-Natsu's POV-

We were all in the guild waiting for the announcement of whom would be in the Grand Magic Games. I was sitting with team Natsu and Lissana. I'm really happy with Lissana but being with her didn't compare to being with Lucy. I think I might be getting over her already. I just can't see her again or I'll lose it.

"WELL LISTEN BRATS!! IM ABOUT TO ANNOUNCE THE TEAMS OF THE GRAND MAGIC GAMES."

This is so exciting. I'm just stirring up in my seat. Hopefully I get picked so I can go against Layla.

"For fairy tail team A. Natsu..."

"Yeah I get to beat the sabers an go against Layla!!"

"Erza..."

"I will be honored to represent fairy tail."

"Gray..."

"Oh... ok"

"Lissana..."

"Yey!! I get to stay with Natsu-kun!!"

"Elfman..."

"IT'S BEING A MAN!!"

"For fairy tail team B. Laxus, MiraJane, Juvia, Cana, and 'Mystogan'. Now get ready brats because we are leaving next week for the preliminary rounds."

Everyone then got to there usual things, except me and happy went home to pack.

-one week later in Crocus, Fiore-
-no ones POV-

The guild's chosen qualifiers were headed to the arena. Before entering you had to place your hand on a lacrima that identifies you and authorizes for you to enter or not. The Sabertooth teams were ahead of fairy tail and they are non heading in one by one.

Saber tooth team B already headed inside. It was then Lucy's turn.

-Lucy's POV-

Oh crap. Well this is unexpected. Hmm well this is it. Time to reveal my real self. At least master Jiemma already knows.

I place my had on the lacrima. The little digital screen had the words 'verifying' on it.

"Lucy Heartfilla. You are authorized to enter." The stupid machine said.

I then heard murmurs around me. I turned to see a pinkette looking at me. In his eyes I could see happiness but also anger. He started walking towards me when someone stepped in front of me.

"What do you think your doing, getting close to my girl friend?" sting said.

"G..gi..rl.fr..iend?" Natsu asked.

"Yeah don't get close to Luce."

"Don't call her that because that's my nickname for her!!" he yelled.

I grabbed Sting and Lissana grabbed Natsu.

After we were all inside in the arena, we were told to wait until the announcer came in.

I was sitting on the floor leaning on the wall with my team, when Gray started coming towards me. I stood up and ran into his arms. We were like that for a second until someone came from behind me and pulled me away from the waist.

"Uhem. Mind introducing us Lulu?" Sting said glaring at Gray. Gray was just smiling.

"Uh yeah Sting. This is Gray Fullbuster. My cousin."

After hearing that he was my cousin he looked more relaxed.

Lissana then walked up to us while dragging along Natsu.

"Hey Lucy. I see you have a boyfriend now. And look so do I." Lissana said and kissed Natsu on the lips for a couple of seconds.

"Oh sweet pea. You act like I care."

She seemed to get mad. She turned into her Tigris transformation and stepped close. Still not releasing Natsu. "Darling. Unless you want me to rearrange your face shut it."

"Like you could win to me."
