-Lucy's POV-

I was in the Sabertooth inn with my team and everyone from the guild.

"Layla? Someone is looking for you, Garu, and Tina. She says her name is Marina or something like that." A guild member said.

After hearing her name I left running. Knowing that Gageel and Wendy will follow because I've told them about Marina.

When I reached outside I saw a middle aged women with long blue hair. She was in an aqua colored dress with diamonds that looked like water droplets. Next to her were three other people: a man in a red suit with spiked up read hair, a man in a gray suit with long hair in a pony tail, and a woman in a white dress with long white hair.

I automatically ran up to Marina and gave her a tight hug.

"Um child. You are going to kill me if you don't loosen your grip." realizing that I was hugging her tightly, I let go. When I looked up, she was smiling at me.

When I turned around, Wendy was still hugging the lady with white hair and Gageel was fighting with the man in the gray suit.

"Igneel don't be rude. Come say hi to my student." Marina said.

The man in the red suit came forward.

"Hello I'm Igneel. Sorry it's just I know that Natsu hasn't been the student that I taught him to be and I know that he filled your heart with pain. That's why I came to give you something."

"What is it?"

"Well it's going to be painful for you but it's new magic."

Wow new magic. Heck I don't care how much pain I go through as long as its worth it.

"What kind of magic"

"Phoenix magic. are you willing to endure the pain?"

"Yes i am."

They led us to a grass field. Metallica stood in front of Gageel, Grandeeny stood in front of Wendy and igneel stood in front of me.

"Bring forward the power of the magic birds whom guard our land. Let it all be released to the these worthy carriers!!" they all chanted in unison.

I then felt a terrible pain everywhere. It was burning. Like Natsu's flames. I could hear Wendy and Gageel scream in agony. Then everything went black.

When I woke up I was still in the grass field. Ah that was too much pain. I then felt really powerful. I could feel a small fire inside of me. I looked to see Gageel and Wendy getting up too.

"Child I need you to bring me your soul mate to pass in my power." Marina said

"Wait. Your power? why didn't you give me yours and Igneel give his to my 'soul mate' as you say."

"Because Layl... wait I can't tell you yet but bring me Natsu Dragneel."

"Wait Natsu? he's my soulmate?"

"Yes now hurry and bring him. We can't waste much time here"

I nodded and left to get Natsu. He's my soulmate?

Arriving to fairy tail's inn I stopped and thought on how I can get him away from Lissana. Eh I'll just go in. I went to the front desk and got Natsu's door number. I went up there and knocked on his door.

-Natsu's POV-

I was about to lay down when I heard a knock on my door. I looked through the little hole and saw blond hair. When I opened the door, I felt a strong amount of energy. "Lucy"

"Hey Natsu. I need you to come with me for a while."

I just couldn't help it. I pulled her into my room and pinned her to the wall after shutting the door.

"Natsu what are you doing?"

"I love you Lucy and I want you to know that your mine."

-Lucy's POV-

He leaned in closer to me. I then realized what he was doing. He bit me in between my neck and shoulder. Pulling away he looked satisfied. I felt where he bit and I felt my skin scaly. I was going to pull away and remind him that we were notging but.. "You still love him idiot." I could hear myself talking inside my head and I wasn't wrong. He still made butterflies appear in my stomach. That's when I realized that I made a mistake when I pushed him away.

"You know your mine now." He said and was pulling away until I grabbed him and pulled him close again. He also needs to know that I love him and forever will. No more leaving him. I bit him around the same place he bit me. Slowly I saw blue and red scales appear. Making me feel satisfied.

-Natsu's POV-

After she bit me, I felt happy and complete. I started pulling her towards my bed to continue this 'love-fest' when she stopped me.

"What's wrong?" I asked with a frown on my face.

"Like I said. I need you to come with me"

I gave her a quick peck on the lips. "Okay let's go." She smiled at my reaction and held my hand. We were towards the door when there was a knock. "Natsu-kun. Lets have some fun." We heard Lissana chirp from behind the door. I signaled Luce at the window. She nodded and we both left through the window she took me to a grass field. I saw a guy with black hair and a girl with blue hair. They were on the left side of the field with two other people.

I then caught the scent of someone too familiar.

"Hello my son"

I turned to see a man in a red suit with spikes red hair.

"Igneel" I ran towards him a and hugged him like if I was still five. He hugged back, but shortly smacked me behind the head and scowled at me. I was going to ask why he did that, but instead he changed his scowling face to smirking.

"Water dragon slayer."

"What do you mean" I questioned already knowing what he meant.

He laughed. "You well know what I mean. The princess claimed you, and you claimed her."

"Haha yeah.. wait princess?" Catching his comment.

Then a middle aged woman came and hit Igneel hard on the head.

"Damn Marina. I know I wasn't supposed to but it just slipped out." The lady by the name Marina hit him again and turned to face me.

"Child you have marked my student and now you shall pay."

She stood in front of me and chanted something quickly that I couldn't understand. I then felt pain everywhere. I looked down at my hands and saw that everything began to get blurry. Almost like my flames where to be extinguished for a while. I looked up and saw Lucy smiling. Then everything went black.

-Lucy's POV-

I just stood there watching Natsu scream in agony. I had a smile plastered on my face. I already knew what was going on so I just stood there.

"Marina. Were those last statements necessary?"

"What? I can't have a little fun? Well we must be leaving now. The queen must be worried. Bye my child. Until we meet again."
