I don't know him as your brother, I know him as my brother-in-law, Anika's husband, where is my first love?"

Om narrowed his eyes, but he shook his head, Anika can have this effect on both genders. Shivaay was lost in his thoughts, he heard "Anika" and came back to reality.

Gauri grinned widely "Anika meri neighbor thi India mein, abhi recently hum dono gram ke through connect hue phir se. Tumhe pata hai Anika hi wo ladki hai, jisne mujhe poori pregnancy mein support kia. Jab bhi pareshan hoti thi main usse kabhi bhi phone kar leti thi. Ek din bhi aisa nahi gaya ki usne mujhe ignore kia ho.  Lekin pata nahi kuch din se uska phone nahi lag raha, agar wahan ho toh bulao usse bhi." (Yes, Anika was my neighbor in India, recently we both connected again through gram. You know she's the same person who supported me throughout my pregnancy, I used to call her so many times. She did not ignore me for a single day but I'm not able to call her from so many days. If she's there then call her)

Shivaay looked at her with horrified eyes, oh god let it not be the truth "Matlab raat ko London ke number se tumhare call aate the?" (That means you were the one who called her at late night from London?)

Gauri smiled sheepishly at him "umm..haan main hi thi kabaab ke beech mein haddi." (Umm..yeah I was the one who kept her away from you)

Shivaay managed to say "hmmm" and moved away with slow steps towards pool side, what has he done in fit of anger, his Dadi always condemned his behaviour and now he has destroyed everything with his own hands.

Dadi got busy in talking with Gauri and Om was also sitting with her, after cutting the call they heard loud sobs from pool side. Dadi and Om rushed towards the source of that sound, Shivaay was crouching with support of a wall and crying with his head between his knees.

Om rushed towards him "Bhayiii (Brother), what happened?" Shivaay looked at him, what is he supposed to say that he has killed his chance at happiness "Om, maine sab barbaad kar dia." (Om, I have spoiled everything)

Dadi bent beside him, she may be angry but her grandson needs her support right now. Shivaay held her hand sadly "Dadi mujhse bahut badi galti ho gayi. Oh haan..Meri Anika...mera bacha..kaha hai? Main usse dhoondh ne jata hu." (Grandma, I've done a big mistake. Oh yess...My Anika....my child.. where are they? I need to find them)

Om looked at the duo in confusion "Kya bol rahe ho Bhayi, Anika toh kuch din ke liye bahar gayi hai na?" (Bro, what are you saying, Anika has gone out for a few days?)

Dadi moved back and wailed loudly "Nahi puttar wo bahar nahi gayi. Mujhe nahi pata inn dono k beech kya hua, lekin Shivay ne Anika ko bahut mara aur ghar se bahar nikaal dia, uss din se maine uss bachi ko nahi dekha." (No dear, she has not gone away for a few days. I don't know what happened between them, but Shivaay thrashed her a lot and sent her away, from that day I haven't met my daughter)

Om snapped towards him in anger, how can his brother do this do that angel "WHATTT?? Bhayi ye kya kia, she was 7 months pregnant, tum aisa kaise kar sakte ho??" (WHATT? Bro, what have you done? She was 7 months pregnant)

Shivaay banged his head on the wall "Haan sab meri hi galti hai, mujhe Anika pe shak nahi karna chahiye tha" (It's all my fault, I should not have doubted her character)

Om yelled "Whatttt?" but Shivaay turned away from him, what can he say, that he had pushed and berated his pregnant wife and called his own child illegitimate because of a small misunderstanding that could have been solved with patience and communication.

Om shook his shoulder harshly "Bhayi boliye kuch, kya kia apne? Kyu shakk kia Anika jaisi itni innocent ladki par?" (Bro, tell us what have you done and why did you doubt on such an innocent girl like Anika?)

Shivaay tried to move away, he cannot say the truth but Dadi held his hand "Billu you have already messed everything, now why are you running away from the truth?"

Shivaay sucked a long breath, he knows everything will change after this revelation, his family will be broken into pieces but he has to accept his mistakes for the sake of his sanity and he told them everything.

Om looked at his brother, how can he do this, his anger was always an issue but a bit of control cannot hurt. He held Shivaay's collar and shook him harshly "Apko sharam aani chahiye" (You should be shameful about your thoughts)

Shivaay tried to hold Dadi's hand but she moved away from him "Shivaay tune aj mera sir sharam se jhuka dia, aj se tera mera koi Rishta nahi hai, na hi tu mera Billu hai na main teri Dadi. Main uss bachi ko apne bharose iss ghar mein laayi thi, maine socha ki tum dono ki Jodi achi rahegi, par mujhe kya pata tha ki main usse narak mein dhakka de rahi hu (Shivaay, you have made me feel so little, now I have no relation with you, you're not my Billu. I brought that girl home as my responsibility, I thought that you both will make a good pair, but I was not aware that by doing so I pushed her in hell)

Shivaay looked at her with welled up eyes, this is the first time he has heard Shivaay from her mouth and it feels worse than daggers pierced in his heart. He tried to say "Don't say like this" but Dadi slapped him harshly "Kya nahi bolu, tune mujhe kuch bolne layak chodha hi kahan hai." (What should I say, you've left me speechless.)

Dadi held Om's wrist and took it near Shivaay's eyes "Dikh raha hai ye kya hai?" ( She held Om's wrist and took it near Shivaay's eyes "Can you see this?)

Om wiped his tears, he never expected that his elder brother thinks so low about him "Soch matt zyada, ye bracelet mujhe Anika ne Rakhi wale din bandha tha, uss din friendship day bhi tha. Usne bola tha ki mera koi bhayi nahi hai aur tum mere best friend bhi ho to aj main tumhe ye bracelet bandh kar dono rishte nibha rahi hu. Mujhe nahi pata tha ki apki soch itni choti hai ki ek ladka ladki ko saath dekh kar ap itna ganda sochenge. (Don't think about it too much, Anika gifted me this bracelet on Rakhi festival and it was friendship day also. She told me that she has no brother and I'm also her best friend, so I'm gifting you this bracelet for both relations. I never thought that you have such thinking, that after seeing a girl and boy together you will only think about one thing. " Rakhi is a festival celebrated in India for brother and sisters"

Shivaay looked at his brother, now his anger has subsided and he can only question his sanity, how can he think that Om can do this to him.

Om shook his head in disappointment and gave him a much needed reality check "Agar Anika ne mujhe Bhayi nahi bhi bola hota, to bhi apko koi hakk nahi tha uske character pe ungli uthane ka, hum sirf ache friends hai aur kuch nahi." (By chance if she only considered me as her friend, you had no right to question her character like this, we are just good friends)

Shivaay tried to hold Om's hand "Main...manta hu meri hi galti hai" (I agree it's all my mistake) but he pushed him back "Isse galti nahi paap kehte hain, usne mujhe kabhi nahi bola but maine apka behavior dekha tha 2 mahine mein. Ap kaise Anika ko servant ki tarah use kar rahe the, mujhe laga husband wife ka mamla hai mujhe beech mein nahi bolna chahiye, isliye maine ignore kia." (It is not a mistake, it's a sin. She never told me but I noticed in two months how you treated her like your servant. I thought it's a matter between husband and wife, I should not interfere, that's why I ignored it.")

Shivaay muttered "I will right every wrong, plz don't ignore me" but Om stepped away from him "Shivaay Singh Oberoi, you are a devil and you don't deserve that angel. I will find that girl and I promise to keep you away from her."

Shivaay shook his head, he tried to hug Om but he pushed him away "Door rahiye mujhse, arrey kuch nahi toh kamm se kamm apne bhayi pe trust kia hota. Apko sach mein lagta hai ki main apni Bhabhi...cheee mujhe sochne mein hi sharam aa rahi hai aur apko bolne mein bhi nahi aayi?" (Stay away from me, if not her you could've trusted your brother. Do you really think my sister –in-law and I....damn, I can't complete this shameful sentence and you have the audacity to say it to her)

Dadi looked at both brothers, this is an irreparable damage and now it will be hard to bring them together again. She was also wrong, instead of seeking help for Shivaay's anger issues, she thought that a calm girl like Anika can help in changing her grandson but who would've thought that this devil will taint the innocent soul too.

Dadi shook her head "Om Puttar isko toh jo karna tha kar dia. Ab tu mujhe yahan se le chal aur Anika ko dhoondhne ki koshish karte hain, pata nahi bechari aisi halat mein kahan gayi hogi, uska koi hai bhi nahi." (Om dear, leave him, he has already done what he wanted. But please take me away from here and try to find Anika. She has no relatives, who knows where that poor girl might have gone)

Om also nodded in agreement "Dadi main bhi iss ghar mein rehna nahi chahta, ap apna samaan pack kar lo, main apke liye London ki return flight ki tickets karke aata hu. Pata nahi bechari akeli ladki aisi halat mein kahan gayi hogi, I hope wo aur baby safe ho." (Grandma, I don't want to stay in this house, please pack your stuff and I will book your tickets for London. God knows where there innocent girl must have ended up in that condition, I hope Anika and baby are fine)

Dadi left for packing her luggage and Om booked her flight tickets. Shivaay kept crying but nobody was there to wipe his tears, he has lost everything due to his stupidity and "YOU WILL REGRET IT ONE DAY" were the only words he could hear after some time and they haunt him till date.

Shivaay was lost in his thoughts "Maine uss din sab khodia, tumhe bahut dhoondha Anika par tum kahi nahi thi. Itne saalo mein Dadi aur OmRu ne mujhse ajtakk sahi se baat nahi kari. Maine tumhare upar trust na karke, sabka trust kho dia Anika." (I have lost everything, I tried to search you everywhere but there was no clue. Dadi and OmRu have not talked to me in all these years. I have lost everything by mistrusting you)

Shivaay was busy in his thoughts when a boy of about 7 or 8 years came running from the entrance "Mummaaaa..surpriseee" and he hugged Anika. Shivaay could see that he has same blue green eyes like him.

Shivaay looked at him with wide eyes and he could only mutter "Is..that..my...son?"

Hmm..kanji eyes, Shivaay's son. Will he get to meet his son?
